I'm a regular Starbucks customer, spending over $100 a week just on coffee. I recently stopped by the Shoreline, WA location for a quick bathroom break after picking up coffee at the Lynnwood store. When I entered, I asked one of the associates for the restroom code, but she didn't know and directed me to ask the cashier. I thought that was odd, but I waited in line. Once it was my turn, I politely asked the cashier for the restroom code. She then told me I needed to make a purchase before I could use the restroom. I showed her that I had made a purchase at the Lynnwood store just an hour earlier, but she insisted that store policy required me to buy something at the Shoreline location. I'm really disappointed by this experience. I understand policies, but this felt unreasonable, especially considering I'm a loyal customer. I won't be returning to Starbucks, and I'll be sure to share my experience with others, particularly about this location (1251 N 205th St, Seattle, WA 98133). Very frustrating and disappointing.

Love this location, especially early am. Order on the app and easy peasy lemon squeezy . Then you also get rewards on it. Place is clean, although one suggestion is to have someone wipe down tables so it's not sticky from previous occupants. Overall, it's a good go to Starbucks. Staff super friendly.

This starbucks has moved into the middle of the lot it was in. It now has a lot more space and is a drive through. My impression of the previous location wasn't good but I can dig this one. Maybe it just all the open light but it feels more relaxed and like a place is sit with a drink for a bit. My usual americano was good. The usual burnt starbucks flavor but not bad. And this time I tried a breakfast sandwich. Though I realized after I got it that the bread was probably not dairy free as it was a crassont roll, the staff were nice enough to take the cheese off of it so my reaction won't be to bad. I wish they knew enough about the products to ask me about an allergy because I took the cheese off but most places don't do that or even think about asking that. I don't blame her, it was yummy and I should have been paying attention and asked.

This is my 'go to' coffee shop in Edmonds. Great selection of coffee, other beverages and food…read more Plenty of free parking. I typically do a mobile order which is always ready by the time I get there, hot and delicious. They know my name and give friendly service. This wasn't always the case so kudos to the current manager. Occasionally I meet a friend there. It can get hard to hear when there are a lot of customers. They feature art by local artists on the walls.

In short Dependable little spot with a drive-through window…read moreand a decent amount of seating inside. In long This is part of my new regular tour of Edmonds coffee spots since I'm down here a time or two a week these days. Ladro has lots of fans and it's easy to see why, even if the smaller mom-and-pop places get higher rates around here. Ladro deserves credit for doing everything right. This is an older strip mall, probably built around the time that phrase was coined. Wide variety of businesses, wonky shapes and angles in the parking lot. Inside, there's the big coffee bar on one side, and tables and chairs over there. They have some merch for sale, including plenty of choices among their own house-roasted beans. Lots of blends, and even a few interesting-looking single-origin bags, too. Not any cheaper than the big premium roasters charge. I'd have to try some of the beans before I could say if that seems justified, but I bet it might be. You can order ahead, but not only did I choose to order manually, I went inside and looked the poor kids in the eye. They all seemed to enjoy each others' company, and their nice work environment translates into a nice ambiance for relaxing with a cup. I ordered chai lattes to go, and they were boiling hot and tasted like they were from a tea bag (not the sugar-bomb concentrate that some places use). I also had a brown butter scone that was great even at room temp. They didn't get overly chatty making the drinks, but they were definitely friendly, and everything was ready quickly. Nice kid clocking off for the day even held the door for me as we went out, given that my hands were full. Honestly, if you didn't know this was a chain (albeit a small, local one), you'd think this place existed simply to caffeinate locals in the neighborhood. Everything about it has that nice neighborly, next-door vibe. They don't have anything quirky about them, really, and that huge pastry case is definitely not filled by on-site bakeries at every location. But it all still FEELS like a friendly spot down the street from home. 2 coffees and a scone were about $20 before tip. Could be better, could be worse. I'd definitely come back.

In long I'm in this neighborhood regularly these days, and this might be the best of the coffee spots I've tried so far. They're right at Five Corners, and they probably crank all morning. In recent days I've certainly stolen parking from them after they close, 'cause they share the parking with two of the best restaurants in Edmonds. They're much bigger than the garden sheds you see as coffee spots sometimes. Probably room for a TV and an easy chair in there for when it's slow. They have the usual lineup of coffees, some teas, and what might be a pretty good pastry list, though I wasn't eating today. The kid working today was super warm and friendly in a pleasantly relaxed way. My Americano was ready in no time. Cost a few pennies more for 2 shots than some place, but the coffee tasted a fair bit better. Pretty chocolatey for black coffee. She had me out the door and on in my way before ya know it. Much as I like constantly trying new places, I might have to come back here--even before I run out of places to try.

They are the most affordable, most reasonable and reliable in terms of shipping costs and diligent delivery, they have online and catalog promotionals that bring affordable to incredible extremes, and the ease of accessing the online options and ordering truly make choosing Espresso Zone a first and last stop for the java enthusiast, which I am to a signature degree. They've never let me down in the slightest in the 4+ years I've been ordering from them regularly, beginning with finding that their price for the Lavazza beans I crave was lower than the price that I found in the CoOp in Turin, Italy, which I discovered upon my return to the U.S. As the Yelp rating states, after the usual diligence I devote to quality and economy when I shop on site or online, "Woohoo! I will not be purchasing anything from them again but if you're going to, specially in higher quantities, be sure to ask them for the expiration date of the product before purchasing. I bought 200 espresso capsules to last me at least a few months while I traveled internationally. When I received the boxes I noticed that the capsules were going to expire in only 2 months. I reached out to the customer service team and asked if I could have the capsules exchanged with ones that would still be good for another few months and to my surprise, they denied my request. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. When a product is due to expire in less than 3 months, the least you can do is to note that in the description so that when someone wants to make a bulk purchase for any given reason, they can take that into consideration. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing again.
