When I noticed I was being charged an additional $1.50 for the bread, I politely asked why there was an upcharge. Her response was, "Because we're out of croissants." I asked what the substitute was, and she looked at me and said, "Nothing." At that point, I simply said okay and accepted the bread. She then asked a young man behind her to take over, and he was very polite and finished ringing me up. A few minutes later, I could hear the woman in the back ranting to the staff, and she eventually disappeared into the back. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, and I certainly don't expect perfection. However, as a longtime business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism--even when you're having a difficult day. This interaction was completely unnecessary. I wasn't rude or demanding; I simply asked a reasonable question about a charge. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to remind staff that how you treat customers matters just as much as the product you're selling.

Um it was a matcha. A male employee eventually corrected the Vietnamese coffee order. I then asked about my watermelon slush, only to be told that it had never been rung in. What was most frustrating was that instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, the employee blamed me multiple times for not ordering it. I clearly remembered the conversation because we had specifically discussed the lemon, and she had recommended the full lemon. I explained the entire interaction to her, yet she continued to insist that I was somehow responsible. At that point, I made it very clear that I did not want to continue speaking with her. She continued insisting on engaging with me anyway. I felt completely unheard and, honestly, harassed by the interaction. The way the conversation was handled made me question my own recollection of what had just happened, it felt extremely gaslighting. She eventually made the drink, but then slammed it onto the counter, causing it to fall over. Thankfully, it had a lid on it. At that point, I was extremely uncomfortable and asked the male employee for the owner's contact information. He said he couldn't provide it, so I left my name and phone number and requested that the owner contact me. The Vietnamese coffee was actually very good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. However, I did not drink the watermelon slush because, after the way the interaction was handled, I no longer felt comfortable consuming it. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you handle them. Taking accountability, respecting a customer's boundaries, and treating them with basic courtesy should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that. It's a shame because the atmosphere is cute and the coffee was good, but one employee's behavior completely ruined my first impression of the business. One person really can ruin an entire customer experience. I hope the owner follows up because this was incredibly disappointing, especially given the positive reputation of this establishment.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding the consistently poor service and product quality at this location. As a regular customer, I have encountered a pattern of unprofessional behavior and operational inefficiencies that warrant attention. Inconsistent Mobile Order Fulfillment: There appears to be a systemic issue where mobile orders are not prepared until the customer arrives in the store, often resulting in an additional 15-20 minute wait, contradicting the purpose of the app. Customer Service and Employee Engagement: On numerous occasions, I have observed staff socializing while ignoring waiting customers. There is a general lack of professional attentiveness and a demeanor that suggests a lack of investment in customer experience. Product Quality Control: The quality of beverages is unreliable. Cold brews are frequently made with standard coffee, and drinks are prepared with improper ratios (excessive milk), differing significantly from company standards. I am not a demanding customer, but the consistent failure to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner has become unacceptable. I hope this constructive criticism leads to improved training and operational efficiency. I look forward to seeing improvements in the service quality at this location Im a generous tipper at other establishments, the service here has never met the basic threshold to warrant a gratuity. It is concerning to consider if the resulting lack of tips has further degraded the service I receive; regardless, the foundational service should not be contingent upon an advance tip. My nephew ordered a Vanilla Shakerato, which tasted good but didn't really taste like vanilla. Not sure if they forgot to put it in or they put something else in.
