I like this Starbucks. It's got very comfortable seating. There is one long couch with tables and chairs. And there is another big desk that is secluded on one side by a shelf and could be great for larger parties. The baristas are friendly and efficient. I came here to do some work, and I think the atmosphere is great for studying or working. The music can be a bit loud, but I had earbuds that helped block the noise. There are tons of outlets. The drinks are fine. They are typical of what you can find at every other stabucks. I ordered the chamomile tea with honey, and it kept me warm on a snowy day. They also give free refills on hot water. read more

This place is on the way to work for me, I stop by here and there for a drink and maybe breakfast. Each time it's attitude, with 10 pumps of attitude. Awful service, they don't listen to your order despite being kind and respectful to the workers. If you hate your job that much, find a new one. We all work. It's ridiculous, after paying $30 for drinks and I ask for a venti cup of water you give me a grande?!? This never happens at the Starbucks in the suburbs up north. Absolutely insane. If you go on Tic Toc you will see hundreds of 'Karen's' and 'Ken's' treating service employees like crap. Rarely, if ever, will you see the opposite story. I do not post on Tic Toc, I don't have the time or energy, but if I did post on Tic Toc, this incident would have been posted immediately. Sunday 1-15-23 about 4:10 P.M. Male barista at the drive thru; "Welcome to Starbucks, what can I get started for you?" "Do you have any almost biscotti"? "No we do not" "Do you have any chocolate covered graham crackers"? "You mean a chocolate croissant'? "No, the dark chocolate covered graham crackers that are usually next the chocolate covered espresso beans, the Almond Biscotti, and the Kind Bars in front of the registers?" "No we do not" "Yea, I guess they sell out fast, ok thanks." (I was getting ready to pull away) "Starbucks doesn't sell those anymore, we haven't had them in a long time." "You mean your store doesn't sell them anymore?" "No, Starbucks doesn't sell those anymore." "But I get them all the time - I bought one last week on North Ave." "Hehe, well then I would suggest you go back to that Starbucks." I ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive thru, Aurelio (the manager on duty) was upset that I arrived too fast and told me that it's Starbucks policy that I needed to wait at least 5 minutes before I pull up to the drive thru after ordering. I then suggested if it's easier, I can just tell him my order right at that very moment. He then yelled at me through the speaker that he will ban me from Starbucks and that he has all of my information. I asked for a refund but he wanted to exclaim to me how I was being a jerk before a issuing a refund. That is unacceptable behavior, especially coming from a "manager". I will be writing more negative reviews/feedback about the experience I've had on multiple platforms. This employee/manager needs better customer service training! Oh, Starbucks, how I loves you this morning. The Krispy Kreme was closed due to an unplowed parking lot, and the Dunkin Donuts had a power outage, but you, Starbucks, YOU we're there for me. I have been to this location 3 times in the last 8 days. The first time was the best. 2nd time was average. This time, today, was a mess. I had my mouth & mind set on SB's this morn, spinach wrap & a grande dirty chai with 2 shots. Instead I got locked doors at 4:50am. I saw 2 females in there but they didn't acknowledge me pulling on the locked doors. They kept on doing tasks. It wasn't until a guy came and said why aren't they open. I told him maybe they open at 5am instead. He said they do but only on Sundays. He called them and one of the females answered and told him they could not get the registers to work. ????????? By this time there were 5 other people that arrived and wanted their SB's fix. I felt this was punishment from the coffee God since I have coffee at home and felt lazy this morn to make it. I had to go to a nearby competitor, yuck McDonalds. They should have placed a sign on the door indicating the problem. You do not keep people in limbo. Either they were new or have no clue. Pretty typical Starbucks- but let's be real, the parking lot and drive thru area is god awful. The location is very very tiny and during the morning rush, things can get a little cramped. The employees seem to be efficient and move the line through quick enough- there's just not enough space. If you actually park, be careful to park as far away from the drive thru as possible- you may have trouble getting out of your spot. read more

This Starbucks has a modern look inside. It's about average size that sits by itself in its own private parking lot. I only came in for a gift card. They were quick and staff seemed friendly. It does get busy in the parking lot, so it's not that easy to get in and out quick if you're in a hurry. read more

This is a cute little Starbucks (focus being on "little"), and the employees are pretty nice. We did stumble across an issue common to many Bux's, though; my cappuccino was a latte. For whatever reason, a lot of Starbucks baristas struggle with making foam, and I tend to end up with very wet cappuccinos. I almost wouldn't care, if only the foam wasn't my favorite part! Anytime I order a latte, I always get a cup half full of coffee with a ton of whip cream. Tried ordering with no whip cream and no foam, still the drink is only served half way??? I shouldn't be charged for a full cup if they only serve this half way all the time! Drink is good but the cup is never full to where it should be. Refuses to refill drinks and instead makes the ridiculous claim that "refills are only allowed before the time when your first drink has cooled down and also have had time to drink the entire thing". Obviously there is no circumstance in which I will pay OVER FOUR DOLLARS for merely one single drink rather then the unlimited refills for all drinks that are required by the Starbucks company to be done at all times for all people. Of course I actually have to pay nearly $6 for any drink at Starbucks, but $4 is already an extremely outrageous amount of money to steal from customers as this location is doing by refusing to correctly refill all drinks without fail for an unlimited amount of times. read more

This location is honestly one of my faves. I am not sure how they do it but they keep the line moving and make good coffee. I am not sure what else I can ask for. They are friendly and answer any of my questions. If I lived in the area this would be my go to location. The only bad thing? The lot is SO small. And the left turn situation is tragic. Will never come back to this location again I asked for light ice with my drink that was supposed to be made with oat milk they didn't have oat milk for one. Then the guy hands me the drink and it's not even filled up all the way. There was huge gap left. Love the place, one problem thou on my last visit. February 27 2016, 645am. The parking lot was empty, wow that was unusual. I go in only one customer on the way out. I ordered drinks and food. On the way out, there is the famous SB trash can. One part for recycles, one for landfill, I love that they support recycling. But, today both filled. Even thou, there were 4+ employees in the store. It has been open for at least 45 minutes. The landfill one, was filled with non-landfill items. Plastic cups, glass bottles, the reason I think is the Recycle part was full, so customers put items in the Landfill part. There was plenty of time for the trash to be empty, it needs to be part of the priority list of the employees. read more

We went to this starbucks yesterday at bought a soy Chai tea latte and a protein bistro box. Everything was going well, I have had the protein box before and enjoyed it so I bought it again. This time was not so pleasant. I ate the egg and the apples. I started to eat the grapes and saw the MOLD. The worst feeling I've ever had. I've never ordered food with mold on it and never thought my first time would be at starbucks. The women at the counter gave me my money back and a $5 gift card. I feel very disappointed with my iced green tea latte today. Did I pay my money to mix it myself? I can see the layer of the milk and green tea powder that not stir well enough. The parking sucks & most times you can't get a seat inside either. I mostly get my drinks to go or at the drive thru. The baristas are always on their game. Fast service in the drive thru, I've had to wait awhile inside a few times while they got all the drive thru drinks completed but that was OK. When I have ordered thru the mobile app my drink is always ready and waiting for me. I've never had anything made wrong or gotten the wrong drink. I usually ask for extra syrup or something with my drink and it's always correct and the way I like it. read more

I just had the worst experience. Stopped thru the drive thru to get my usual before work- grande no white mocha but this time I also decided to get a breakfast sandwich to eat. The line was very long as usual, waited 10-15 minutes or so got my drink/ food and bit into it - ice cold in the middle. Mistakes happens right - no big deal- so I called and spoke to someone about it. I asked for a refund to my rewards card he was very rude, short and pressured me to turnaround and come back in instead. I told him I was driving and didn't know the next time I'd be able to make it there. Then he says "well what do you want me to do then?" I again asked for a refund to my card. Generally all the employees at this location are pleasant,but my brother and I came the other day and we were served by a girl named Haley I believe. This girl was one of the best workers I've ever encountered.
