Excellent customer service!!! Had a few big orders twice a day due to working on a B-roll down the street. Everyone was extremely helpful and such a joy to interact with. The drinks were made on a timely manner, the store was very clean. Even the regular patrons were so nice. Kindness goes a long way, I was directing traffic on a private road, so I needed the wonderful smiles and cheerful conversation. read more

Everytime I go here they take over the amount of time to make my drink they watch my ticket sit there and make others that come after mine which makes no sense. I ask about my drink and the girl working is always rude saying it's being made, she sees me standing there for a while and chooses not to ask what name I'm waiting for just like I'm standing there for fun. i've been getting the same drink my whole life. the cinnamon dolce latte. i've gotten it from plenty of starbucks locations all over california and they have never had it messed up until today. it tasted like it was only coffee and nothing else. there was a tiny bit of cinnamon at the top but that's the only thing i saw. the cashier who took my order was incredibly rude too and seemed like he just wanted me to leave. definitely never coming back to this location. read more

This is by far the worst -- seriously worst-- Starbucks I've ever been to. I like Starbucks, it's quick, efficient and gets the job done. I've gone to countless number of Starbucks everywhere and quality/service is about the same -- pretty good. I'm not there for excellent customer service and don't expect to be catered to, all I want is my coffee. With that being said, every single time I've come here, it's been not only terrible quality but on top of that rude/cranky attitudes when THEY'Ve messed up your order, which btw is every time... I'm not exaggerating. I typically mobile order, and have never had a worse experience elsewhere. At this point Ive come here over the past year every few weeks, and that's only because I'm desperate. It's unfortunately the closest to me and I don't always have time to drive out further. I've walked out of there upset that I even wasted my $8 on a drink I didn't order. Point is, please read this, and hopefully with lack of business they'll be forced to analyze there work ethics as a business and why people aren't coming back. I work at a coffee shop and deal with bad customers and bad days, so I get it. But our manager would never allow us to behave like this. First time in a LONG time going to A Starbucks and NOT being disappointed! This Starbucks made my day! I headed to this Starbucks location last night and I mobile-ordered ahead of time. When I got inside, it was empty. No customers waiting inside, probably since it was late. My drink was ready for me at the pickup counter though When I saw my drink, it said, "Enjoy :)" I thought how cute of the barista to write that. It made me smile. When I got to the car and drove off, I realized the barista upgraded my drink from a grande to a venti. Honestly, that was so nice and surprising! Employees like that make customers want to go back and tell others about the great experience they encountered at the location. I had to write a nice review and also made sure to let corporate(Starbucks) know about this experience because it made my day Night-time shift staff, y'all ROCK! Closest Starbucks near the house. I could walk there. That's a plus. I had a grande latte earlier this morning, Tanya had a grande caramel macchiatto. It's a first cm for Tanya. She loved it, but when I looked at it, was different a bit. The caramel circle was not that visible. It almost looked like a latte with brown whirl on top. It's nice sitting inside or outside of this Starbucks, sipping hot coffee and watching people inside or outside. read more

On Friday, July 24,2020 at 1:13 PM my family and I entered the store to purchase some beverages and additional items. I suddenly had an urge to use the restroom. I proceeded to the restroom and went right in because it was vacant and no clear visible signs that it was not in service/closed to the public. As I was in the process of using the restroom a strong bang was heard at the door and a lady shouting "Get out! The restroom is close." She continued banging and shouting the same words repeatedly NONSTOP. She continue doing this even after I replied I had heard her demands and that I would be right out. However, she just wouldn't stop! And she also proceeded to jiggle some keys as to imply she was going to open the door!!! I felt so much anguish and a high level of anxiety. I felt harassed and truly humiliated by her aggressive behavior and lack of empathy. I quickly proceeded to wash my hands and exit the restroom as soon as possible. As I was exiting the restroom she proceeded to point out to a sign on the wall that stated restrooms were closed to the public in small print. I was so embarrassed ... I had not seeing the sign and I suggested they should make a large print for visibility. I approached the counter and told my sister I would just wait outside. As I proceeded to exit the store I felt such a shame for the way I had been treated. There were additional patrons and employees that witnessed the employees behavior. After picking up the order we had placed my sister proceeded to go back into the store and asked for the employee's name and the staff refused to give it to her and they covered their name tags so that my sister couldn't see it. However, during the interaction with one of your employees my sister managed to get a glimpse of "Shyloh" the person taking the orders and she refused to provide my sister with the name of the employee who overreacted. Shyloh later mentioned that it was the "lady's first day at this Starbucks" and that she didn't know her. I am truly disappointed how this situation was handled by one of their employees. read more

The baristas here need retraining. They clearly do not understand the menu and how to make drinks. Over the past few months I've ordered tea lattes which didn't have milk in them. One tea latte had curdled sour tasting milk. I'm not sure if they do this intentionally or not? You would think that mobile orders wouldn't be a problem because one can easily see what was ordered. My orders do not ask for customization either. Regardless, if you come here, make sure you check your drinks before leaving. read more

This was my first regular Starbucks. Back when Caramel Macchiato was my drink of choice. Ahh, freshly steamed milk with vanilla-flavored syrup, marked with espresso and finished with caramel sauce. You know the deal. I've since given up all that sugar and reverted to plain old dark roast, which ain't half bad. This is a good location although on the small and narrow side. This a good group of regular customers in the morning, kind of like all of them have now. Oh yeah, parking in this whole area is terrible. Great location! Lots of parking in the back lot. The inside is kind of small, especially during rush hour. They have all Starbucks items. The staff is friendly and they remember names & faces. I get my daily cup of coffee on my way to work and the service is superfast. The only tiny problem is having more space for the regulars and better seats. If they could lease the rest of the little strip, they could do wonders in terms of revenue. Otherwise, I would give it 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend it. read more

This was my regular Starbucks for years when I lived in that part of San Pedro and I still come here a couple of times a month. I think it's the only Starbucks with a view of Catalina Island which is nice :) Here's the Starbucks Checklist: Baristas are quick & friendly. Line is typically short. No drive thru. Busy, congested parking lot. Average seating inside and little outside. Store & patio cleanliness = B Bathroom cleanliness = B The only reason to visit this Starbucks is if you are nearby as it's located at the end of Western Blvd which makes it a locals kind of place. But this is San Pedro which is really just a small coastal town in a big city. read more

Worst customer service by amber. Without stoppers hot tea burns me. I have had this happen toe before at Starbucks. The store had stoppers placed next to the pick up area for to go Orders. I took to stoppers and was ask not to reach over. I use stoppers to avoid burning myself with scorching hot water. Your tea Starbucks is scorching hot. Amber help people don't penalize people for avoiding spill over of hot drinks. read more
