Will be back!

Really convenient spot that we went to on our way to Joshua Tree for a quick bite to eat. I loved…read morethe large selection of food and drinks that they offered. There were plenty of seats and the cashiers were polite. The place was clean, and well-kept. It's definitely more of a casual, and convenient stop rather than a super aesthetic or trendy place that you go to for photos. In terms of food/drinks we first ordered a mango pineapple smoothie. I will say the smoothie was super yummy and I would give it a 5/5. I would come back just to try their other smoothie flavors! We also ordered an açaí bowl and I would give the açaí bowl a 3/5. I felt that the granola was not super crunchy and it was borderline slightly stale. While I love when places put a lot of granola, I felt that there was too much granola compared to actual açaí. I also felt that the bananas and strawberries were too ripe for my liking. However it was a decent açaí-just not something super special or great. Finally, the sandwich was yummy but definitely a bit burnt. Didn't complain but something that the employees can work on in the future. The sandwich would have been way better if it wasn't burnt. Overall, a solid place with plenty of good food/drinks choices. Nothing mind-blowing or extremely spectacular. The smoothie, however, was very delicious and I would come back just to try their other smoothie flavors/drinks.

The fruit was vibrant, the açaí perfectly balanced (not overly sweet), and every bite felt clean and refreshing -- exactly what you want after a Sunday morning 8-mile walk. Service was friendly and efficient, and the wait was minimal. If I lived closer, this would easily be part of my weekly routine.

I think this is really good considering how busy they were Location it's near Cinnabon and Chuze fitness, so it was on the opposite side of the mall from where we entered (Macys). DRINK ORDERED: Banana Pudding Matcha I'm only going to be rating the drink I personally had. RATING: 7/10; I never thought banana pudding and matcha would be a flavor combo I'd drink together, but it was overall decent. I wish they would have put a small layer of banana pudding at the bottom of the cup and then the layer at the top. I was only able to taste the banana pudding until I was almost done with my drink. It's not something I'd drink again personally, but it could be others cup of tea! My other two parties got a Coconut Matcha and Luna Latte and they both gave it a 10/10. So, maybe I just didn't get one of the better drinks on the menu. Overall, my aunt and grandma stated that they would definitely come here again. I personally wasn't the biggest fan of my drink, but that's just me

My wife was spoken to in a very unpleasant manner by miserable service providers. Very rude and disrespectful towards her and my mother. Argumentative attitude towards us. Second, we order our drinks, they were not good and order was not what we expected. My wife explained this to the server and the young lady continued to berate her. It was very hot in the store, no ac on, very odd ambiance. Employee's there are highly unstable, unskilled, no professionalism, are beyond disrespectful and do not show case respect for others. Whoever the manager of this place is, should be fired. Conclusion of this situation--owners need to train their staff to be more disciplined and professional. Ensure they are treating customers with respect. This should be taken seriously. Owners need to understand that they are not being proactive with their employees. Please evaluate your employees and how you run your business. Zero out of ZERO! Disgusting behavior. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I'd recommend another. Stay away from here. Poor customer service and lack of customer care.
