I also love that it's sweet without being overwhelmingly sweet, so you can actually enjoy the flavors without feeling like it's too much. One thing I really appreciate about this place is that they offer smaller versions of each flavor instead of making you commit to the bigger size. It's perfect if you want to try different flavors or just want a little something sweet without ordering a huge bowl. service is honestly nonexistent cus you order from the kiosk and the workers are always behind the curtain. Definitely a great spot for Korean shaved ice, especially if you love that super light and fluffy texture!

The staff seemed very tired and exhausted. Although the bingsu was already a little sweet even without adding extra syrup, I still enjoyed it. However, the music was extremely loud--so loud that I could barely hear the staff when they were speaking. I was actually a little concerned about the hearing of the employees who have to work there for several hours every day. Because the music was so loud, we couldn't comfortably eat in the main dining area, so we moved to a small room in the back. It was quiet there because there was no music, but unfortunately, there were quite a few mosquitoes flying around. We all got bitten by mosquitoes. As for parking, there was a sign that said "Parking at Rear," but the parking area behind the building cost $5. Overall, I enjoyed the bingsu, and the staff was okay, but the extremely loud music, $5 parking and the mosquitoes in the back room made the experience less comfortable. I'm not sure if I would come back again.

Parking is pretty difficult, and valet is $5. I can easily see the parking lot getting gridlocked on a busy day. I sampled a few of their gelato flavors, including the jasmine lychee and soy sauce. Both were okay, but I just wasn't in the mood for either of them today. I ended up getting the Pandan Toast to try. The pandan flavor was really good--not too grassy and didn't taste too artificial. The ice cream also had a buttery taste to it. It might have been from the toast, but I'm not too sure. The bread itself wasn't oily, which was nice, but it was kind of dry. The pandan sauce definitely helped make it easier to eat. I probably wouldn't eat the bread by itself though because it was super hard and didn't really have much flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect from the toast, but it wasn't quite what I expected. I originally wanted to try the mango sticky rice flavored shaved ice because it looked really good in the photos, but unfortunately they didn't have it today. I'd come back to try their shaved ice when mango is in season again!

And they are so sweet and do not rush anyone, you can stay here as long as you want. My friends and I WFH so we decided to Work From MemoryLook (WFML) one day together. I'm glad we did! Great pastries in the morning, i had the cremme brûlée donut which had tons of filling, and the pea foam matcha latte which was fantastic. And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The drink itself was good, although I found the prices a little higher compared to other matcha spots I've tried. Service was on the slower side, and it took a while for the drinks to come out. The staff were okay, but not particularly friendly. (+) Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, convenient parking (-) Pricier than other matcha spots, slower drink preparation, and no double matcha option

I've been a regular at Dulce for quite some time now, so much so the staff greet me warmly when I come in and already know what my order will be from drinks to food. I would love to highlight each and every one of their staff but by that point I would just be listing all their employees. I love how quickly they tend to customers, even when the line is egregiously long (mostly mornings, lunch, and weekends) they are so kind and helpful. Their service never falters. My favorite drink is their popular blueberry matcha (I love it with oat milk). Its sweet but not too sweet and perfect for people who want a little something different than just plain matcha. Even people who I know who don't normally enjoy matcha love this matcha. They also have a variety of good pastries that my family gets by the box. My personal favorite is the snowcat roti. For when I'm hungry for a meal I usually grab the pastrami sandwich its delicious but make sure you go before the kitchen closes at 6pm for a hot meal. There are plenty of seating indoor and outdoor with umbrellas and tables. You usually spot people with a laptop or sketch book or just hanging at the tables with friends. It's also been all over TikTok and other social media, and from what we could see it's pretty controversial, so we were curious which side we'd land on. My wife and I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and a coconut crunch cookie, or something like that. We knew going in that these are thicker cookies, but once we actually looked at them and tasted them, I would not consider this a cookie at all. To me it's way more of a scone than a cookie. The density and thickness are not a cookie by any means, and we were not impressed. The flavor just wasn't there either. There are also way too many chocolate chips in the chocolate chip cookie, and the coconut one was pretty mild on flavor. For the price you pay, the cookie versus the flavor versus the quality just did not add up. I don't understand if there's hype about this place or what, and I can see why there's controversy over whether these are good cookies, bad cookies, or cookies at all. We even tried to heat them up back at home to see if that would relax the density of these things, and did not do a thing besides just make them crunchy and harder to eat. I lean toward the side that this is not a cookie joint. It's more of a scone or bakery joint. We were thoroughly disappointed, we probably won't come back, and honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a cookie spot.

Maybe next time I'll try the rest of the menu to round out my experience here. You can order easily on their touch screens which is nice for looking at all of the available options. I've tried two of the Petit Gateau (tiny cakes) - the My Man Go (Fresh mango, hazelnut praline, mango mousse) and the Berry3 (Strawberry coulis, pistachio praline, raspberry mousse, crimson velvet). In addition to being so darn beautiful, the flavor was just phenomenal. I loved both but slightly preferred the cubically adorable berry cake's taste. For me, it's the perfect size but you def need a spoon to break into the outer shell. Or if you want that TikTok/Instagram video biting into it, that works too. They also have drinks ranging from coffees to matchas to milk teas to tonics and teas ~ truly something to cover everyone's palate for imbibing. Evenings and weekends can get very busy so go on off hours or right at opening if you can. They have their own free parking just down the block from the storefront at 2850 W 7th St or you can try to find a slim pickens' street spot. Tu Cha is such a fan favorite for photos when friends are in town, but the prices are just a tad steep to be an everyday kind of spot.
