I ordered the strawberry cream croissant, and it was absolutely amazing. It was light, airy, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The pastry itself was perfectly flaky and buttery every bite was delicious. I can definitely see why this place is such a big hit! I also tried the iced condensed coffee. It was definitely strong, but also incredibly creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the croissant. Another plus is that they have plenty of parking and lots of seating, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee and dessert. If you're looking for a delicious pastry and a good cup of coffee, this is a wonderful little spot to check out.

Few key notes: * There's a small free private parking lot and it is almost never 100% full even during busy hours. * While the bakery closes at 7 PM, come before lunch hours to get the full selection of baked goods and refrigerated sandwich options; otherwise, many of these items sell out before closing time. * Plenty of indoor tables, but no outdoor seating. * S-tier items: strawberry croissant, sticky bun, steamed pork bun. * A-tier items: half turkey avocado sandwich, pork katsu sandwich box, matcha cake * B-tier items: almond croissant, drip coffee. This is a nice grab-and-go spot for anyone who is looking for a quick bite and quality baked goods. Personally, this is not an ideal first-date spot or a place for really good coffee - stick with places like Corridor Flow just few blocks away.

As…read morealways, the food and pastries were amazing, but what truly stood out this time was the service. Anais was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive, and she made us feel genuinely comfortable and appreciated from the moment we walked in. She's so nice and positive energy made such a difference and really elevated the entire experience. This visit reminded me why Sweet Wheat has so much potential not just because of the quality of the food, but because of team members like Anais who truly care about customers. I'm happy to say I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Anais, for such a lovely experience!

I was excited to try this establishment because the pastries looked beautiful, but unfortunately…read morethe experience went downhill from there. I stood in line for about five minutes waiting to be helped while multiple customers who came in after me were immediately acknowledged and assisted first. I was wearing a bright yellow shirt and standing clearly in view, so it was difficult to understand how I continued to be overlooked. I even glanced toward the camera because I genuinely could not believe what was happening. What disappointed me most was the customer service. When I later asked for the names of the staff members working during the interaction, Nick, Anianas, and two others.. they questioned why I was asking. I explained that I felt ignored and wanted to accurately reference who was present during the incident. As I was leaving, I overheard one of the workers say, "I feel bad for her walking out," which only added to the frustration because it confirmed they were aware of the situation the entire time. Sorry that I apparently did not fit the "typical clientele" you were more interested in helping first. This occurred between approximately 9:55 AM and 10:05 AM on Thursday, 5/21. Ironically, I had planned on purchasing a large order of pastries for my fiancé and his coworkers, but after the way I was treated, I decided not to spend my money here. If customer service matters to you, I would strongly reconsider visiting this establishment.

The display case alone will get you -- everything looked so good. We ended up getting the red velvet cookie and a peanut butter cookie. The peanut butter cookie was really good -- flavorful but not overpowering, and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. It had that classic soft texture with just enough chew. The red velvet cookie, on the other hand, was a bit too sweet for me personally. If you love super sweet desserts, you'll probably enjoy it, but it was a little much for my taste. Overall, still a cute stop for a quick sweet treat, especially if you're already out and about and craving dessert.

Food: I ordered the Parisian sandwich this time, which included prosciutto, brie, pesto aioli, and arugula on a baguette. Again, there was nothing fancy about the sandwich, but it was just so good ... the crusty, chewy baguette keeps me coming back. Update: As I was sitting outside enjoying my sandwich, I realized that I had previously reviewed the Little French Bakery on the wrong scale. I was comparing it to fine dining restaurants on a single food scale. But I should have been comparing it to other bakeries, cafes, and delis (e.g., Panera or Sweet Wheat). That's why I'm now giving it 5 stars. Bottom Line: Great.

We talked a little bit about it, and I mentioned that I wasn't a fan of the dye in the red velvet cakes. I asked if there was anything else. She said there is carrot cake. Hearing that the carrot cake slices were almost 9 dollars for a generous slice, felt a bit much (especially since it would just be me eating the slice). She said, "hold on a second,"and then checked and saw that there was a smaller slice. She ended up giving me the slice at a discounted rate! She also gave a mini cupcake for my three year-old for free, which was so incredibly sweet and generous. Honestly, the customer service that she provided sold me on this place. Thanks Myla! I'll be telling all my friends about this location, thanks to the incredible customer service I experienced.

I tried a chocolate horn, almond pastry, bear claw, M&M cookie and a gingerbread cookie. They sell croque em bouche! They also have a lot of Christmas Italian cookies in platters with plastic wrap as gifts. They had cute Christmas sugar cookies with frosting. The M&M cookie was a nice and chewy texture with the crunchy candy shells from the M&Ms. They sell coffee as well. The bad: The service was slow. The horn didn't taste fresh. The interior was outdated with dusty cake displays on the upper shelves. The outdated look has a bit of a nostalgic 90s mall feel with the lighting and wood. The gingerbread was hard like the type of gingerbread you'd use for a gingerbread house as opposed to a chewy gingerbread cookie. The interesting: They have a lot of custom cake options online. They also sell breakfast burritos, sandwiches, salads, and wedding cakes.
