Saw the coffee shop while passing by and got curious. The place looks cool and it is a good place to hangout with friends. If im not full I would like to try their bagel sandwiches and their pastries looks so good. I settled for a black regular coffee since I want to taste the freshness of coffee without masking it with any creamer. The coffee taste good but not that great. I only gave 3 stars for service. I guess like one of the reviews that employees are chatty and just ignore customers. So I waited for my coffee on where they pick them up since there is a customer behind me. And they serve the coffee to the guy behind me and employee started cleaning up without asking what i am waiting on. The young guy who got my order was about to leave and started a conversation with another woman employee and even ordered his own. So i asked the other guy for my order and thats when he just got my coffee on that countertop coffee server. The young guy shoukd have given it to me right away in the first place. Well, better start looking around you if there is a customer waiting.

Cute cafe in the neighborhood. Very warm and home-y inside. They have an extensive menu offering different types of beverages and food items. Ended up getting a large caramel perkiato which is their version of a caramel macchiato. Twas delicious and not super sweet. I could see myself coming back for sure.

Loooooooove this neighborhood gem! I don't go as much as I would like but whenever I stop in it's like a hug. Everyone's friendly, the food and drinks are consistent, and it's so cozy inside! Love the speciality drink, I think it's a Carmel Cold Brew or Carmel Iced Coffee with Pecan foam? Idk it's good. Go get it! Their GF brownies are amazing so get that too!

Almost are this plastic bread holder called and they acted if nothing

The ambience is cool chill but then when you go to order seems like they're a little bit racist and and judgmental based off how the workers were talking to each other. The negative part was that I ordered a burrito which I thought was a little bit pricey because it doesn't come with anything on the side and I noticed that I had a little plastic thing inside that holds the bread see pic . Makes me feel like they were rushing and not paying attention. Do better.

This coffee shop is adorable with friendly service. The coffee is delicious, I ordered a light drip coffee and my husband had a hot americano. There are gluten free treats available as well as gluten free options for bread. We had the breakfast burrito and the peppers and egg sandwich with the gluten free roll - both were awesome. 10/10 recommend.

We love coming to this great neighborhood spot. The coffee is always perfect and the sandwiches are on point. Service is usually pretty quick for how busy this place can get.

My favorite local coffee shop Their House Special - The Perkiato (iced) is the best version of a Carmel macchiato I've ever tried. The cafe is super cute and bright, and they have a whole outdoor bench area with trees and flowers that is perfect for a weekend morning. Their whole bean coffee blends are great as well. Would recommend going early to snag some pastries!

Solid coffee, solid food, solid dudes in a hip space. All good. Add to your list. They have espresso coffees, despite the name.

Is there still a walk up order window? Cause I loved the the walk up window not only for COVID safety, but made is easier and safer to order when I walk my pup :)

Hi Cheyenne, Thanks for inquiring! While our walk-up window is no longer there, as we have re-opened for dine-in, you can still order in advance online and include a note in your order stating that you are outside with your pup, and we will bring… Read more

Coffee is impressive and lemonade fresh as it gets. Cute cute cute fun place to visit. Their beignet was too doughy and dense today- maybe didn't have time to let yeast rise properly. We are willing to try again. Remember to order properly if you order 2 for 6$ set you can add a third for 2$ but if you order 4 more they they charge for 3$ each. We wanted 6 today so next time will remember to order 2x3 for 6$ instead of set of 2 then 4 more on side. But the owner was super kind so we didn't mind one way or another. She let us try their sauces and they were both amazing. I think addition of chocolate sauce like Grand Lux used to have in their triple sauce set, may be a crow pleaser.

Though it was the last thing we ate, what demonstrates their cred is the beignets! Generously dusted with sugar, perfect with a well-made cup of coffee. This store front cafe is extraordinarily neat and clean. This is clearly a family business. Even the logo, which is a picture of the owner's grandmother. The shop is sparsely decorated but seems to be a real staple in the community, which felt special to visit as an outsider. My friend and I both ordered egg and goat cheese bagel sandwiches. I ordered an iced lavender matcha and my friend ordered a cappuccino. The sandwiches were made with boiled eggs, which felt extremely odd. The egg type was not clarified on the menu, but I feel like for a breakfast sandwich to include a boiled egg instead of a traditional fried or scrambled egg, that should be disclosed to customers with some sort of expectations. My friend said the cappuccino was "just like every other cappuccino I've ever had." The lavender matcha really just tasted like a regular matcha. It was good but not much lavender flavor! Our food also took a bit to come out, despite the coffee shop being empty (only one other person already dining when we came in) and what we ordered. It looked like there were only two workers. I personally wouldn't visit Sipping Turtle Cafe again, unfortunately. There are a lot of other great options around that satisfy me more.

I tasted the espresso shots briefly but it was all milk afterwards. Since I got there in the afternoon, I decided on their Breakfast Sandwich for a late lunch. This one hit the spot for me! Bacon, soft scrambled eggs, caramelized onions and sriracha...delicious! For my pastry, I chose the Guava Cheese Bread. It's like a bigger and denser version of pao de queijo. Really liked how the tartness of the guava jam complimented the savoriness of the bread.
