I love going to this particular location because everybody is so nice and they know what I want in a drink that I order pretty much all of the time. Also, I've gotten to know the order takers and they are fast and know their drinks. I love it when a place like "Starbucks" knows their drinks and they know their people as well as we go there a lot for certain drinks. read more

This was the worst place. I waited over 40 minutes for a drink that I ordered Thur the app. When I went in to pick it up because the line was so long. I showed him the order and told him my name, was told it would be a few minutes after a waiting I went back up and was told that I didn't have drink order. A waste of time. This Starbucks is the closest to my house, so it's my 'go-to' when I'm either leaving home or coming home. Great service! My drink is always perfect! The workers are always so nice!! The other day I waited about 15 minutes for my drink cause the drive thru was long, and they gave me my drink for free!! I love this starbucks! This is the most convenient Starbucks to me, but not the most friendly or organized location. Could just be me, but you come to expect a certain level of friendliness from Starbucks and this location is very quiet and the staff will only day hello when walk to the register, not when you come in or pick up a Mobil order. With all that said, I have always had some of the best made drinks here. read more

I live all the way by my San jacinto. There is a Starbucks right next to my house FYI. However, this Starbucks, this Starbucks is by far the best one I have ever been to. They memorize the drinks, the staff is sweet. The manager is nice, and every single one of them is always smiling. I literally drive 8 miles out of my way every day just for this store because the service is great and the coffee is amazing. Ty Kara. read more

They never get the horchata almond milk frap done right. They say they use almond milk but the tag never says it in this location & it sure doesn't taste like it either. Their customer service isn't as good as other Starbucks around my area. I've given this Starbucks plenty of chances as it's the closest one to my house, but I rather drive a couple more miles to get better service & great drinks. read more

I really enjoy this location. The staff are great. The manager, Mark, is even better. This place can get very crowded. It is near a high school and within walking distance of a couple of tracts of homes. So, there's the after school crowd that turns into the summer break crowd. They did recently renovate and brought in more seating, though. Plus this location has one of the largest patios I've ever seen at a Starbucks, so if you don't mind sitting outside, problem solved. Troublesome bits: There's a smoke shop next door, and even though the patio for Starbucks is non-smoking, it doesn't really stop anyone but the Starbucks staff from smoking on/near the patio. Whatever. I'm not a smoker hater, and the staff are generally pretty nice about asking people not to smoke. I do HATE parking at this location. The throughway is very narrow; there's a Subway restaurant, a Chinese take-out restaurant, a Jack-in-the-Box and Starbucks all within rock-throwing distance of each other; and a very meager amount of spaces jammed in there. Meanwhile, in the adjacent parking lot, there are 14 miles of unused spaces to service a closed restaurant and a Fresh N Easy. This, of course, is not Starbucks's fault. It is a poorly planned shopping center. read more

Bad experience! The guy who took my order (who I wish I could have his name) was laughing when he was taking the order, something that I don't appreciate as a customer because I don't know what he is laughing at, but the worse was that he gave us the incorrect order! I asked for a butter croissant and he ended giving me a chocolate croissant!!! Something that bothers me is that he even repeated my order!!! To make this worse, he gave us the wrong size!!!! The store manager should put more attention to the employees and make sure that they take their job serious and don't mess with customers orders. It was a bad experience, didn't enjoy it at all, just wasted my $8 for nothing. Recommendation, check your order and ask for a receipt if you go to this Starbucks, specially if this guy is going to take your order. read more

Went through the drive thru and politely asked for a cup of water and cashier woman had said with a long pause "unfortunately I cannot give out water cups though the drive thru, you would have to go inside to receive one" I was just there yesterday and got two water cups, one for my wife and one for me. They clearly just wanted to help out their drive thru time instead of their customers! Unbelievable.... read more

This Starbucks has definitely gone down in service, I came here two days in a row and they haven't been super busy a car in front of me and a car behind me I've been pretty lucky. But my order has been wrong I feel like they are in such a rush that they aren't really listening to orders. My cheese danish was suppose to be warmed but the bottom half is still completely cold as if the it just came out of the fridge. I understand the rush hour and busy times but focus on the customer ordering and at the window at the time you can't worry about the line accuracy and efficiency is a better quality then speed if I have to pick between the 3. But it wasn't even busy in the drive through so im not sure why she was in a rush or maybe just wasn't paying attention. read more

Ordered a venti caramel frap with extra drizzle of caramel. What did I get? 1/4 inch of caramel syrup on the bottom with my frap. After the first sip, I chucked it. There goes my hard earned money. I always go to this Starbucks for my Pumpkin Spice Latte, but twice now when I have ordered a regular Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte with no special instructions I have gotten ones that were literally half full No Whip Cream, and one must of had like 6 espresso shots because it was strong! Bummer. And each time it happened it was when the staff was playing around and joking on the drive thru intercom and at the drive thru window. Everyone here is always nice, but for the price I do want the drink I ordered. When I called and said I would bring back the drink right after I bought them because we did not drink them they tasted so bad the manager was really pushy about simply remaking them, I politely said it has happened a few times now and would just like my money back. Probably just try a new Starbucks from now on. read more

I visited this Starbucks after showing homes in the San Jacinto area. Drive thru was quick and friendly. Even offered my dog a "puppacino" small cup of whip cream, which my lab gladly woofed down. Dog freindly places always work for me. :) read more

Rude, untrained staff who are chummy with the local homeless men that hang out in the corner of the store. They are the only people the staff is interested in helping. The store and patio have so many flies that it is unpleasant to spend time there. read more

Conveniently located near our neighborhood and major traffic intersection on Esplanade/Sanderson. Never been here during peak hours but it gets pretty busy with commuters and students on their way to school/work nearby. There's an outside patio to sit on which is nice when it isn't 110 degrees in the summer. I try to come here to get work done sometimes but there's not ample seating or enough outlets to plug in, and the range of furniture is pretty basic. The highlight for this place is friendly service, either in the drive thru and inside! However, it's also really slow especially if you compare to other starbucks that have more volume. Hence the lines seem to be back up way too quickly. 3.5 stars. read more

Service is slow, and they act like they're doing you a favor when they do serve you. And, they're kind of rude too; it's like they do not appreciate their customers; or you need to appreciate "them" first, and then they'll be nice to you. Today, there's like six people working behind the counter (at least three standing around), and I'm the only one in line, and they decided to get to me when "they" decided to get to me; which was about fifteen to twenty seconds; but, why was it even this long? The guy takes my order, and the barrister makes the order wrong. I asked the barrister if this was my drink (I was sitting down and I did not hear them say anything), and she either ignored me or did not hear me. Then I mentioned that the drink was make wrong, and no response from her; it's as if I was not even there. So, I go back to the register to ask for my drink to be made correct, and . . . several people standing around, and not one comes to help me; it's as if I am invisible. Finally, after about 20 seconds, someone decides to come my way and ask what I needed. Now, after having to put up with all of this crap, I'm upset. What was wrong with the drink, is they they filled it to the top with ice when I told the guy who took my order, that I did not want it filled all the way up with ice (he actually asked me this when he took my order). I mentioned to the guy, "is this my drink? They filled it all the way up with ice." He said, "oh, I'm sorry, I'll have them make it over for you." He did not sound sincere. So, then he goes to remake my drink, and I go over to the counter. He fills the cup with ice, and asks, "is that enough for you?" He sounded sarcastic. Now, he decides that he does not know how to make my drink correctly. It's my fault. And, the barrister's there and I'm embarrassed. They do not give you respect. And this guy had an attitude. It's a fricken drink! I have to go through all of this to make it right; not only do I have to go through this, but they have to also! If they cared about their customers, all of their customers, then, they could have remade my drink and be done with it; but, no, they decided to give poor service. I've had bad service from them before (in fact, one time I walked out), and this was the last straw. read more

I'm lucky to have this one near my house and my favorite barista Karra (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) is just awesome she knows my favorite drink. All the staff is wonderful and the Manager. also they greet you by name and I'm a semi regular. Went to two others near by and the atmosphere is not the same.
