My wife was spoken to in a very unpleasant manner by miserable service providers. Very rude and disrespectful towards her and my mother. Argumentative attitude towards us. Second, we order our drinks, they were not good and order was not what we expected. My wife explained this to the server and the young lady continued to berate her. Purchased a large build your own bowl with coconut as the base. Mid way through noticed some chunks, initial thought it was the banana that was added as a topping along with the granola. Got closer down to the bottom, tried mixing it up and noticed it wasn't the banana, the texture was all off, it was the coconut that was all clumpy and nasty. Could not even finish it. read more

I had a bit of an experience, and I won't go into all the details because reviews can sometimes be misleading or taken out of context. What I will say is that I brought up my concern. I wanted to make sure others wouldn't have the same issue. The owner called me directly, which I thought was more than enough to hold the location accountable. He offered an apology and asked to cover my next order, which wasn't what I was looking for. As a trainer and development coach, I always aim to help others succeed. I believe that Juice It Up is the most superior place to get smoothies. Besides smoothies, Juice It Up also offers raw juices and acai bowls. From my experiences, Juice It Up is a lot more consistent with their quality in drinks and customer service than Jamba Juice, which is their biggest competitor. I've never had a bad experience before, just nice and fast service. My favorite drink(s) are the Lava Flow and the Zone. The Lava flow contains strawberry, pineapple, coconut, and banana. The Zone is a protein drink that contains protein, peanut butter, and banana. Both drinks have an intense flavor that will fill you with happiness. It Definitely could be better. Unfortunately in this day and age of Covid I'm very cautious as to what is going on with the preparation of my food. This was no exception the individual who is making my smoothie and açai bowl wasn't very haphazard to say the least. It seems as if they've use too much ice so it tasted very water down in reference to actual product. The açai bowl itself was very wattery intermsnof consistency . By the time I returned my car inside of my seat ingredients of my açai bowl which included bananas strawberries and blueberries had sunk to the bottom and forced the unclosed To stay open and spill out. Unfortunately I had my uniform on and some got on me. Casually walked back into the store and ask for a refund pointing out what it happened and was told that they wanted to make it again as it was their policy before giving a refund . I politely declined and asked for a full refund to what she told me that she was not able to do so unless you got approval by her manager who was not there I will be there in a few minutes. When I pressed how long it will take again she said she had no clue when I'll be coming in. I asked for my receipt and I contacted the number that is posted around the store. This is the first Juice It Up I've been to that I do NOT like. I ordered a Lucky Lemon Punch - one of my absolute favs! The first drink they brought out tasted like a different drink. I could taste and feel the thickness of the yogurt. Lucky Lemon - no yogurt, no bananas (2 reasons I get it). The drink wasn't sour like it should be either. So I went back in (never drove off, about 2 minutes or less) and let then know. So I think there were at least 3 girls working. The one that I then spoke to asked me when I had bought the drink. Told her I was just in there and ordered a Lucky Lemon Punch. She took the drink and said they would remake it. She disappeared into the back so no one was in the front. When she came back, she said none of them remembered making a Lucky Lemon Punch. So I'm thinking out loud, what did you make for me??? Now the second attempt of the drink still didn't taste like THE Lucky Lemon Punch. It just tasted like a strawberry smoothie. At this point, I gave up and just left. If they can't make the drink right that has an obvious taste, I don't want to go back. I'm a Juice It Up fanatic and have tried many of their smoothies. After I finally got my order, they told me the wheatgrass takes a long time to make (so why not tell me that right when I order?)
