I have been a customer at this coffee shop for many years, but I think it's time for me to stop coming here. First, I want to say that the cashiers are always friendly. Unfortunately, the food quality has gotten worse with every visit. I usually order the lox bagel, but it is definitely not worth $15. It doesn't taste very good, comes with only one slice of smoked salmon, and has too much onion. The coffee is okay. On my last visit, I ordered the avocado toast. It looked far from appetizing. It was served as two slices of toast with cubed avocado and a sauce on top that ruined the taste. It seems like the cooks are not putting much effort into preparing the food. The staff here is useless. They treat their customers as if they don't exist. If you ask them a question, they'll just walk away. This has happened to me twice in the past month. The coffee is average and way overpriced. read more

I tried giving this place so many tries and every single time i am disappointed even more than the last. From ordering an iced americano and hearing the barista say "does he realize he's just drinking watered down coffee? it isn't even coffee it's dirt water" to having them literally roll their eyes when i try to order a black coffee. just black. no modifications. the food is okay, it's not the best, but i won't be going back knowing their baristas are so rude and right in front of the customers too. Great coffee spot in Irving Park! Went for a visit after pickleball and they had a great variety of drinks, food, and even merch! Came here for something sweet and found exactly that! I got to try their seasonal Strawberry Passionfruit refresher and was not disappointed. Perfect blend of both their sweetness. Looking for a local coffee shop to meet some friends and this one popped up on my maps app. It was only a little walk from where we we're staying so we gave it a go. Nice location, comfortable atmosphere, fresh pastries, smooth coffee and a good bfast/lunch menu. We had the bfast burrito to split and a couple lattes, which were fresh and enjoyable. The only downside was the price tag hit $30, which is a bit steep for a daily visit, but certainly reasonable for a little holiday brunch. Wait can be on the longer side - I recommend ordering a head of time. I don't mind the wait, as the food is made fresh and great quality and very large servings. My favorite is the AM Panini and the Breakfast Burrito. They also have a lunch menu that I have yet to try, but hope to soon. Coffee is also excellent with fun add ins. This is a great local business with friendly staff and customers. Hands down one of my favorite cafes in the city. I don't go out to get coffee too often, but when I do this is my spot to stop. My favorite drinks were the Abuelita and the Horchata lattes, but just yesterday I finally tried the Chagaccino and omg have I been missing out! I was always on the fence about it because I saw mushroom but Hannah the barista told me to just go for it and it was so much tastier than I could've imagined. I got mine with a shot of espresso and oat milk. There's no hint of weird mushroom taste (which is what I was initially afraid of), just a hint of chocolate and cinnamon with light sweetness from the Monk fruit sweetener. Plus it has some health benefits?! I'm in. I officially have a new favorite drink! Also, if you haven't tried their food I'd highly recommend grabbing some with your drink. I've only had a few things from here but everything I've tried has been phenomenal. Yesterday my boyfriend and I stepped out of the box from our usual and got the Nutella and Banana Panini and the Turkey Pesto Wrap. Both delicious and just more items to add to the list of things we love to eat here.
