The Cereal Milk Latte that they advertise
    Katie B.

I ordered the cereal milk latte iced. Below I have attached a picture of what is advertised on their social media and menu in the store. I also attached a picture of what I received. It tasted like something was definitely missing and each sip got worse. I had my family members try it and they all shared the same thought. I have been to the Brookside location and had a great iced vanilla latte. Just beware if ordering this drink, you are not paying for what is advertised. The food was good and the board games were fun. I would just recommend skipping this location and heading to Brookside instead or trying out a different coffee shop altogether.

Super delicious! I tried one of the Girl Scout Cookie flavors offered around this time (KC Caramel Delight) and my husband ordered the 14ER and we both loved it. They were also very quick to get our drinks out which was appreciated! It's pretty tiny inside so if it's not nice weather, there's not much room to be able to wait for your drinks. We are ready to go back, however, and try more seasonal drinks as they come out!

Always a fantastic staff who is willing to work with my pre-coffee nonsense brain. LOVE the Sugar Cookie Latte with an extra shot of espresso. The current Gingerbread Chai is insanely delicious as well.

I was in the Missouri side of Kansas City for a couple of days for a conference and wanted something that wasn't from a chain, whether it's coffee, books or whatever. I drove out to Fairway and stumbled upon Front Range. It's a relatively small coffee shop, which lends to a cozy feel and unrushed, stellar service from the baristas. I had an iced Ranger maple latte, which was sweet and delicious. Never had a maple latte outside of autumn, which is probably artificially flavored if I went somewhere else. Wish I had the option of more mom and pop coffee shops like this back home! I loved the latte enough that I bought four gift cards to share with the staff at the bookstore next door.

A hot Breve and The True Burrito with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs and cheese.

This is an excellent spot for a Saturday morning coffee (or any morning for that matter) and a bite to eat. I stopped in on my way to Rainy Day Books down the block and had a Breve (my go-to coffee) and a True Burrito. The Breve was rich and delicious at the right temperature, and the burrito was tasty but a tad small for my liking. This place is very quaint and can be very crowded during busy times, but the service was pretty fast and the staff were very friendly.

Front Range Coffeehouse is such a gem in KC, especially if you're someone who appreciates a thoughtful zero-proof menu. I stopped in and was immediately impressed by how warm, cozy, and inviting the space feels. It's the kind of place where you instantly want to settle in with a drink and stay awhile. I tried two of their NA cocktails and both were genuinely great: * Beekeeper (NA gin) -- bright, fresh, citrusy, and earthy. Light and refreshing without a strong spirit like bite. It honestly tasted like the perfect drink for a summer afternoon. (7.5/10) * Bear Hug (NA whiskey) -- sweet, smooth, and balanced. Not overly "whiskey tasting," but definitely gives mocktail vibes. The honey and cherries add the best natural sweetness. (8.5/10) On top of the NA drinks, they offer really solid specialty lattes and the classic pastries/food items you expect from a good coffee shop. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it's a great spot to go solo or with friends. If you're sober, sober curious, or just want a cozy KC coffee shop with more creative drink options, Front Range is absolutely worth a visit. (Review by @sobersipskc on all social media platforms)

Stopped in to knock out some computer work while in between clients. There was a few seats left open when I arrived. This is a smaller coffee shop that does not have a bunch of seating and I can see how it would fill up quickly. Not sure what time it is available but there is a full bar as well. There are a bunch of board games near the bathroom if you want to play something to pass the time. My coffee was good. I also ordered a Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich which was a good size and had good flavors.

Love the cozy vibes here--not a ton of seating but the patio helps. The specialty coffee flavors are always fun and creative, and the cocktails are solid, too.

Cocktails, Mocktails, Matcha and more! There actually want any matcha when I was there, the barista generously gave me a drink token due to the inconvenience. There is cozy decor that reminds me of a cabin, I would definitely do work here on the weekends!

Front Range is a unique spot, on many levels. The ambience alone is so different than any other spot in KC. It's located within a quaint strip of storefronts and has a rustic feel inside. There's also outdoor seating. The menu includes both coffee drinks as well as cocktails. I love coming here during the day for coffee, but it's also such a chill spot to stop for cocktails before headed to dinner. Front Range is truly a hidden gem!

Visited Front Range for the first time today. The ambiance is quite charming, as it feels like you're entering a rustic lodge in the mountains. The baristas were friendly and chill. Seating is pretty limited because the space is smaller. However, if you do find seating, it is a great place to study (outlets available) or catch up with a friend. There is a bar area for those who want to enjoy a cocktail and some outdoor seating. The baristas were friendly and chill. I tried their lavender honey latte and iced matcha with vanilla syrup. Prices are higher here as our 12 oz. drinks were $7.50 before tip. However, I would say the drinks were enjoyable and flavors were good. They don't overly sweeten the drinks, which I liked. I especially love that they have later hours, which is a rare find since most coffee shops tend to close earlier. Happy hour is 2-5 pm Monday-Thursday on signature drinks. They also have a collection of board games, which I thought was fun!

FRONT RANGE coffee and provisions. House Blend and Ceasar Salad.

I didn't even know this lovely place was here until I went to Rainy Day Books. I walked down the street and found this gem. It was cool and quiet and would be a great place for conversation, working, and just relaxing. The Provisions were from Parisi and since it was after the lunch rush, I did snag a yummy Chicken Ceaser Salad. I got the house blend coffee to go. Very flavorful. There is something about a cup of coffee from a small coffee shop that just touches your soul because you know the beans are fresh, the beans haven't been sitting for ages, and it just tastes like coffee. Coffee where you can distinguish flavor notes. I will be back.

This place is adorable, it's decorated like a Colorado cabin type of vibe. I love the iced chai! They have alcohol/ a bar too.

Of the 4 shops we visited this was by far the weakest of the presentations and offerings. We received a 4oz sample of their Ranger Maple Latte and a 5 minute presentation on the business. The drink is tasty but definitely not on the same level as what other shops were providing in the amount of different products offered for samples and certainly not for quantity when focusing on only one product. I was surprised to learn that Front Range is owned by the "Made in Kansas City" retail chain. No offense to the presenter, she was welcoming and friendly, I just think a more detailed presentation of the company as a whole could have been given. I do like the Rocky Mountain cabin vibe that they have created to make you feel that you've traveled 10 hours west and holding up in a cafe in Breckenridge. 3 stars for Caffeine Crawl experience (this location only) 5 stars for ambiance. 4 stars for product and value

Maybe it's the former barista in me, but I just never know what I'm gonna walk into. I was bit extra hesitant as I knew from reading reviews that this place was a bit off the beaten path, and as I routed myself there and found my car meandering through a suburban office parking lot maze I became even more nervous about my plan to work from here. All of that being said, once I got close to the coffeeshop itself I saw a sign clearly visible from the lot which was my first breath of relief. The signage is spectacular for a fairly hidden spot. Yes, you need to know it's here, but you will find it rest assured! If you don't see the sign keep hunting. The nice thing about it being in an office park is that there is ample parking. I was able to park and walk right in. The inside is modern but inviting, and at 9am I was able to have my pick of the tables. The day I was there was nice and I had my laptop so I went outside to their patio. I worked out there for about an hour and when I came inside to take a video call it was packed! I was able to snag a table and purchased a sparkling water before using their wifi (which was great!). Now to the coffee - I had a dirty chai and it was honestly wonderful. No notes. The baristas were friendly and overall I had a great time. Adding this to my list of great work spots in JOCO.
