The drinks are good and refreshing. The staff is always nice, helpful and patient. I love the design of the building. My favorite is the refreshers

EVERYTHING. This location cannot make a consistent drink to save their lives! I work in Customer service, I work in food, I've worked at a coffee shop! I am always nice to them and I have severe social anxiety so I'll wait for a pattern before I get upset. I am autistic, I have been getting the same drink combos my entire adult life, and I know when my drinks are wrong. ((One time a location ran out of normal Starbucks syrup brand and ordered a backup brand and I called them because the drink tasted off and they didn't informed me of that!)) I get Starbucks 4/7 days a week. They constantly gas light you! If I order a WM they make it a regular one! I switched to a regular one so they would screw up less and then they don't put any syrup in their drinks! I'm not being exaggerative when I say they mess up the drinks 7/10 times and I'll say something every 3rd time! So as usual, this week two days in a row they didn't out any of my syrup flavor in it. So yesterday when I ordered my drink I called them and said he the last two days I've thrown my drinks away can you just make sure they put the syrup in today? And they give me attitude about trying my drink. Why should I have to burn my mouth in your hot drinks the second you hand it to me to make sure you're making your own drinks right?! On top of this, sometimes my cup is closer to half full, other times it's a MILK bath, one time they filled the milk so high that when I took the lid off at work to stir it the drink spilled out! That time they also didn't out they extra shot of espresso in there which is another common issue!! I cannot take photos of their shot and syrup issues but here are some photos of the milk differences! This is the same size drink. The photos with the lids are times I ordered a WM twice in a week and they gave me a regular Mocha. This is when I started just getting my flavor of drink in mocha's to make it easier for them and now they've gotten super bad about the syrup! It's just always something. I also make sure to always call the manager ahead of time not to make a scene in the store, and I still get gas lit, I finally said ok then if you're so sure that you put the syrup in there after this happened every day this week then YOU try my drink. They're fake nice when you get your drink but appalling after anything is wrong. I have to drive out of the way to go back and bring my drink in on my lunch to get my drink refunded, I never have them remake it because I work at 7 am, I don't want coffee at lunch time, so why would on EARTH would I want this?

This location has an issue filling my drink full. of my drink was missing today. At $6+ a cup, I expect quality and quantity.

I was ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato to be picked up here, as I was driving. When I arrived, a couple minutes later, they already had the drink done! The workers there are very friendly, and you could tell a lot of regulars drop by this location right off of the highway. This location is a little confusing to get to as you have to drive through two roundabouts coming in from the highway! It is a fairly small location, so it's not really meant for studying students to camp out at. However, it's the best for quick and accurate orders!

A terrible way to start my Sunday morning. I used to the Starbucks App to mobile order before picking it up in person. I waited an additional twenty minutes after I set foot inside, but I was reassured by the six employees who told me they were working on it while chatting with each other Venti Caramel Brûlée Creme Frappuccino: - extremely watery with a touch of caramel - right size at least Overall, don't waste your time here. There's another location right down the road.

AMAZING customer service. I'm one to have detailed orders and they always get it write with no mistakes! Also never ask me to repeat it & that's pretty impressive in my opinion . A venti cold brew with sweet cream foam 3 pumps of hazelnut & 2 pumps white mocha with light ice and extra foam is my go to drink (: Starting your morning the wrong way can set your day off wrong and I drink coffee daily so actually I go out of my way to come to this one and I'm NEVER disappointed , from waiting inside (if you have to) it's clean and very fast or if you go threw the drive threw either way the staff is always polite. Today they saw my dog in the passenger seat when I pulled up in the drive threw and offered me a puppuccino for him without me even asking. He loved it so much & watching him lick the whip cream made my heart melt to be honest. I've never got one before for him but I will from now on when he's with me. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Starbucks Olathe, 5 stars!

Pour is way out in the southwest stretches of the metro but anchors a fairly busy strip center. The space inside is homey and not enormous, but there are plenty of spots to enjoy. The house brew is strong and always fresh and their breakfast burrito game is seriously on point. The beverage menu is fairly standard, from latte through seasonal offerings, and each drink is handcrafted to your wishes. The food menu is not extensive, but what they do, they do really well. There are a couple of sandwiches on the menu and their aforementioned breakfast burritos are outstanding. Pour offers several varieties and packs alllll the freshness and flavor inside those tortillas. You could even pair one up with one of their baked goodies and you're in for a treat. Hint: try a handmade Pop-tart. Parking is super easy, pricing is pretty fair, and the service is local & friendly. Their outside seating is unexpectedly cool as the strip center isn't exactly made for a patio, but Pour placed several tables on the front sidewalk and around the side in the shade for a nice touch. It can get busy, because there's not a lot of competition and demand is high, so be sure to be cognizant of when the high school gets out. Sample & enjoy!

First of all, be sure not to blink because the sign isn't very visable and the location is unassuming from the outside, abeit a very clean exterior. Walking in, I love the vibe, trendy but not pretentious, grounded yet modern and a fair amount of people but not overflowing. Yessiree Bob, this is my kind of place. Oh and the baristas are patient, kind and willing to offer advice based on your individual tastes. I've been here several times; however, my eating habits preclude me from indulging in anything outside of berries. Do the apple fritters, donuts, muffins and other items look outstanding, of course they do. In fact, my buddy whom I generally meet there has raved how good the pastries are and after living in Austin and trying home made poptarts, I'm still kicking myself for not trying them. However, the path to maintaining a healthy weight and figure is paved in discipline. I must admit they nailed the ambiance. The cement floors are patterned with what looks like dark wood textured tiles and the walls are a warm burgundy, emitting a certain visual warmth. The hanging art amuses me, sometimes it's movie paintings, sometimes its modern art while other times it's eclectic and I've never figured out their rotation, but I appreciate it. The hanging lamps offer a bit of 2010 mod while the open coffee service area proudly displays all of the tools of an expert craftsman. The counter area has a small display case enticing the sweet tooth and the chalk boards give a simplistic view of their menu, but they also offer daily "experiments" that are fun to sample. The first time I came, I tried the Café Au Lait which was very strong, robust and full of lasting flavor. The 12oz amount seemed to be about perfect for my needs. The next time I dropped by I sampled the Dulce de Leche which was a mistake. Why, you might be wondering? Because I've never ordered anything else since then and I always get the 16oz. It's smooth, a little softer on the coffee flavor while balancing it with the strong caramel notes. I know it's probably got more calories than I want, but hey, that's why I'm not eating! They also have some pretty good selection of home ground coffees from places like Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Brazil and other far, far away locations. Come to think of it I don't recall if they have any Hawaiian beans which are pretty trendy now (Kona is a great coffee!!) Oh I forgot to mention they do have a fast wifi but please for the love of God, don't be that geek in the corner pretending to write the great American novel in the corner. That's so.... 2000s.... The sandwich, though, was really good. Everything was cooked perfectly: velvety runny egg, crunchy bacon, melted gouda (although I couldn't taste it much), and an earthy basil mayo. All the flavors worked really well together, and it was a solid-sized sandwich too. My biggest issue was the price.
