My date and I tried the matcha and we were both blown away! I had the strawberry coconut Matcha and she had a regular Matcha. They tasted so good excellent quality and craftsmanship. My experience yesterday was phenomenal. We were pleasantly greeted at the door, we proceeded to ask questions regarding the chai options and pastries and all were answered respectfully and in a caring way. We ordered the tea pot of adeni chai with no sugar, Dubai chocolate cheesecake, zatar croissant and a coconut strawberry matcha. The matcha was smooth and creamy and although it was a bit on the sweeter side, the taste was great. The zatar croissant was wonderfully layered and tasted great warmed up and remained crispy. The cheesecake was a hit, best seller and for good reason. It had elements of sweet and savory. The chai was freshly made, provided with tea cups and service to the table. The chai was spicy in a good way, right elements of milk to chai ratio and made fresh which I loved. More than anything, the experience as a whole was splendid and customer service was an A+. I stop by every time i'm in chicago for the knaffeh latte alone because it's sooo good but this last time i got the strawberry matcha and it tasted really sweet and chalky. We visited from out of town and found this coffee shop. It's beautiful and spacious inside. Loss of delicious baked goods available at 8:30am. Stopped at this beautiful middle eastern cafe and ordered a Strawberry Coconut Matcha and a pistachio knafeh chocolate! Everything was so delicious! If I were able to come back I would wanna try their Biscoff Latte or the Iced Knafeh latte. I would like to start my review with the food. My family and I tasted the pistachio and caramel cheesecakes and they were delicious! So full of flavor and they were creamy, definitely recommend. Also coffee was delicious, this is a must have when trying this coffee shop. Service was good as the servers and cashier were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance of the coffee shop is clean and warm, plenty of space to enjoy food and drink. Once again I recommend this coffee shop and I will be back for more. Good job Qahwa team! read more

I was jokingly calling this place "the fake Qahwah House" because the name is so similar to the popular Yemeni coffee shop. The Qahwa is located in a decent plaza with adequate parking. The inside is spacious with good seating, and there's a beautiful mural on the back wall. There's even a very nice prayer room hidden in the back. The menu has a good selection of drinks and dessert items. Very similar to Qamaria. We ordered a Qahwah latte (hot), a Saffron iced coffee, and a pistachio cupcake. Both drinks were excellent. Tasty and sweet without being cloying. The cupcake was okay; the cake part was kind of dense/dry, but the frosting was tasty. The drinks came out really fast compared to Qahwah House, despite being busy. Service was friendly and pricing was on par with other similar places. read more

Service is good, I don't know if we came on a bad day but the drinks we got were not it. The lotus had a weird texture it was off putting, the mango refresher or lemonade whatever is was it was super sweet definitely needed more acidity, the pistachio latte had a weird after it was not good. They don't stir the drinks. The cookies we got are chewy almost like a brownie texture. Didn't like those. For all the stuff we got it was honestly almost $100 which is so crazy to me, very pricey read more

This new coffee shop is definitely the place to be. Their house and signature blend is sourced from 6 different countries around the world and are roasted at one of the top coffee roasters in the nation. They are so rich and yummy! Not to mention they use 3 or 4 shots/per M or L drink. They serve freshly squeezed lemonade and refreshers and have a huge array of flavor options. Not only do they make unique Arabic style drinks but they can make your daily coffee order as well from caramel macchiatos to cold foam cold brew and everything in between, so leaving your daily coffee shop won't feel like any type of compromise. Drinks came out quick. They have been open for less than a month and any time you walk in, it gives a welcoming family style vibe. Everyone is friendly but the coffee is what's going to make you come back. Definitely one of Bridgeview's top gems! read more

I've visited this place a couple times and even though it does have a nice set up it always failed me. The drinks are never right and it's so unorganized when it comes to service. What I'm mainly mad about is that when I ordered a drink the cashier had charged me for 2 and after arguing with him that I only ordered 1 drink and only received one drink he still wouldn't give me a refund and I walked out with only one drink after paying for 2. I came here after hearing all the hype about this new place only to walk out dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered the pistachio latte and it was absolutely horrible. It was so watered down and I realized it was because there was a big chunk of coffee mix on the bottom of my drink. My husband also decided to get the "famous" knafa drink as they call it and it was filled with ice after mentioning 2 times for light ice and not to mention it wasn't stirred. If this isn't bad enough we also ordered a piece of cheesecake only to see after eating one bite that there was a piece of blonde hair in it and it was not from me. It had to be from one of the big owners who gave me my cheesecake. It also came to my attention how unsanitary it was when seeing none of the workers had any gloves or hair nets on even the women with long hair. the tables were uncleaned even after seeing multiple employees just standing there on there iphone and the place wasn't packed at all. I had to wait at least 20 minutes just to even receive a napkin. Not to mention this place does have a prayer room which is way smaller in person but as I sat down my stuff to pray all I see is one of the owners friends children had been going through my stuff and running around the prayer room while the owner was laughing and talking with her friend and none of them did anything. I'm not trying to be rude but this place over chargers is unsanitary has bad service and is honestly over hyped. I genuinely prefer the original qahwah house that never disappoints me and isn't a rip off lol. read more
