I hate to leave a negative review, but our experience was pretty awful. I have worked many jobs in customer service and have never seen an employee be so dismissive to a patron. I came by to check out this Bigfoot Java and try a drink for free using the customer appreciation promotion, but was not able to. On the app it said it would be good through today, 9/21 for a free drink. I was trying to ask about how to use it and the employee said "I really can't hear you. You have to wait". She came over and I asked how to use the free drink offer. She seemed annoyed to help, and said "what's your phone number or do you have a QR code in the app". I showed her the QR code and she said it didn't have the offer on it. She walked away. I showed her a screenshot of the offer saying it would be good through today. She came back to see it then walked away and said "I don't know if you like used it or whatever" and shrugged. I didn't really know what to do so I just said "ok then" and drove away. I had waited for 10 minutes in line and to not be offered any help and to have the employee insinuate I was lying to get another drink was wild. I did some reading and the drinks are super high in sugar anyways (50+ g, more than double the recommended daily amount for women), so maybe it was for the best. But the rude and dismissive service and the offer not being honored was disrespectful. read more

This is such a nice grab and go drink shop. They have sodas and infusions that are so customizable. I got a hot chocolate which was good nothing spectacular but hit in a pinch. The worker got everything out quick while working by herself. read more

This review is based mainly on the dark mocha. My husband will get the drip which he says is just ok. The dark mocha (hot) was AWESOME the first few times I got it. I like dark chocolate and hate overly sweet drinks, so this was perfect. Last time I got it, it was good but had more of a plain chocolate flavor than a "mocha" flavor. Hopefully it was just an off day. The time I got the dark mocha iced though... it just wasn't the same. It way way more bland, as if there weren't enough chocolate/coffee, and too much ice. I will never get it iced again. The baristas are always friendly and considerate. This continues to be my go-to for a hot dark mocha when I'm in the area! read more

First time trying big foot Java all the way from Hawaii and all I can say is that, the workers here have ZERO customer service. The lady who helped us, her name's (Mae) was very unprofessional, took our order and she instantly made us feel unwelcomed. She started making our drink and once she saw a friend or relative on the other side of the window she asked a different worker to finish our drink just so she can chat with the person, so we ended up wasting more time waiting for our drink. Workers chat right in-front of you so you hear their whole conversation, 4 workers inside but only 1 person gets to move and makes the drink. I get that bunch of teenagers works at this coffee shop but at least try to be professional! Won't be coming back. read more

Still 5 stars because they've been superb during quarantine. I've been here about 10 times since quarantine started which is quite frequently. For the whole quarantine they have never had 32 ounce sippy cup lids which is inconvenient because they ask you to find your own straw... but sometimes I really just feel like drinking 32 oz and not waiting till I get home to drink. They are stellar with their no contact service. In the middle of the day or around 2pm it takes about 20 minutes to get a drink during this quarantine season. I feel like it is that way until around 8pm or so. At night they're busiest at midnight but that really doesn't compare to the daytime rush. read more

This was my first time and experience at Bigfoot Java I was at ranch 99 and wanted a nice drink for the road so I decided to give it a try. I ordered one of there frostbites can't remember the name of it but it was wrong and when I asked them to make it again all I got was a sassy attitude and a rude response from one of the girls there and when they gave me the new one back it still didn't look like the picture but I gave up knowing I would have been snapped at again not only was the customer service horrible I also paid so much for my drink just to be wrong twice won't be coming back at all. Honestly what the heck is happening here.. I waiting behind TWO cars for 40 minutes before the car in front was handed their ONE drink. This is a little ridiculous in my opinion there is no reason someone should have to wait that long in a short line because they're chit chatting and not doing their job the way they were trained. Was charged $2 for a water bottle and they didn't have any, tried to charge me for a cup of tap water?! Our order went through three different people. The original girl who took our order left as soon as we were done ordering, it was handed off to another girl who had a really bad attitude toward us and completely stopped making our order when someone she knew (was related to) came on the other side. I don't even want to give them a one star review. I came in on 7/12/24 to get a coffee and banana bread I spent $13.82 on the meal. Even gave a $1 tip. I went to go eat my banana bread and it was moldy! disgusting! so I called and explained the situation they said they would refund me. I check my bank account with in the next 24 hours 3 times and I didn't see the refund. so i called and explained and asked what was going on I was told that they don't do refunds and they can't help. Lines were a bit longer on a Sunday, that was expected, but I really wanted to try this place after seeing a few around the area. I ordered the Nutty Yeti, Vanilla mixed with hazelnut topped with whipped cream and nutmeg, and I really enjoyed it. Its milky with a nutty taste and perfect to warm me up in the rain. My husband ordered the legendary latte, A secret latte topped with whipped cream, caramel and cinnamon. The barista girl was OK, after I made my comment on the wait being so long she didn't apologize for that just asked what I wanted to order. I noticed the other girl at the window was just chatting with a guy in the other car... Really?! Is this what took so long? The drinks were good, most importantly a little bland, nothing special but gets the job done. I would come here again for that and also because is open 24/7. I am an out of town here visiting family decided to try some local coffee instead of the regular old Starbucks and of course I get a bad experience. I ordered a legendary latte iced and the drink very detailed explains it comes with whip cream caramel and cinnamon. Of course when I get my drink it comes with none of those things. I realized afterwards so we go back around and ask the barista because maybe I was mistaken. But when I asked the lady looks at me and rudely says "well you can get those things if you ask for them"...so I'm confused because I double check the menu and yes it says it comes with those things. so I just thought it was kind of rude and bitchy for her to respond that way I was genuinely just confused. seems like she hated her job. read more
