Very accommodating, friendly customers and workers including Barista. Enjoyed my visit

Tried out this Starbucks since we were on the area. When we first entered we were not greeted and we had to greet the barista. We ordered and the drinks were good. The design of this particular Starbucks was terrible, its a very odd layout of the indoor seating because of the way they made the bathrooms in the middle of the store. The tables needed to be wiped down and the floor swept. They greeted most of the customers as they walked in, but they seemed to be regulars. They did thank of for coming in when we left. I would not go back to this particular location because of the seating, atmosphere and lack of cleanliness. read more

My cappuccino was half empty. So bizarre. It's not even like the foam took up half the cup. It's just half empty. Once you account for the foam, there were maybe 5 gulps of coffee in this cup. read more

I pulled up at 7:37pm tonight and waited at the speaker for a couple minutes. They had a loading truck, lights on, and two people behind the counter. I drove to the window tried to get their attention and they PURPOSELY ignored me. The girl made eye contact with me and laughed. the tall male hid below the window. if you're closing early, cool just let someone know instead of ignore them. Website says you close at 8pm. I've started frequenting this Starbucks location as my daughter's daycare is just down the street and I'd say they are slightly above average in terms of your average Starbucks. It's always super clean inside (always go in if you can as the drive thru is wild), and the baristas friendly. I usually order ahead from the daycare parking lot and my drink is about ready when I step inside. So far no mistakes on my order or issues and I'm sure I'll be back again next week! read more

Went in the drive thru no customers inside two cars ahead one behind. Kept hearing about the white peppermint mocha w whipped cream ordered the grande, should be called rip off! Very small cup 2/3 full no whipped cream not hot or warm. I paid $5.82 gave $6.02 and I waited as I would put money in the tip container at the window but never came back! Guess they felt entitled to 20 cents ok. Got home as I live around the corner look at what I got! A waste of that money! Feeling ripped off unsatisfied!!! read more

While Starbucks is far down the ranks as a go-to coffee joint for me, I will say I enjoy their roasts. It's rich (I hear some people describe it as "burnt") and gives you a buzz to carry you into next week. This specific location has a drive-thru, but I always find it faster to park and pop in. Our day care is near here so I've been making a few more visits than normal, and most times they're on the ball with a big morning rush. I've also had them totally forget to grab my cup of joe and waited a while, but I empathize as managing walk-in guests AND drive-thru guests is probably pretty intense. I don't get down on the fancy drinks here because who knows what's in them, but I'm sure they're tasty. read more

If I could give this Starbucks 6 out of 5 stars, I would. The service here is unrivaled. I know we're just talking Starbucks, but every time I come here, the people are incredibly nice and go above and beyond. There are times where I've made mistakes in my mobile order and they fix my mistakes at their cost. I'm always shocked at how well they take care of me. If I have to get coffee on the go, I'll go out of my way to come this location. read more

Please train everyone serving coffee to handle the beverage by the cup and avoid putting their fingers on the lid surface near where the customers mouth goes when drinking coffee. This should be obvious but nearly every time I come to this location, I notice the cashier using fingers all over my lid, sometimes in notably unhygienic circumstances that have grossed me out. I live near this location and frequent Starbucks. I have never seen a location so inconsistently open. There is no way to indicate this location is open unless you sit endlessly in the drive thru and give up. They really need to block off the drive thru when they're closed. I realize I don't need to write a review for Starbucks, but THIS Starbucks, in particular, is fantastic. I've never actually even been inside the building, but seeing as my dad gives me a giant SBUX gift card for every birthday and Christmas, I drive thru and spend it here. They are so friendly here, and quicker than most and more than once they've made things right when I've been waiting behind someone who ordered 10 venti Frappuccinos in the drive-thru (who does that?). They are also good at stockpiling ingredients for past seasonal beverages so you can enjoy them well into the next season (salted caramel mocha in February? Nice!). Anyway, it's Starbucks, you know what it tastes like, but I did want to recognize these guys for having this whole customer service thing on lock. read more

The coffee is good, but I will honestly say not always worth the hassle. Baristas are quick and knowledgable but the wait is sometimes crazy. The price, I think we can all agree on; is ridiculous but hey. The lines stay long both inside and out. So there doing something right.?.?.? I will shop for another coffee shop but I find myself going here because THEIR EVERYWHERE!! I feel as if I'm more so paying for the convenience of having them on every third corner. This has nothing to do with this location in particular but this is the location I patronize most. For this specific location the workers are friendly. Establishment can get messy after a rush so be warned. This location isn't huge so the ordering station can get congested rather quickly. read more

This may be my favorite metro store for doing work. This store has a really nice atmosphere. There is great access to outlets, and the arrangement of the seats are good working alone. It's not loud like some of the stores around town. The Wi-Fi is free, fast and easy to access. The employees are friendly and helpful. They suggest different drinks and tea mixes. They even try to remember your name, which adds that local coffee shop touch to it. The drive thru is always fast and efficient as well. read more

I went here after trying, in vain, to escape the viselike grip Starbucks has on me because of their deliciousness. I had come from another chain that shall remain nameless, let's just say it starts with "Pan" and ends with "era", because they had these ginormous posters of nummy looking hot chocolate but when I went with my sons to get some was met with dismal failure. No marshmallows, no MILK, whaaah? Anyway, the universe was telling me I shouldn't have strayed from Starbucks. So, I went to 95th and Mission and they were soooo nice! Extra whipped creme for my boys, smiles all around, they really turned our night around! Great job! read more

I regularly go to the Starbucks near 133rd & State Line, which has always been excellent. I was closer to this location today, so decided to drive thru. I ordered a simple drink after repeating myself multiple times, paid, and got my drink. The drink was properly labelled on the side, but I took a drink and it was clearly not what I ordered. I drove back through the drive thru and asked that they replace my drink with the correct one ( I had a sleeping child in the car). They apologized and agreed to replace. When I got up to the window to get my new drink, the barista handed it to me and it appeared the lid was not completely sealed. I pressed on the lid and noticed there were 2 cups. He said the cup was leaking and that's why he put another cup under the first. Okay, it would be ideal to just transfer the contents rather than doubling the cup, but I tried the drink at his suggestion before I pulled away and it was as ordered. Now had that been it, I would have been fairly satisfied with the fix. However, once back on the road I took a second sip and half the drink ended up on my white sweatshirt. I did not have time to go back, but will certainly be contacting them. read more
