He is everywhere and needs to focus on preparing food for the customers who have been sitting waiting for food. My family and I have been waiting for food and he keeps attending the larger table of customers giving them food and drinks. Not sure if understaffed but if he is head chef he needs to be cooking and directing staff. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I ordered the chilaquiles on point not soggy perfect spice exactly what I was looking for.. I also ordered a broccoli cheddar skillet with avocado and let me tell you I've never had any skillet that had broccoli with seasoning it had a hint of garlic not just grilled and thrown in there that flavor was incredible you don't get that at other restaurants... And then of course my favorite thing waffles I don't know what this man does to the waffles but it was crispy on the outside and kind of lacy inside my kind of waffle not a waffle that you cut into and it looks like a pound cake I can't figure out how he makes it or whatever he does that's how a waffle should be.. He uses fresh potatoes.. and fresh hash browns although ..I was charged which believe me I get I a pecan waffle with pecan inside and out I think I was charged $5 extra but you know what pecans are expensive and boy there was a lot on there I would chop them up though..... Was very clean the windows were clean that's my pet peeve when you walk into a restaurant and you have dirty windows the coffee pots were shiny they take pride the cleanliness of the restaurant my server was excellent very informative I did ask about the owner cuz I was just truly impressed usually when food is made to perfection the most part and this industry it's always not a Greek Hispanic they learn and watch and intact.. I don't know if he had had experience before but whatever he had whatever he knew..he is definitely gifted.... I will give 20 stars to this place I hate I work mornings I can't even get there I just had a day off and I was at urgent Care and we stopped there it makes me feel like breaking a bone and having to go back there just so I can go back for breakfast or just take a day off of work LOL.... There is an automatic gratuity don't be discouraged and understand the area they probably work many years getting stiffed and had no choice.. to succumb to that.... I will definitely be coming back you are my all-time favorite breakfast

The male bartender we encountered was the absolute worst I have ever come across in my entire life, bearing in mind I'm also a bartender and have seen many come and go. The place had it's "quirks" and clientele but this review will center on the poor service provided by this dude. 1. When we first came in a friend ordered Vegas bombs cause she had just found out what they were and was excited. Not only did the dude make them wrong, he put a carbonated beverage from the gun into the tin and lazily shook it, which made the top pop off cause of pressure, and he tried it again. That's so rookie it hurts. He then proceeded to spill half the tin on the bartop (very common theme with this dude) as he poured out the shots 2. I asked what bourbons they had, not expecting more than a few, and he fired back with just Jim Beam. Looked around the bar for 2 seconds and found 3-4 in total. 3. Asked for a tequila sunrise for a friend and he made it with tequila, OJ, and a shot of cranberry for color over grenadine. I've never in my life encountered a bar, even the most dive of the dive, that didn't have grenadine 4. Dude was hardly behind the bar. Kept wandering off and coming back 5. Couldn't even keep a tab straight. Ended up putting half of one friends tab on anothers 6. Did last call, looked at my friends receipts, then told me he wasn't going to serve me because what the people I came with tipped was "bullshit" which has absolutely nothing to do with me, or my finances. Frankly I don't blame them for only tipping 15% but the audacity to say something like that is just truly unprofessional. He then continued to serve and take shots himself as we walked out the door. Never will I return and frankly think this dude was the worst bartender I have ever come across no cap. I hope in the future this place staffs better. Also around 1am some random drunk dude showed up behind the bar to wash glassware, which was dirty and just left on the bar top for hours. Unlikely to have a barback start at 1am so either an owner or a random customer doing dishes and being weird behind the bar
