As a former mystery shopper, I would have given 10's in all categories. Acknowledgement, greeting, eye contact, listening, customer service friendly voice, resolved my issues of never being here and was very patient to answer my many questions. So many suggestions were made with kindness. It was apparent this is their normal way of business. The customers were smiling as they came in. The 2 women worked as a team. They smiled as they worked and especially at the pick up counter. This is definitely a place I can't wait to return. As I sit here, I just heard one of the worker give pleasant instructions to questions at pickup. Awesome manager too!!!! read more

Very friendly staff. Smoothie also taste yummy and healthy for my kids. I will definitely come back.

Delicious. I like coming here for lunch. Nice energy boost and alternative when I don't want a full meal in the middle of my work day. The staff are always pleasant and they are courteous and safe during these pandemic times. read more

Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie. It was ridiculous. Every person walking out was so angry cuz we all waited so long for our orders. They had no system, customers went up asking where their order was and the worker would ask what they ordered and make it on the spot regardless of who ordered first. Will never ever go back. read more

every time I get smoothies from this location they taste like water. I buy at least 3 at a time for family and they say the same. I frequent juice it up about 3x a week. this location near my home or the one on university or the one in Perris. the day st location always taste like sweet water. I wrote a review today because the cashier wasn't very friendly. I won't be back to this location. read more

Do NOT come to this Juice It Up!!! This place is terrible. They say they take EBT, but they don't. They make your smoothies/bowls wrong and don't reimburse you or anything. I ordered the Mango Mania as a smoothie bowl and oh my god it was DISGUSTING. I'm a huge mango fan and I've gotten this exact order before at other locations and always loved it. Right of the bat I thought something was weird because it was pink. Usually it's yellow (mango= yellow). I asked if it was correct and that was the mango mania smoothie bowl and they said yes. Unfortunately I didn't try it till I got home. It tasted absolutely terrible. No taste of mango AT ALL. All I could taste was an OVERWHELMING taste of banana. There was also huge chunks of unblended banana in the smoothie bowl as well. They were mushy and brown! It was gross. When I called about this the woman I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and offered no refund or anything. I will never be coming to this location again and won't be having Juice it up for a long time if ever at all. That's how terrible this bowl was. Absolutely disgusting. I'll make sure to let all the smoothie lovers I know to stay away from here. read more

I love juice it up but haven't always had the best experiences with them. This juice it up was just okay, better than the B rated one across town closer to my home. The wait was pretty long to be waiting for a smoothie and it was very hot inside the store. They had two fans on each corner in the store but only one was turned on. My girlfriend and I had been waiting for a while so we took it upon ourselves to turn it on because it was so hot lol. There were customers that arrived before us and they still hadn't received their drinks, which was unfortunate. When we received our drinks, my girlfriend, who ordered the strawberry wave, was very satisfied. I ordered the usual, mango mania, and it was very watery. When we walked in 20 minutes earlier one of the associates asked if anyone was going to order a mango mania smoothie probably because he had some leftover. I planed on ordering something else but later changed my mind and stick with the mango mania. I think he just used what was left over because it was not very cold and very watered down. This made me very upset. I was going to ask for a new one but the line was so long and I didn't want to wait any longer. Overall, it was a hit or miss and I probably wouldn't come back to this juice it up location. read more

Watching people, that came in after me, put in orders and walk right out with their drinks as I wait 20+ minutes. I can understand f they called in their order but these people literally ordered from the menu and got their drinks 10 min before me. Not very well organized in the store. read more

The 3 ladies that were there did an amazing job. My smoothie came out perfect and they were very friendly!

Thankfully the staff was knowledgable and recommended the vital proteins blue bowl. I fruit flavors tasted good and I liked that they put just the right amount of toppings, not overdone or dripping. Overall, pleasant inside and clean on the outside of the building. Would try it out again here! read more

I love this location! The service is great , all the employees are friendly and I've never once in 3 years have had any complaints . Thank you guys so much for staying open durning this time , and for allowing myself to phone in orders .. it means so much . GOD BLESS YOU ALL . read more

Service was excellent, smoothies were great, takes no longer than a few minutes, everytime!

I ordered a large strawberry wave and 2 pretzels. It took them 16 minutes to realize they were out of pretzels. So I asked for a refund and they said they can't give refunds. She told me I had to choose something else. I called the owner and it took them 12 more minutes to agree to refund me. They kept telling me that they couldn't give refunds even though they were out of the product they charged me for. A customer shouldn't have to verify that products are in stock before giving them money. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I just so happened to go to this JIU the other day . I'm Diabetic so I NEED to consume greens daily . This shop was very niiiiiiice to me even given these trying times . We held good conversation and the service was veryyyyy fast . there's lots of hand sanitizer and wipes to clean your hands and such . I got a ginger and turmeric shot , and several green juices to freeze for later . The owner of this shop was there and he was very kind . Great staff . The manager seemed to have an attitude but other than that it was a good experience. read more

Poor customer service. When I went in to pay I had tapped my card and walked away because it seemed that the transaction was over and went through and because the cashier wasn't saying anything. I stood in the corner waiting, after a couple minutes of waiting he calls me back up to let me know that it didn't go through so I gladly put my card back in the chip reader and his coworker looks at me and while laughing tells me to check my bank account to see if I even had any money left. Which is rude and honestly embarrassing. I understand customers come in with no money on their cards but there is better way to handle a situation like that than the way that kid did. read more

Worse juice it up experience. The cashier was on his phone noticed I was standing in front of him ready to order and proceeded to ignore me until another coworker seen and asked me if I was helped. Then I waited for my order, come to find out everyone was getting their orders before me. They forgot about my order! I spoke up and didn't even get an apology. read more

This is the worst place to go for juice. It doesn't matter if there are 4 people in the shop or if you're the only one. You will wait 30 minutes+ for juice. No one they hire is good at their job. The training they go through is not enough. Smoothies always taste like water. They are definitely overpriced garbage. I'm currently standing here waiting for my drink and it's been 24 minutes. There was no one in front of me, but the other employee working was just standing around. The girl taking orders had to tell him to make the drinks and bowls. Honestly, I don't want to come back to this location. read more

Oh my goodness. They work sooooooo slow, it's so annoying to even look at. They're literally on a slow pace. They have 2 people in here waiting for 2 small bowls and just seeing them put the ingredients into the container with such patience and lack of time management is unreal. I have to go and they are taking their sweet sweet time. read more

Customer service here is horrible! Employees aren't welcoming at all. I went in to pick up an online order, waited for 10 minutes without being acknowledged before asking if they had my order ready. I was visiting from Northern California and I wanted something healthy & refreshing, so I decided to try Juice It Up! Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile. I was uncertain as to what I should order, the gentleman working that afternoon suggested I try a Protein Blast smoothie. I was truly appreciative of the outstanding customer service not to mention the smoothie was so delicious and refreshing. So much so, I continued to frequent Juice It Up! for my entire 3-day visit. Disgusted by the long hair found on my smoothie! It's strange, because the employee that helped me was a male with no hair. He was the only employee working at the store this morning. I was the only customer in the store as well. I will not return to this location as I'm so turned off by the poor quality and lack of attention to what the employee served me with. read more

I've been coming here almost 3 years . Never once had bad service. Sometimes I come every day the girls and guy that work here are all great , no matter the shift . Came in early in the morning for some smoothies. First time here and the place is super clean and they friendly staff.

My drink tasted too disgusting so I drove back and asked them kindly to remake it. The second drink tasted even worse. I've been to other Juice It Up's before and my drink has never tasted like the one I got here. I don't think they knew what they were doing because they looked lost and I didn't see anyone working there who looked older. So lesson learned, don't go to this Juice It Up. And don't be rude about it if ur drink didn't turn out good cuz their just kids, and we all mess up. read more

Feb 4th 3:30 pm the worst employees with the worst service. I got to stand there for 20 mins no one to greet me as they ran around making juice for onky 2 customers and acted like there were 50. I tried the online order. Pointless!!! Gave me a timing to pick up my 3 items in 30 minutes. Upon arrival my items were not ready. Ok. That alone is upsetting being you expect to pick it up at the time they gave you. So I double check with cashier to make sure they received my online order and she confirmed. Told me they will be working on it. 40 minutes later standing in a packed facility in heat during Covid was even making me more upset. So 30 minutes placed online order with additional 40 minutes of them making it. This place was crappy back when I first went, recently tried it luckily owner was in and everything went smooth. Now this was just a reminder it's still bad. Get some better workers. Good customer service shouldn't only exist if you're being watched by your boss. It's something you do to take pride in your work. Good luck to future customers. Never again!!‍ read more

Love this juice it up location, very quick orders, super yummy and great customer service.

Update: The owner Raymond was kind enough to speak to me when I contacted the store. He indicated that he trains all his crew to be respectful and courteous to customers and will make sure this did not happen again. He also indicated that he knew who the employee was and that employee will not be a part of his team. Said this is not the first time this employee received a complaint. Thank you Raymond for representing Juice It Up. read more

Horrible experience! Requested them to remake my drink and both times it was not pleasant to drink. They did not mind doing it, but the first one was just as bad as the second one and I did not want to risk it a third time. Honestly, there is only one girl that knows how to make juices/smoothies/ bowls and she is always the one that opens, so unless you go right when they open Is not worth going. I think they need some training. read more

The girl with the contoured face took my order the other girl didn't make it and when they did make my raw fusion drink it tasted sub par and my boyfriend was irritated when I got to the car and asked, "What took so long?!" If you're in a rush I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

The service is pretty great here, they greet you as you come in and will give recommendations on which drinks they like best. It's kind of nice when you've had a very long day doing errands. I like that they have variety with their drinks from smoothies to juices, as well as boosts to add to your drinks. And not only do they have drinks, they have acai and dragon fruit bowls here as well! The bowls are great since they can be eaten on the go and have generous amounts of fruit with it. The Hawaiian is my favorite as they add coconut flakes with banana on the acai. The sweetner on top can be a bit much though, on the downside. But great nevertheless! For the most part, I've yet to be disappointed by a acai bowl. However, drinks can be very hit or miss. I've had drinks that were amazing every single time I've tried them, others....lets just say I won't order that specific drink for a while. Some drinks come out too bitter and sometimes even tasteless. Especially when you order their large, some drinks are very hard to drink through. My last drink was one of their citrus ones, all it tasted off was a bitter orange peel in a liquefied form. I wasn't happy but I really don't like to ask for a different drink, especially when I know the drink would be tossed if I gave it back for another. Go here for the bowls, you wouldn't be disappointed. Drinks can be hit or miss, ask the workers for recommendations to try something new but the drinks are pretty awesome and I feel so much healthier knowing I'm eating my fruits. read more
