We came here once before years ago and I remember it being packed then too even though I'm sure it was later in the day. The line moved quickly and they gave you a number after so that you don't have to stand waiting by the counter. They bring your drinks and items out to you while you find a place to sit and wait. I had never seen that before and I really appreciated it. Their menu has upgraded since the last time I came, it's now on two large TV screens that help you read before it's your turn at the counter. They also have a sandwich board with seasonal drinks for those that are looking for something sweeter or with different flavors. I had the Banana Cabana which was my first banana coffee drink ever during this time where they seem to be popping up everywhere. My immediate reaction was that the banana flavoring is not for me. It was still drinkable though, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't fault them at all, it was an experimental choice on my part. Next time I will just stick with adding my own flavors to an iced latte. Plenty of seating and despite being crowded, there was a relatively low noise level. They also have plenty of pastry and food options. By the time I left I realized I forgot to order a chorizo breakfast burrito, so I will have to try that next time.

I stopped by on a Friday and it was crowded but not so much that I couldn't find a seat. There was actually some seating available both inside and out. I chose inside and enjoyed my cold brew with oat milk and got some work done. A couple of friends met up and they noted we were in "productive mode," so we limited the chat until our lunch break when we headed out. i have been going for a few years with my sister and have always really enjoyed it! the past couple…read moreof times have not been the best experience. on my most recent visit we ordered 2 drinks and an a cosmo tart to go.. after waiting for about 10 minutes we left with 1 drink and 1 cosmo tart. i understand people have off days, but we were standing there and looked at multiple times. and there kept being a good enough distance and a rush that came after us that it felt impossible to try and let them know we were missing a drink. they also had order tickets so i don't know how my drink was missed. i also later found a long hair in my cosmo tart. i do love the vibes of the place, very groovy and peaceful. but i will probably be taking a break from going considering this is the second time something has happened with my order.. but the first time a drink was forgotten and we were never even acknowledged while we stayed waiting at the pick up side for 10 minutes after receiving 1 drink. i should have said something to get my drink, but it felt like i was not able to approach anyone which made it very difficult.

My friend said the bench seating was a bit hard, and while the chair I sat in was soft, the arm rests made it a little too narrow for me (I'm plus size and have chronic pain, so finding truly comfortable seating can be a challenge at most places. As a note, anyone larger than a women's 3X probably wouldn't be able to comfortably sit in the chairs at all and would need to sit on the bench). I haven't always been a big coffee drinker, but my girlfriend said there used to be a drink called the Hospital Hill. It's essentially the Honeycomb with Cinnamon. Ever since that day, I've been hooked (I prefer it made hot. Absolute game changer). Not only is the coffee good, but the staff is friendly, personable, and helpful which means a lot to me. There's a lot of staff to name, so I'll leave it off this review, but they have all been exemplary and I believe they make this place great. I highly suggest coming here and grabbing yourself a coffee. It's also a nice and relaxing environment to study or do homework. The lighting is dark enough that it's not interfering too much with whatever activity you're doing in the moment. I will definitely be returning here.
