There's plenty of street parking. I parked at a meter and went inside. Decor, literally can be the realistic version of the Little Mermaid. Gorgeous decor. That rustic nautical feel. It was a bit crowded the day I went in. I grabbed a cold brew to go. The Ambiance is nice, there were tables and chairs in areas for sitting and enjoying your coffee. When I went in, there were customer seated on there laptops while enjoying the shop. I stop in when it first opens in the a.m. or grab a drink to go. I love the decorations and I also enjoy the art on the windows outside. I recommend stopping in when you're in the area. There are many people that visit not only because it's convenient but the cruise ships layover a block away. read more

The cherry cheesecake was rich, creamy, and not too sweet, with just the right balance of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a quiet moment. The staff was friendly and made the experience even better. Fun nautical themed coffee bar In San Pedro for a cruise, looking for a coffee place to try. This place came up as an option, so I made the trek to try them out. The outside is unassuming, especially given its location in the city. The inside is very nautically themed with a touch of artistic whimsy. The decor is tasteful but effective, somewhat finicky but not overly so. When I came in, a large group of locals swarmed the location to have their cups of coffee and chat. Lots of older gents and ladies all enjoying cups of drip coffee and oatmeal or berries and cream. I ordered a mermaids kiss latte. Raspberry and white chocolate flavors. I was lured in by the siren after all, so it only seemed proper to get a kiss. Bakery stuff didn't look the freshest, do I only did coffee this time around. Pricing was pretty reasonable, about 5 dollars for a 12 oz. Drink cane out quickly so I took pics and drank deeply. Overall, pretty good. Coffee was strong, but the raspberry was stronger. White chocolate devolved to just sugar and helped in overpowering the coffee. It was still good, just very sweet. As an explorer, the place is just funky enough to warrant a visit if you're in the area. It needs better breakfast fare, and to tamper the sugar a little in their latte, but it's good coffee at a good price. read more

Around 8AM, there was a decent crowd already seated inside. I was able to place my order right away since there was no line. After a nice walk in PV, a friend and I came to grab a coffee and a quick bite before heading back home. My friend got the Trident latte which is caramel and vanilla favored and I got the Mermaid's Kiss which is a white chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup. We both really enjoyed our iced lattes. We each also grabbed a spinach feta Danish which was delicious and held me up until I got home to make myself some boiled eggs. I can't wait to go back to try their Regalatte which is a mocha made with Mayan chocolate. About the location: metered parking all around. We got lucky and parked at a meter that had 21 minutes on it still. There was quite a line when we walked in, but it seemed to move along smoothly. The decor all throughout the coffee shop is nautical themed; it is totally a vibe. There's also a fair variety of grab-n-go items from muffins, danishes, parfaits, bagels and even overnight oats. For it being a tea house, the selection is very poor. They serve a blue oolong tea which is a first because I've never seen it blue organically. Also, there's not many selections of teas. They should have an extensive line of local and exotic teas. Now they have scones, good for them! read more

Their whole Aesthetic is mermaids and they even have comfortable seating with Wi-Fi. Well, I certainly love the environment. That's for sure. The atmosphere brings me right back to Seattle and definitely has its own independence and has a lot of great artwork to enjoy.. I have to admit I tried the bees knees, Lotte and it was delicious. I love the blend of honey and milk and coffee. I think it was probably one of the most heavenly harmonization's of texture and flavor I've had in a long time it's as if you took the smooth feeling of silk and turned it into Something that could be tasted. The electronic payments are wonderful, but they also still take good old-fashioned cash which allowed me to tip... But I'm sure next time I come here I'll be trying one of their cinnamon rolls as those are just absolutely amazing and I will give the trident latte a shot !! Found this place while working around the area, been here twice and it's a gem in San Pedro! I've tried both the trident and mermaid's kiss. Both are delicious and the baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable. Their cherry cheesecake and banana muffin are delicious. Will come back to try the other pastries and other lattes. My coworker asked the barista if they had used coffee grounds and the manager gave him a big bag for his compost. Which I thought was awesome for those whom are into that. Siren's is one of the rare coffee shops in San Pedro that serve a decent cuppa joe. Not too many coffee shops can be found that have a balanced mix of ample seating/space, menu variety, local color, environment/ambiance, and great service. It's located in the arts district in downtown San Pedro and there is coin-operated parking on the street. I've come here for the standard coffee and they use a decent dark/blonde roast. It's lighter than Starbucks who taste a bit more burnt. I've also ordered the fun Mermaid's Kiss Latte and that was also pretty scrumptious. I loved this spot ever since I first tried it when I moved to San Pedro two years ago. This has become my favorite local coffee shop. All their specialty drinks I had have been great! My favorite at the moment during the summer is the iceberg (horchata) cold brew, I would dare say it's even better than some of the chain coffee shops that specialize in horchata coffee drinks. Unfortunately this time my order was misheard and I was given a regular cold brew, but even to my surprise, the cold brew was pretty good on its own. The ambience is very homey and makes you feel as if you're in a movie coffee shop. Super cool decor all over the place and even some merch for sale if that's something you're interested in.
