Fast and quick! Just what I like. When walking into Starbucks I heard some music (freestyle) that drew me in, making me wanting to stay longer. Place was mad busy and I think it was because the other Stony Pt Starbucks was closed. Luckily, I preordered my drink and it was patiently waiting for me as I arrived. And, they make my drink correctly as I tend to alter menu items. They do not have a drive-thru and the small parking lot does not help this Starbucks. I was trying to leave and some church people (all dressed up with their bibles) did not get the point that I was leaving. They seen me get into my car, start my car and still, they stood behind my car blabbing. I had to roll my window down and ask them to step aside. Best Starbucks I've ever been to. I didn't know this but if you eat there, you get fancy glasses and plates. It elevates the experience and makes it a cute little cafe instead of the normal corporate feel. The staff here is informative & friendly. Lazy staff. Stop by 20 minutes before closing. 2 girls in there laughing, goofing around. Doors are locked. I get there attention to inquire why the doors are locked so early. One reluctantly strolls over to the door and tells me they closed early because of staffing issues. ??? There are 2 of them in there doing nothing and yet they won't make one small drink. 20 minutes before posted closing time. I started to walk away and noticed they were laughing at me. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. It appeared to me that these 2 wanted to get their Friday night going so they just closed the store early. Starbucks, you really should monitor your stores. I always start my day with a Starbucks and normally get excellent customer service there but today Alex was very rude my order was wrong and he made me feel as if it was my fault and they were to busy. If I could give 0 stars I would. My day starts off waiting at the stony point light. I whip out my found and complete a mobile order trying to save time. This place is horrible!! If only zero stars was an option. I order coffee every day and at this specific Starbucks for 7 years straight. This past several months has been the worst customer service I've ever had. They don't mix the crafted drinks so it's later of syrup just sitting in it. They give you decaf if they don't like you because you complained. If you want added shots you have to order them on the side to make sure they're adding them because they won't. I've spent a ridiculous amount of money there just paying for the extra shots alone. I really hate writing bad reviews but this is by far the worst Starbucks in town. Today marks the third day in a row that they have messed up my order. The first time I asked them to remake it, which is Starbucks' policy, and the staff were so incredibly rude. They were reluctant to remake it in the first place, and when they finally agreed to the girl called out my name which so much attitude it was insulting. I picked up my remade drink only to find they made them wrong AGAIN. I went there two more days after that and they have messed up my drink EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's actually kind of amazing that you can consistently mess up that much and be that rude when customers ask you to right your wrongs. Go somewhere else. read more

I placed a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes later to get it. I was told "there's several people ahead of you" when I inquired if my order was ready. After waiting five more minutes I had to leave to get to a business meeting. I sent my husband to get our order and when he arrived he waited and waited and waited to finally be told "we don't have any record of your order and you'll have to get in line if you want anything "at this point it's been over an hour since my mobile order was placed my card was charged immediately. There's nowhere on the mobile app to get a refund so I called and only to be told I would have to come down and wait in line in order to get a refund for an order that they location basically refused to make. Very rude staff and awful service. read more

Standard Sbux, but with a friendly staff. Clean, kinda small, but with some stools, sofas, a large table and 2 mini tables for two. As a reference, this is the one on Stony Point next to Sam's Market, Homemade Tortilla, Fruta, and the Sky Dragon Chinese restaurant I've been here a few times before and in the afternoon it's pretty empty, but in the mornings it gets REALLY packed. A lot of the students at the local high school seem to pass through for breakfast...frappuccinos? I question how good of an idea this is, but they're young, wild, and free, I guess. Anyways, if you want something other than drip coffee, tea, or iced coffee for your mornings (especially a little before 8 AM) , be sure to order beforehand online, or take into account that you'll have to wait a bit to get your drink! read more

Friendly and Helpful staff that always have drink-stoppers/swizzlers and the cardboard drink holders and they have even helped my wife to the car on more than one occasion... Great selection of food - THEY ALWAYS GET THE DRINKS RIGHT - and they have never "accidentally" spilled anything on me like their sister store a little ways North on Stony Point Road... I personally love the fact that they don't have a drive-thru and are therefore not focused solely on the "important" customers that are "dying" at the window while the rest of us walked inside to peruse the pastry selection (which is very good btw) and maybe sit and enjoy our expensive treat... The highlight of one of the best strip-malls in town - if you are a Starbucks fan this is the one to frequent... read more

They usually get my drink exact, I'm lactose intolerant so it's really important that I get soy when I order it, and also I typically take my clients here who need decaf/sugar free. The people are friendly, and always strike up a conversation, and will make friendly suggestions if I'm not sure what I want that day. Really great place. Long lines in the morning. The trouble with a lot of Starbucks locations is when I order soy, take a few sips and get an instant stomach ache, and I know it's real milk in my drink. It's really important to me and a lot of of other people who have allergies to have a barista that actually listens to you. Most of us are not getting soy milk because it tastes good, but because we actually can't have milk. read more
