I stopped by Scooter's for a little afternoon pick me up, and I was extremely delighted to find no one was in line at the time. I settled on a Peanut Butter Crunch Blender and I was shocked to find the missing main ingredient... peanut butter. I am not sure what went wrong, but it tasted like a regular sweet blended coffee drink. I don't live near any of the Scooter's locations, so I'm not a frequent customer, but I'd be open to trying it out again later on down the line! read more

Ordered a no dairy blended coffee today. The barista making the drinks added whip cream, the barista taking orders told her no whip. The barista making the drink then used a lid to scoop the whipped cream off the top off the beverage. In the process she got the beverage on her fingers, she then stuck her finger in her mouth and licked the coffee off and continued to make drinks!! She was not wearing gloves and NEVER washed her hands!! I then watched her make two more drinks. The barista taking orders didn't see any of this and picked up the cup to give it to me but noticed the whip cream had just been scraped off and decided to remake the drink to ensure no allergy issues. She came back to the window with my new drink, explained that she remade it due to allergies, I thanked her for her consideration and let her know her coworker needs to wash her hands. So gross and completely unacceptable to serve a drink you stuck your fingers in and then lick them and not even wash your hands. read more

I love Scooters. I visit them daily at multiple locations. This one location has always somehow messed things up. Either the wrong order, wrong size and now, my lid wasn't on tight and my large hot coffee spilled all over my young child while it was in my cup holder. I've stopped at this location at least once a week on my way to work over the past year and always find the line moves quick, the drinks always taste the same ( unlike competitors where you never know what your drink will taste like) and the ladies running the store are always polite! I went to this location to order a latte. The coffee barista was very short with me when I asked about diff types of lattes they carried which were not necessarily listed. She got irritated because I asked a second time what types they had, specifically saying I didn't see it listed. Her response was" I JUST-TOLD U THE FLAVORS!" I told her and the other person working I didn't wish to order due to their rude nature. I've been to this location before and it wasn't like this. I'm all about giving my business to local non woke companies. But. ..I will never go here again.: I spend$50.00 plus a week here over the last 3 months. This day, i pulled into a parking space after getting my coffee, as usual, poured my coffee into my insulated container, and proceeded to their trash container to place my empty "Scooter Cup" into their trash. A (rediculous) employee comes rushing out and tells me, " whoo who, you can't put your trash in our container you will get a fine"! " WHAT I said? Its YOUR CUP! " She said, " doesn't matter you can't use it"! I said, then where's your trash go? She said, "we don't have a bin" . Ahe said, i can give you a bag for your car.... I'm like. .No, i don't want trash in my car i want to throw it away in a trash can. WOW, UNBELIEVABLE! This woke make no sense company will no longer get my business. I now drive all the way to Hazels Coffee downtown. Like Starbuck s, that will not acknowledge Christ and promotes abortion and transgenderism, this place is off my list. Have I died and gone to heaven???? Finally a place in the northland where I can get great coffee without having to leave my car. Drive-thrus have to be the greatest invention of all time! Though the storefront is teeny, these guys are legit with their coffee. So much better than Starbucks!!! My advice: study a menu before you get in the line of cars. Otherwise, it can be overwhelming to have a nice variety of drinks and flavors to decide from. Or just order randomly and wind up being happy with what you get! read more

Drive up only. Good selection of beverages - hot, cold, or blended. They have alternate milks. Had their hot turtle late with almonds milk - very good. My mom had their hot carmelicious latte. Really good but a tad more carmel would have been perfect. read more

I understand about prices going up, but the quality has really dropped. The last several visits, any breakfast sandwich I order has just been shoved in a bag. The cheese sticks to the inside of the bag, or the sandwich is separated because it slides apart. I really like the Maple Waffle sandwich, but it is not worth the mess for the price. What happened to using the little holder to cook the sandwich before putting it in a bag? read more

Nice place for early drive-thru coffee. Staff are friendly and get to know you by name which is a nice touch. If the line is more than 3 cars, move on. From the time you squawk box your order until you receive it from the window, is enough time for it to become lukewarm. As for the coffee itself, nothing special. Quick Trip coffee can be just as nice, but you have to get out of your car and make it yourself. If $4 Drive Thru Coffee is your thing, this can be a convenient place to stop. read more

Got a pumpkin iced coffee with a extra shot of espresso. It was so sweet I couldn't drink it. Took it to my destination and added another whole cup of coffee.. plus a large iced coffee and large black coffee cost $10.00 total. A little too pricey for me. read more

In the past, I had positive experiences with this quaint, drive-thru eatery; however, lately their mango smoothies have been sour. They taste as if spoiled milk or fruit syrup was added. I notified staff, and was offered another smoothie, which also was sour. read more

This place always wins my business because of the drive thru factor but in all honesty, it is overall just a good place to go. Coffee is always good and consistent, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming and I have yet to be disappointed. Is it anything extra special?
