I got a vanilla iced shaken chesspresso and a kugelhopf cake. The cake was insanely good! It was thick but not too dense, wasn't overly sweet and the addition of powdered sugar and some mini chocolate chips was so good! It was filling and ended up being my breakfast for the day instead of just a snack. Sadly, the drink wasn't anything special. I got a 24oz which I would expect to have extra espresso but it tasted like a single shot was added. I could not taste the vanilla at all and had some sugar grit in my first couple of sips. I am guessing cane syrup is not used but granulated sugar instead. The service was average, it looked like a slow morning for them and the staff chatted amongst themselves as they prepared my order. There was plenty of space available which was nice, they could accommodate alot of people and actually have room for more tables or at least one more very large one.

The coffee is so good.My go to is the chai latte . So yummy. The service is quick and friendly. Love the ambiance. So chill and quiet. Always a great place to get some work done , read or play chess.

Good lavender latte to go. But the place is adorable. Close to my apartment. So I will visit again.

Pumpkin pie latte was good! And the raspberry danish was even better. Been thinking about it for days

The tofu was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned with that warm five-spice profile, and had a great texture. It's a seriously good vegetarian option, not something that feels like an afterthought. I also love that L&M has a grocery store component, which makes the experience even more fun. You can grab a sandwich and then browse the selection of specialty groceries, snacks, sauces, and other interesting finds. It has that neighborhood-market feel while still offering food that feels elevated and thoughtfully made. Great spot for a quick lunch, a casual bite, or just stopping in to explore. The five-spice tofu sandwich alone is worth the visit! Quick service and polite staff. Street parking is available.

I appreciated that they have ample seating room for eating them at maximum freshness. We ordered the turkey & Brie and roast beef sandwiches. The bread was super fresh with the perfect crunch and chew. No ingredients were skimped upon with the perfect balance of flavors. I loved how the crunchy apple contrasted the slab of Brie on the turkey sandwich, and the roasted garlic aioli brought a great savory balance. The roast beef sandwich was pretty spicy and I loved the slight smokiness of the provolone. We left very satisfied and with leftovers. I would 100% stop by again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend paying a visit!
