It came out pipping hot but once it cooled enough that I could drink it, it was delicious! Highly recommend! They have a shared parking lot with a few other places, but it was easy to find a parking spot. You order at the counter, and they prepare your bagels, so that when you get to the cash register, they are ready for you to take. If your drinks aren't ready yet, you can take a seat at one of the tables and they will bring them to you. The people working here seemed like a family.
