Strawberry cheesecake muffin was pretty good.

We came here a few days ago, and were surprised to get in easily, as far as getting a place to sit. Every time I've came I haven't been able to find an available booth to sit at, and finally did. I was happy for a minute or two, until I learned the reason why maybe it wasn't so busy. The Wi-Fi was problematic for me to get into a website that I needed for an online course I am taking. It just wasn't accessible. I tried some other sites that I needed and again, nothing. I asked the barista who told me others had been complaining about the problem too. So there you have it. I was pleased with the pistachio latte the barista made and for the most part everything was fine. I was able to do some other work, even though I couldn't access the one site that I needed.

Definitely a solid coffee shop with a strong identity. I loved the outdoorsy, western theme. Everything had a great touch. There's a lot of seating and decent parking nearby which is a plus. I ordered a plain iced matcha that was exactly what I was expecting. I asked if they were able to make a flavored cold foam with a syrup and they were only able to use the seasonal cold foam. I was also a little surprised to see that they didn't have any prices on their menu. I don't think what I ordered was overpriced, but it would have been nice to have an idea before I was at the register.

I've been here a couple of times and huge fan! I mean their pastry by themselves are beautiful and equally delicious! I always try whatever they have as their lattes specials and they have never disappointed. Please please get their pop tarts! So so good! Price point is a latte and pastry $14 which is a bit pricier, but worth it !

Stopped in to try this Front Range location out. I really like the ambiance here, very relaxed laid back with good playlist. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly. The latte and Hibiscus/Mango black tea was good. My husband liked his donut but my Gluten Free muffin was kind of flavorless and rather dry. We would definitely come back to enjoy the cafe. I like the fact that they have linger hours. They also have alcoholic beverages as well. The ranger theme decor is attractive also.

Still a good coffeeshop on the Brookside/Waldo line! I find myself not coming here too often because coffeeshops across the metro have decided that they're going with bar prices for typical coffee drinks, but I enjoy it well enough when I'm there. My latest venture in had me trying a peppermint foam cold brew and it wasn't good. The foam had no flavor and the cold brew was a bit light. For seven bucks, I'd expect better. Some of their seasonal lattes are quite good though, so that's the direction I'd lean next time in. The cozy vibes in here remain one of the biggest selling points, and it's fun to take my kids here for games and a hot cocoa on lousy weather days. Lots of treats to choose from at the counter including danishes, muffins, pop-tarts, and even ice cream. So again as an avid coffee drinker and fan, it's so much more practical to just make good coffee at home these days with the cost that doesn't match the drink, but this is usually a nice sometimes spot for a treat.

Loved my experience at this Front Range! It's a big coffee shop and can be perfect for larger groups or someone just wanting to find a place for a good cup of coffee and breakfast or to read a book or work. I had a pastry and iced chai (sorry no pic) and both were excellent. I loved the vibe and will be back!

This is a super cute coffee shop in the Brookside/Waldo area. The bar area in the middle is always decorated pretty and the employees are always friendly. There are a few food options, but not a lot. Today, I tried to order a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich, but they were out. Instead, I got the bacon version and my standard drink order-iced caramel latte with oat milk. The sandwich was amazing. The biscuit tasted fresh and flakey, like pure homemade. The coffee was the middle ground of smooth and bitter, but really good flavor. They also serve the standard pastries but also have ice cream as well. Night time they have alcohol options, but I've never stopped in other than in the mornings. Great space to work, but I always have wifi troubles when I go, so it isn't a normal stop for me.

Lots of indoor seating with a nice cozy mountain vibe! I got an iced hazelnut latte that was pretty good. I would return to try their pastries/breakfast sandwiches, but there weren't very many pastries left since I went around noon.

Great coffee spot in the Waldo/ Brookside area. They have plenty of indoor seating for you at tables or comfy couches and chairs. The service was quick and friendly on a Thursday afternoon. They also have a couple tables outside. It seems like a great spot to work remotely or meet up with friends. My iced vanilla latte was great!

Yesterday, I went to Front Range while it was drizzling. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed--it's not just a coffee shop, but also a small ice cream shop and a bar, all in one place! I tried a Bear Claw (with raspberry syrup), a 14-er (white mocha), and an almond croissant. Everything arrived quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. The vibe of the place is cozy, kind of like a lodge or cabin. They also have board games, books you can read, or just a quiet spot to enjoy your coffee. I really like the area--it's surrounded by cute, cozy houses and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This was a fabulous experience. The coffee was superb, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and quick. This place would be perfect for a friendly afternoon board game bonanza on a fall day!

They probably have my favorite Americano in the city, though it could be a bit stronger. One thing I would like to point out is how good their scones are, I dream about their rosemary parmesan variety at least once a day. I'm not sure if those are made in house or if they source them from somewhere, but either way they are very good and I love to snag one when I stop by to grab a cup. All the barista's are very nice and easy to talk to, and the interior of the location is very welcoming and cozy. I've started making it a Sunday tradition to go in and read from one of their lounging chairs for a couple of hours while having a bite to eat and a few cups of coffee, it's a new favorite place for me. I can't say whether or not it's a all-time great coffee spot for everyone, but for me having it so close is super convenient and nice, and the solid coffee and staff interactions make this my go to. In the future, I would love to see more of a dark roast bean be available for me to have.

I have been to Crow's South Plaza location multiple times and always had a great experience, but I…read morewas greatly disappointed by my initial visit today to the Waldo location; and it tainted Crow's entire reputation because of some horrendous customer service. Today was my first day using a cane after weeks of weaning myself off of crutches and I was moving pretty slow. As I approached the counter I was looking for a seasonal drink menu to see what unique beverage could kick-start my afternoon. I didn't see one anywhere and asked if they had any seasonal offerings from the barista. She looked puzzled and annoyed and said "here is our syrup list". I stated that I was looking for more of a seasonal drink menu or featured beverages not on the regular menu that most every coffee house offers. In an exasperated tone, she turned around and pointed at the main menu board with all the basics and replied; "This is what we serve". Wow! I politely ordered my go-to cortado for here and left a tip. I then hobbled over to the nearest table to the pick-up counter and waited. A few minutes later the same barista brought the drink to the counter, looked at me an entire 4 feet away and shouted "cortado" and walked away. Wow again! If I was in the business of customer service and receiving tips I would be damn sure to take the beverage to the customer when they're 48 inches away and the shop wasn't busy; regardless of customer mobility issues. I have never asked for a tip back, but I sure felt like it at that moment. My Cortado was tasty, but not enough to remove the foul taste in my mouth from blatant customer disrespect. In my over 200 coffee shop reviews, this is my first time giving such a low score. Adios Crow's.

A few months ago my sister and I hosted a baby shower for our other sister and after looking around an options we decided to go with McLains. It was a smaller group, and we were doing a brunch theme, and our sister LOVES sweets. That paired with our desire to support local, and our shared love of McLains, this was just the most obvious choice. We ended up ordering a cake and first of all I have to say their cake flavor choices are insane - I think we settled on a chocolate cake with peanut butter filling (YUM), but I don't think you can go wrong here. We also ordered one of their pre-set pastry bundles for pick up and honestly everything was wonderful. I think I placed the order about a week out and it was ready when I came to pick it up. What pushed this experience into five star category for me? Just the friendliness of the staff, the serving tools they send you home with, and how thoughtful everyone was. The food was also really just exactly what we needed and it was so good there were hardly any leftovers, I think the kids cleared us out by lunch! At any rate, if you're on the hunt for a great spot to support for your next brunch event consider McLains - they won't let you down!

I met a friend here and the staff were all so friendly and fun! I thought for sure this would be my new coffeeshop hang, especially for journaling or a lazy Sunday with my husband and the crossword. But by the time I left (90 minutes later), I had changed my mind. It was so ridiculously loud! The noise went way beyond the usual coffeeshop sounds of grinding beans, steam from the espresso machine, and the chatter of customers (which are all expected) . At one point, and I'm not exaggerating, it sounded like an airplane was landing inside the coffeeshop. A horrible, continuous, incredibly loud sound like a jet engine .... And it just wouldn't stop! It went on for several, several minutes. At one point my friend paused our conversation and said "My God, what is that?" It ruined our coffee date and made the experience so unpleasant that we just wrapped up our time together and left. To add insult to injury, when we got outside a car alarm was blaring. That is not Hattie's fault, of course, but it didn't change my impression that this is the loudest coffeeshop on earth. I've been to hundreds of coffeeshops, and I've never experienced a prolonged, wretched, grinding-engine sound like this before. I have no idea what it was. It was so bizarre. The sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was meh, but the pastries looked great (although I didn't have one).
