The interior of Jazwah is large and beautifully designed. They stuck with neutral colors along with black and gold. There's plenty of natural lighting, too. The whole plaza looks nice with the brown and gold theme. The menu looked limited. I didn't see mofawar or cappuccino, but perhaps I missed it. I ordered an adeni chai and a vanilla cake pop. The adeni chai was made fresh, so it was served very hot; be careful. I only managed to have a few sips there, but I had the rest at home. It was good. My son enjoyed the cake pop. Service was excellent and pricing was fair.

A great and quiet cafe with a great drink selection. We were suggested an amazing pastry and was a splendid place to get work done!

I also grabbed a muffin, and it was just as good, fresh and the perfect little addition to go with my drink. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It has such a comfortable and relaxed vibe, and it feels like a place you can actually spend time in, not just grab something and leave. Everything about it felt easy and enjoyable. This is also a really great place to work from home for a few hours. There is plenty of space to sit, a good atmosphere for getting things done, and lots of parking which makes it super easy to pop in and stay a while without any stress. You guys definitely need to try this place if you are in the area. I will definitely be back and can already see this becoming a go to spot.

The bagels are nice and fresh, the baristas know how to draw espresso without making it bitter. My wishlist for this place is comfier furniture and ventilation in the kitchen/coffee bar area. Anything baked or cooked blew strong smoke/grease smell that clung to my clothes. It's new and looks sparse overall. I hope they lean into the grove theme! Tea Yard - Matcha tornado and brown sugar milk tea with creme brulee.

This time, although that sign was still up over one menu, the rest of them were not. So, I took a chance and ordered it. I asked for half sugar, because I usually ask for 25%, but I figured with matcha frappe, I might need a little. It turned out good, but I think I expected more of the creme brulee to be present, and that was my mistake. It was mainly a matcha frappe (matcha and ice blended together) with a hint of the creme brulee along the side. By 1/3 of the way down, my mouth was numb from the cold. I probably won't order this one again, at least not in 30 F weather- haha. My partner got the same drink as last time, except this time he ordered a large. He got the brown sugar milk tea; 50% sugar; little ice. Add creme brulee topping. That was delicious, just like last time. The people working here are very sweet. I'm not sure if they are a family, but they seem like it. They work very well as a unit with the young woman at the register, and the elder man and woman making the drinks. The inside is cute. There is one small table and two benched areas with various designs on the walls, and the toy machines toward the back. We are planning to come here more often and try other flavors!
