I go everyday n order a venti iced pumpkin latte upside down with extra pumpkin at the bottom. They always make my drinks exactly how it's ordered. PERFECT! I drive there passing 3 other Starbucks because I know I'll never be disappointed. On top of that. There really nice there. Always smiling and soo polite! I also go to other Starbucks n I can never find the studded cups. I actually found most of them the venti size here at this Starbucks. I buy 1 only for me. Not resale like most people do. So it's nice to have a Starbucks where you can find a cup you've been wanting. 5 star all the way to this Starbucks read more

2-15-2023 830a The staff is super friendly warm and welcoming. The Manager showed up and the atmosphere changed immediately as she started dropping stats on how much cold drinks were being made vs hot drinks and that the team was needing to change all the structure. You can tell she probably could use some management skills training. This place is clean quick and relaxing. read more

While the line for the drive through was long and took longer than I anticipated, this Starbucks gets good marks for friendly service even when it's super packed (free red cup day). When I finally got to the ordering window, the person taking orders was helpful while I decided and didn't skip a beat when I asked various questions about what pastries were in stock. Some Starbucks locations just rush you through but while they were sort of efficient once you ordered, I appreciated the genuine friendliness when I paid and received my coffee. A great way to start the day! read more

The only reason I'm even writing this review is because of Bryan (i think that's his name) he's usually at the drive thru counter. I swear I LOVE this guy!! His smile could cheer up anybodys most terrible day. He is always so nice, chipper, and friendly. Whenever I pull up to the window and I don't see him i get sad lol. Seriously he's awesome! I even complimented him today on how he's my favorite bc he's always so nice. Onto the actual product this is the only location that makes the PERFECT cup of iced green tea with just the right amount of minty. I'm not really a fan of their coffee as it usually tastes burnt, but you can't go wrong with the tea! read more

Love the drinks here staff is amazing Ashley Brayant and Bianca are my favs be sure to tip your barista this team works hard

LIVIN' LA VIDA MOCHA Another Starbucks means more blonde roast Americanos and more $9 bistro sandwiches. This is one of the closer S-Bux to where I work in Melrose Park; my coworkers have probably been here thousands of time since I was hired (that number is not an exaggeration btw, they are all addicts who start tweaking out if they don't get their precious coffee). I'm not the world's foremost expert but I've done enough coffee runs to give these fellas a review. I loved the smoked butterscotch frappuccino that I got on a whim. Most of the blended beverages have been tasty and the iced stuff is equally good. Workers are friendly and haven't gotten an order wrong (so far). Their drive-thru is fairly speedy, but honestly I've found that ordering inside takes virtually the same amount of time. Having skipped lunch one day, I made the grievous mistake of purchasing one of their chilled "bistro sandwiches" for an outrageous $7 or $8. It was a tiny thing that maybe had a value estimated at like $2.50 at most....... Starbucks' food is just about the most overpriced sh*t in existence, I have no idea why. Keep serving basic bitches their mocha-choca-latte-ya-ya's, it's what keeps this world turning. read more

Best workers!!!! Incredibly welcoming staff is always busy making tons of orders but still says hello to everyone wow I love it here!!!

I start my day at this Starbucks. Although I've been to many this is by far the best one for me. There is something uniquely different about this particular Starbucks. The beverages and food are always great but the "Team" that works here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They remember both my exact drinks as well as my name. The manager, Jason, I consider a friend. There are a few other baristas you might ask for if you visit here. Besides Jason, try to meet Niko, Ashley, Brayant, and Tracy. I know that this review should focus primarily on food and beverage however the extra mile the baristas take make this more than a simple visit. It's an Experience with Friends. A place you want to be. Remember the sitcom Cheers? It's like that. Come to "a place where everybody knows your name". Definitely 5 Stars and very highly recommended. read more

Best Starbucks ever, my boyfriend and I always come to this Starbucks because they literally make the best drinks! They never get any of our orders wrong, and my boyfriends favorite drink happens to be the mocha cookie crumbl but he hates whip cream so always asks for no whip, they never miss with it and it always taste super delicious, sometimes it's very busy and you can tell they're frustration but all it takes is a little patient because it ends up being worth it when you get a good drink made correctly 10/10 times you come. read more

I had went through the drive thru for my drinks and one of them was made wrong then I went to get it remade and they still didn't make it correct. The girl at the window was being rude about my order and towards the person I was with as well. read more

Really liked the drive through service and friendly staff. This Starbucks is close to my work so I do drive-thru in the morning and go to inside during the lunch hour when I feel I should treat myself with a green tea latte with soy. I really liked the staff here who are really nice to me every time and appear like working there. I am not a fan of their coffee as I only like tea from here. I have tried their breakfast sandwich and oatmeal which both are really good and slightly more expensive than McDonald's. read more

I really like this place. Although I've slowed down on my consumption of Starbucks since I got the Tassimo Brewer, I still like to go here in the afternoons and get a cup of whatever is fancy now. I got a grande Caramel Brulée Latte and customized it to be less calories (2 pumps instead of 4 and used nonfat milk and easy whip). It was served with a smile and was fast and delish. I also got some cool things on sale (cranium game, cookies). My friend enjoyed her sugar-free vanilla latte (she ended up buying the syrup for home). I just really like Starbucks. read more

Blue skies and sunny days don't mean warm and fuzzies. In Chicago, it's a crap shoot. Luckily I'm a gambling man. The thing about starbucks, the odds are in your favor that you will receive a consistent product no matter which store you go into. I can't tell you how many times I've had my day absolutely ruined by small time fly by night ad hoc business men that slung coffee like it's some commoners food. The green aprons are so calming. read more

No negativity with this Starbucks. Been coming here occasionally for a few yrs now. They're always relatively quick with my order. Most of the employees are usually very friendly. They usually have full stock of all standard items. The inside isn't always clean but I understand that since this place has a constant revolving door, it can be hard to manage that. Overall, this is a decent Starbucks. read more

The best Starbucks. I could order the same drink and it will taste exactly the same everyday. Can't say the same about other locations that's for sure. read more

You know you live in a "hood" when Starbucks is deemed bougie and have several locations close down just months after opening. However despite being a "McCafe" neighborhood, this Starbucks seems to be going strong. I generally don't opt for Starbucks unless I'm trapped in an airport for a ridiculous amount of time, or dating a white girl. Is that stereotyping? I don't think I'm telling any tales out of school when I say that white girls love their Starbucks. I digress. When I do come to Starbucks, I'm welcomed with friendly service and tasty coffee drinks. So I can't complain. Except what the H is this music you play in your shops? You can't serve expresso shots then try to lull people to sleep with whatever kind of crap that is. Here's to the lone ranger Starbucks of Melrose Park. May you remain open and keep dishing out your pretentious coffee to the people who come in and deny living in this town. read more

We all joke about Starbucks. They either love them or hate them but we all have our favorite drink. They may be ubiquitous but they are not all created equal. The service can depend on the lunar calendar and other things beyond your control. That is going to effect your cup of coffee. I am by no means a regular to any Starbucks. This one has a drive thru and EVERY TIME I've been to this one I have friendly prompt friendly service. The barristas actually chat with me and were helpful when I was frantically looking to replace my office sippy cup/mug. They were patient while I decided on what I wanted. (grande iced nonfat mocha with whipped cream) read more

Very poor service tonight by Leslie in drive thru. After ordering i came to window and requested to use my regards. Leslie proceeded to charge me. Update: it's been a year since I've been at this location due to consistently having poor service & not up to par drinks. I stopped in desperation because of recent good reviews.... Garbage over flowing, a customer with a toddler with shoes standing their child on the beverage pick up counter, still no smiles & they got the drink wrong once again...not once but twice. Conclusion: these good reviews were most likely bogus and/or prompted by managers & employees. If you are a daily gold card customer as I am...patron River Forest or the Schiller Park locations. Both are out of my way but highly superior to this location. read more

This Starbucks is nearest work so this is were my morning coffee comes from....and sometimes a lunch coffee. The people working here are super friendly and my drink is always good. Although I am one of the 1% out there that gets plain black coffee instead of some fancy drink....so it is really not hard to get it right. :) Thankfully, I have not been overly pushed to buy that darn VIA here. My only gripe is that the seating in this Starbucks is pretty lacking. There are mostly four seater tables, which are usually taken up by just one or two people. Due to a lack of seats, more than a few times I have had to take mine to-go when I originally was thinking to drink-in. Sure space is limited but I think a re-arrange of the seating could help out. read more

I made an account just so I can leave a review. I come here weekly and everyone is so nice. This is the most unprofessional location I've ever visited. The way they start off business in the Melrose Park area is quite SAD. I visited this Starbucks location today (2/21/21) I ordered a simple coffee cream and sugar they were incapable of mixing the black coffee left aft the bottle of my coffee after taking it 4 times! Mixed up the order gave me a BLACK coffee & honestly simply WASTED MY TIME! So to bring this story to an end I ended up with the same coffee originally given to me and was told "this is it". I didn't have anymore time to give them so I left w my order now in a rush to my destination. Couldn't even force myself to like it, it was terrible and ruined my morning! I was so close to asking for my money back but was in a rush at that point! read more

The line this morning wasn't busy at all and I thought great...until I got my coffee. A Venti Salted Caramel Mocha that taste like a Mocha coffee, I won't be returning. I'm good about calling places to complain about something however; it wasn't going to do me any good since other customers won't know...so I won't go back. I come to this particular Starbucks often as it's on my way to work and has a drive thru! I always have a good experience with the baristas and my drinks. That wasn't the case today. The barista at the the drive thru window was super sweet. I ordered a chai tea latte that did not taste as my usual ones. It lacked overall taste. It did not taste like chai tea. :( I couldn't go back to get another made as I had already pulled away and was in my way to work. read more

What a nightmare. Worst service I've ever gotten at a Starbucks. 5 minute wait at the drive thru. Most of it sitting at the window with no one there. Then a guy comes up and says my drink and then walks away to talk to another worker as I paid with my card in the cup reader. Never told me a total or even made eye contact with me. Then another 2 minute wait and then I get my drink that tasted like blended ice. No coffee flavor or mocha. As soon as he handed me the drink that was filthy on the outside he walked away. I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me and hello to try and get a receipt and some napkins to wipe off the drink but he never came back. Way to go Starbucks. I use to be a partner too and at a drive thru. Pay attention to your job. read more
