Placed online order. Food was ready and drinks were at the in person pick up which was not informed or asked why I was sitting there staring at the pick up area. So frapps died or melted. Then they did not put any of the fixings for the oatmeal that was ordered. Lot of money for what we ordered and horrible experience. read more

Customer service has continually got worse over the last two months, not only are the all the new staff rude but the old staff seem unhappy. I'm a seattle girl, born and raised, so I know my Starbucks. With three locations in town, this is the only one who consistently makes my drinks correctly. The one on gaffey is clueless, and I only go if I'm in a hurry and need the drive thru... otherwise this one, in vons, is my go to. When pumpkin is in season I'm there often for my pumpkin chai, and they make it perfectly every single time. The staff is kind as well, which is a huge plus! read more

It's a Starbucks, so what can you say - the staff are friendly enough, but they have a bad habit of getting orders wrong! In particular, I had to get my latte remade 3 times before the correct milk was used *facepalm*; one time, I can understand - but how are you gonna remake the beverage twice over? Now you're just blatantly not bothering to try... Also note that this location has no restroom & limited indoor seating/power outlets. read more

First off this is for the Starbucks in Vons Pavilions on 25th st! I was poisoned with probably bad coconut milk from the refreshers !! Just terrible aches and pains from their stupidity! This is a small, somewhat random location. That said, the staff is friendly and they have a lot of 2 top tables where you can sit and do your work, or socialize. I did read in a few e-mails where people think this location is dirty, which is true. I'm looking at the floors and the tiles look dirty, like they get mopped with filthy water. Where is the pride people? The parking can be a challenge, I usually park on the street, especially if I plan to just run in and get some fuel. read more

I've gone to this Starbucks for the past 5 years. And within the past month my drinks have tasted different/wrong. And when I tell the barista that is usually there in the mornings she has been very rude, gives me attitude. Anytime I mobile order I get my drinks there is always something wrong. This is one the most friendly Starbucks I've been to. What's nice is they remember my name and always ask me how my days been. And they already know what I get so they just ring me up. Sometimes it takes a while to get your drink but it's well worth the wait for the customer service. Very unhappy under-caffeinated customer... Just spent 20 minutes at this location waiting on a mobile order. I encountered a very rude barista during this visit (bright-colored hair). When I arrived at Starbucks, five minutes after placing my mobile order, my (burnt) pastry was ready at the counter, but not my drink. I decided to give them some more time because they looked busy. After waiting another 5 minutes, I inquired about my missing drink. The barista accused me of not placing my order correctly. When I assured that I did place my order correctly, she asked the baristas about my drink. No one seemed to know where the missing drink went. The barista then asked me to produce evidence that I, indeed, did order the missing drink. I left my phone in my car, so I had to go out and grab it. In the meantime, she could have at least started my drink, but she did not believe me about placing the order. I showed her my receipt, and very irritated she told me that she'll get started on my drink. Finally, my drink is ready, after 20 minutes of waiting. The barista hands me drink, no apology or anything. RUDE! My husband experienced a similar situation here not too long ago. We will not be returning to this location. read more

This Starbucks is the worst. Their customer service is horrible. They clearly have never been trained. The manager even worse. They should all be trained or moved to a position within that is not customer facing. Not to mention it is always dirty and out of cream. Never stop 7-715. You won't get help. One morning 4 of us walked out it was so slow. Not to mention they misplace the app orders too many times. Today I come in and they all are standing talking to each other taking more than 3 min to ask what I would like. Why does errybody hate on this Starbucks? I really like this location, the parking sitch sucks but show me a Starbucks that doesn't have tough parking, deal with it. Staff is very friendly and has never gotten my order wrong, place is always clean, and they handle big crowds with that quickness and efficiency. What more do you want? Some rude ass college girl came in ahead of me today and walked in the door with a bad attitude. Starting announcing she was "late" and "you all need to step it up because I'm late". Hey rude ass college girl, when you're late the whole world isn't gonna hop to it just because you can't manage your time wisely! Here's a suggestion, how about the next time you're "late" don't stop for coffee that you prolly can't afford & your parents prolly pay for while you walk around making an ass of yourself. There is a girl that works here with a real bug up her ass. I think if over priced, shitty coffee comes with an unprovoked attitude from the kid collecting your money it should cost way less than $3+. Don't go there unless you are the Pollyanna type and like to play the glad game at 545AM.
