This Dulce Mami location is one of the most horribly serviced restaurants in time. The head chef (brother of the owner) needs to be controlled and taught how to properly run a restaurant. He is everywhere and needs to focus on preparing food for the customers who have been sitting waiting for food. My family and I have been waiting for food and he keeps attending the larger table of customers giving them food and drinks. Not sure if understaffed but if he is head chef he needs to be cooking and directing staff. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I just realized that I have visited their other location a few years ago. This one did not disappoint as well. The decor is so pretty. And the staff is cordial. I ordered the Oaxaca chocolate and a veggie skillet. The skillet was pretty spicy and coupled with the hot chocolate my mouth was on fire. The star of the meal was definitely the Oaxaca hot chocolate! The creamy foam on top tasted like marshmallows. It was so good! And the design on the mug was a nice added touch. read more

It came with a mini dulce skillet, French toast, and fruit. It was more than enough food for me. The French toast was soft and delicious. The skillet was full of flavor. His combo skillet and French toast: 4/5 The skillet is packed with flavorful ingredients! It has a good amount of meat (chicken, beef, ham), but also potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, onion, pepper, jalapeño, cheese, fried egg, and avocado. (I think the avo was missing). One of the best breakfasts I ever had! I ordered the Dulce Mami skilled which came with chicken, steak, and ham along with various veggies and panini toast. Very flavorful and perfectly cooked. I like that it's an open kitchen concept so you can see how clean and careful the staff is in prepping meals. They also have a drink menu that's frankly drool worthy. I ordered the iced frappe with Nutella and I honestly am excited to come back and try all the drinks. The way this place is decorated is so freaking cute! read more

One thing about the cook / chef. I came here last week with my girlfriend and the cook just couldn't seem to keep his eyes to himself. The entire order was bad. It tasted spoiled and sour. We threw away the entire order and I called and the guy kept telling me they use fresh ingredients and have never had this and I said OK but you do today! Like fix the problem and don't tell me that. I wanted to enjoy my food and go to the airport happy BUT instead got a guy telling me "awe well!" The complete disregard for the terrible food and the lack of resolution was awful. I spent 70 dollars that I literally threw away and he would not refund me. I may not live here but my family does and this kind of customer service was trash! To the manager: $70 thrown away! The drinks were DELICIOUS not to mention adorable (see photos). You can't really find golden milk anywhere. They should probably put "breakfast" on the outside sign.
