Drive-thru is the main access point (lots of room) but there is also a spot to hang out and sit on the other side of the speaker. There are a ton of drink options, especially if you like sweeter drinks. I chose an iced cinnamon dulce (brown sugar cinnamon and caramel). It was pretty tasty. The music is loud and the kids working were having a good time inside. Everyone was super friendly and the drinks come out FAST. I look forward to trying some more options.

Nice and convenient and in a crowded burby place I try to stay away from but I appreciate the service here and quality of the coffee.

They offer a really good full-bodied double Americano. A nice surprise. Willing to try a hot cocoa next visit.

The iced latte I got was delicious, and I was so glad that they had decaf espresso as an option since I can't typically have caffeine. I also love that they have baked goods that are both gluten free and vegan- as someone who is allergic to eggs, and who has family members who can't have gluten, this is a huge plus! (Note: I am unsure of their specific cross contamination risks, so be sure to ask staff for more details if needed). There were great seating options (I chose one of the couches, which was so comfy!), and the employees were all very friendly. Overall I definitely recommend this cafe and will be visiting again!

Their signature sweet cream and oak coffee was good. Since I asked for light ice, it was definitely more milk so the flavor was light, just a hint. My mom liked her matcha just fine.

However, I've visited this place at least 20 times, and I've only been able to get one about 2-3 times. Either it's so popular that people buy them right away as soon as they're put on the shelf, or they simply don't make enough. As everyone knows, their products are a little pricey, which means you can only grab a small selection, about 2-3 pieces with a coffee, and it's already $20-$30. So they're definitely on the expensive side for a bakery. The cake was great, but I wish the price range were around $30-$40 (it's currently about $55-$60+). The staff are welcoming and attentive. However, there can be a long wait, even when there are only 3-4 customers checking out. Overall, great bakery and more cream puff please!

Some of the pastries were a little on the sweet side for me, but everything looked beautiful and tasted fresh. The croissants were delicious, though I have to say -- if they ever offer a pistachio-stuffed croissant, I'd be here every day. The savory items were tasty too, but I think they'd be even better if we could have them warmed or toasted. Service was just okay. No one offered to help us choose, and while checking out, the cashiers were teasing and joking with each other. I'm sure it was playful, but it came off a little unprofessional and awkward. All in all, the food was great and the kids left happy -- we'll definitely be back for the mochi donuts and to try more pastries next time!

Huge shoutout to Becca, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the coffee and took the time to walk me through options, then helped me pick out a matcha drink that was exactly my taste. Their other location has colorful seating, artwork, with tables & chairs woven into a forest-like wonderland of plants. This one? A table. A gray backdrop. Sure there are plants, but they're a ways away and it felt more like hanging out in a midwestern garage. The other issue that has me knocking it down some stars is that this has become THE place to get warm. Sure we have our furnaces blasting in January, or a fireplace roaring, but you know that kind of late spring, humid warm? This is usually it, but I have to say I was borderline cold on my last visit. It felt clammy and more "March spring" than "May spring." Coffee is EXCELLENT from Thou Mayest, and it's hard to go wrong. Wifi was not all that strong and ran into a few issues on a video call, but is relatively sufficient for most day-to-day work items if you choose to work from here. If it's equidistant, I would say go to the Shawnee location for sure. If this is the closest one, it's not all bad, but I would love to see some real warmth and color in here to help complete the escape-winter-energy that we all need during this cold, gray stretch.

After several visits over the years, I've only had their coffee and pastries, not their cafe food. The interior is cute and there's often a queue upon entering to order at the counter, but don't let that intimidate you because it moves fast. I recommend getting some of their water on tap (both still and sparkling water are available) if you have to wait! If you're queer like me, you'll likely be drinking a cold black coffee and they have options! They have a regular cold brew in 3 sizes, a cold brew of the moment / seasonal (ask about it!) and a cold brew shandy for something different. My partner and I got two different cold brews on tap today, the original and the Seasonal Single Origin Honduran one. The single origin Honduran was better, but their original was good too. There's a lot of seating, but it's usually taken up, so I tend to just take my coffee to go. Expect to walk out for around $6ish a cup. They clearly care about providing you a good experience with a strong cup of coffee. Give them a shot if you're in downtown Overland Park!

Maybe it's the former barista in me, but I just never know what I'm gonna walk into. I was bit extra hesitant as I knew from reading reviews that this place was a bit off the beaten path, and as I routed myself there and found my car meandering through a suburban office parking lot maze I became even more nervous about my plan to work from here. All of that being said, once I got close to the coffeeshop itself I saw a sign clearly visible from the lot which was my first breath of relief. The signage is spectacular for a fairly hidden spot. Yes, you need to know it's here, but you will find it rest assured! If you don't see the sign keep hunting. The nice thing about it being in an office park is that there is ample parking. I was able to park and walk right in. The inside is modern but inviting, and at 9am I was able to have my pick of the tables. The day I was there was nice and I had my laptop so I went outside to their patio. I worked out there for about an hour and when I came inside to take a video call it was packed! I was able to snag a table and purchased a sparkling water before using their wifi (which was great!). Now to the coffee - I had a dirty chai and it was honestly wonderful. No notes. The baristas were friendly and overall I had a great time. Adding this to my list of great work spots in JOCO.
