We ordered an Americano, a latte, and a chocolate croissant. The shop was nearly empty, and most of the people there were already seated and drinking, so we expected a quick turnaround. Still, we patiently waited around 15 minutes. We're not even upset about the wait -- it happens -- but when we got our order, the croissant wasn't even warm (which should be the minimum at any coffee shop). Even worse was the coffee: flavorless, barely warm, and closer to bland flavored water than anything resembling a proper brew. We came in with good expectations but left dissatisfied and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
