Love this place!! Always has great customer service & fast & good smoothies! Definitely recommend to others!!

Like most other Juice It Ups!. Pros: Got a large Passion Punch and it hit the spot. Just the right level of sweetness and tanginess. Since there weren't any other customers, our order came out quickly. Cons: The lights were off, not sure if they were trying to save money or this is the new norm. read more

Juice it up Favorite place to drop by for a smoothie fix! Never too crowded, always clean, and the most friendliest staff. I dropped by right before closing and Edith helped me out and made me my favorite pitaya sunset and unlike my past visits I was asked if I had a loyalty card , which I did have :) Both her and Zack were very enthusiastic and kind. I saw a couple give them a hard time about a cold press juice, but they acted professionally and trust me when I say, a lot of customers try to lie about situations to get a free smoothie or just to complain. These two gave me top notch customer service and I can't wait to visit again and see them. Thanks Edith, Zack, and the Juice it up team! read more

The worse Juice it up. Kale, spinach, apple and pineapple, but it taste like shit. Employee were rude and refined me too much none. Tried to give it back, however they insisted I was wrong. ‍I tried to tell them. Looking at their stars, I see why they only have two stars! read more

Ugh I'm so disappointed in juice it up! This is the second time I've had a horrible experience. I don't understand what's up with their bowls? Seems like the açaí bowls are more like banana purée bowls now. This is the second location where I've gotten a bowl and it's more like a frozen banana bowl. I miss the days where I went into juice it up and asked for an açaí bowl and I got an acai bowl. Now when I go ( which I won't be going to any juice it ups anymore ) I pray I get a purple looking açaí bowl . Not a brown banana bowl with some açaí in it bowl. It really sucks because I seriously love their bowls when made properly. If anyone is interested in getting a good acai bowl in the riverside area I highly recommend Molinos, Nekter , or Goodwins! read more

Juice It Up! - Look at the color? It should be more purple , you can really taste the difference . - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Riverside, California

Asked for a pretzel with cinnamon on it, he said they can't do that. But I can have a pretzel with butter & salt. He stated that they stopped doing that, cause the cinnamon won't stick! Wow been getting this pretzel that way for years. read more

I am shocked to see bad reviews because every time I have been there the owner is ringing people up and the drinks are good. I came in today with my husband and my Birthday BOGO coupon. Hubby only likes the juices (because he is healthy like that) So we each got a $9.99 large juice drink with no ice. The only way I buy from most of these chain juice stores is with a coupon, because the prices are too high for my income honestly. BUT I have never had a bad drink from here and I appreciate all that the owner does for the community too read more

Don't go here! This is the third time I come and each time my drinks are so diluted. They add way way more ice then any other juice it up, and even the new raw fusion (which isn't supposed to have any juice) they added apple juice and like 3 spoonfuls of ice to it. It was completely watered down. The staff doesn't have the best customer service either, all they would tell me is "it's how our boss wants us to make it". The one off University in Riverside is so much better. Go there instead. read more

This Juice it Up always has the best employees. They're always super nice and always get my orders just right. Definitely my favorite juice it up location. I read more

Waited 20 min to get an acai bowl and there was only one person in front. Then, the consistency of the acai was that of soup. It was so watery. To top it off, it didn't taste nor looked like acai. It tasted like fruit punch with blended strawberries! WTF??! AVOID! read more

This is the worst Juice It Up in Moreno Valley! There has not been a time that I have been here and the service been even mediocre. They forget to add things in the create your own juice and expect you to be ok with! No offer to remake it! Smoothies have a lack of flavor, seems like the juice may be watered down, or they use a different juice than others. The customer service is horrible! read more

They keep the chocolate muffins in stock and have additional snacks to offer. Asked for lite ice on my large evergreen and it tasted like watered down spinach(picture included). Absolutely no sherbert to be found. Wasn't offered a boost. Warning sign is posted for the service your about to recieve, it said ,refunds will be not issued but we will remake it. I said f!*'k it. It's not worth being remade. I'd hate to see what it looked like if I didn't ask for lite ice read more

Juice It Up! - Asked for lite ice on an evergreen, 20 mins later. Don't bother getting the drink remade. Go to another that doesn't sell ice. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Riverside, California

Worst juice it up in Moreno Valley. Always used too make my smoothies wrong/disgusting & claim they can't give refunds . Horrible customer service as well. It's sad. Oh and the wait is ridiculous ! Waited 30 minutes, was denied a refund, and told they can't remake the drink - just add more things too it until they get it right. Company should be ashamed. read more

I was taking my granddaughter there after she had to get impressions at the orthodontist today as a treat because she has a very difficult time getting impressions. We waited 25 minutes to get our smoothie, and they don't even taste good. What a sad day at juice it up. We should've went to nubi read more

This is the worst Juice It Up I have ever been to. They are run so poorly it is sad. I watched the workers use ice instead of the right amount of fruit and ingredients in order to make a larger smoothie and I witnessed them throwing away excess smoothy because they do not know how to measure properly. Drinks sit in the blender for 10-15 minutes before being put into cups. By then they are separated and no longer frozen. The owner Wraymond Sawyerr refused to allow his workers to remake my drinks but has no idea how many drinks get remade behind his back each day. Customer service and appreciation do not exist there. This is just a warning to make sure you check your drinks before you leave and speak up before leaving the store. read more

It's unacceptable for a restaurant or business serving any type of food to have no workers who knows ingredients that are allergens for people, specifically dairy in gluten. Not a single employee knew if the protein had gluten in it. Employees need to be trained on this because it could have awful consequences for those with food allergies. How can they ensure that there's no cross contamination if they don't know what's inside products? Won't be coming back here again and would NOT recommend this for anyone with any type of food allergies. read more

My partner and I visited this location and were pleased with the prompt and friendly customer service. When I asked to substitute ingredients in my smoothie, they kindly shared their recommendations. I was impressed to see the cleanliness of the store. Our smoothies were made quickly and so flavorful. Perfect for when you are craving something refreshing! read more

Good juice but slow service. I have already been here 11 minutes and they are just starting my order.

I called to place a pick up order and as soon as she picked up my call she sounded miserable. Can't even do simple customer service and be nice over the phone. I hung up on her and went somewhere else because I couldn't stand talking to her anymore when you can hear in the tone of her voice she didn't give a shit about her job or its customers. read more

Terrible I ordered an acai bowl and I can honestly say I make a better bowl than the kid behind the counter made for me. I paid 8 dollars and after him taking so long I basically got cold soup in a bowl. I hardly got any granola in my bowl and he drowned it in honey. Just terrible location. read more

Juice It Up! - Terrible bowl never going back sticking to Jamba Juice - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Riverside, California

If it werent for the not so pleasant customer service, I'd give it a 5. Walked in to order 1 drink & the employee kept having her back towards me, continuing with wiping the equipment down. Myself and my boyfriend were the only ones in the store, we were talking the whole way in so there's no way she couldnt hear us. It took me having to ask if they were closed for her to even turn around. She could have at least acknowledged & said I'll be right with you. Btw, they were not Closed. read more

This place has the worst customer service. Every time I go in there the employees are terrible. They'd rather stand around talking and giving free smoothies to their friends than helping actual customers. Unfortunately I like their smoothies better than the other place so I keep going back every few weeks but I'm always disappointed. This may very well be my last visit. read more

It's a very refreshing choice. Especially now in the summer. I got my usual Melon Madness. The staff was nice too, the lady on the register(I think her name was Yolie) she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and put up with me with my son's complicated drink he wanted a ton of shots and Protien. Thank you for your patience with us. That made this my favorite drink place. read more

I went in on this particular day and I was served by who I believe was the owner; nevertheless, I had a coupon (which I purchased the coupon book from Juice it Up!) and it was for a free ziiing frozen yogurt. First of all this older man was not friendly at all, he did not have the courtesy to ask what flavor I preferred and then just handed me a plain COFFEE flavored frozen yogurt which was melting and disgusting! I have never gotten such horrible customer service at any Juice it up ever and I almost wanted to go back and give him his stupid frozen yogurt back which I kind of did pay for it in a sense since I had purchased the coupon book for $10. I haven't been back since. read more

On the day of April 11th, this cashier with no uniform on stood behind the counter and skipped my girlfriend and I who came in first for another one of his buddies whom he didn't charge and then proceeded to make a horrible watered down juice it up. Did not say hi or bye, just said "what do you want". I will never give this corporation my business again. This cashier also smelled strongly of marijuana and was playing Rastafarian music in the business loud speaker. read more

Blasting nasty rap music shouting fuck, niggas, shit, fucking bitches, doing drugs, etc. Super inappropriate for customers especially small children. Plus they increased their prices to $6.99 for a large. They get 2 stars because the smoothies do taste good. read more

Only 3 stars because its always so hot and muggy in there. The business owner apparently doesn't understand that what customers want is a cool place to come and get their drinks and a cool spot to chill out for at least as long as it takes to get your order. I don't know about you but I hate going into a place and its hot and humid and much hotter than it is outside especially at 8:30 pm. I frequent this place and its always the same deal day or night. Ac makes people happy, happy customers keep coming back. Not even a fan running in here I don't know how the employees can deal with it and always deliver fast and friendly service. I would be one grumpy dude if I had to pull an 8 hour shift in those conditions. Besides this my drink is always tasty never so thick that I can't start enjoying it right away, nor so thin that it immediately goes watery. The flavor is always right and they never say no to special requests. The service is always quick and very friendly, the ladies always say thanks when I put something in their tip jar. I say ladies because I always see young ladies working there. They always greet me when I come in and always say good bye which is nice in these times where everyone seems to not give a crap anymore. read more

They left my drink in the blender for over 10 minutes while I stood there and watched them make other drinks - everything you hate and fear about fast food is personified at this place read more

Worst juice it up I've been to !! They got my drink wrong not once but twice !! Who does that .

Loved it! very helpful staff and i loved the sorbet in my juice.

Very nice store. They have a ton of student employees (young students we're talking high school sophomore type young lol) so this is why I choose to patronize them. Although they may be slow at times why not support people who hire teens? 5 stars plus they always get my Michael Jackson smoothie right read more

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. It's your standard Juice It Up. The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the service was great. The manager was working and was helpful and nice. The smoothies taste like...well, smoothies. They don't taste watered down, they taste exactly as they should. I'm not a smoothie expert (more of a seasoned amateur) but they seemed to put the right proportion of ice to fruit and blended it for the right amount of time. I wasn't crazy about the boxes lining the hallway to the bathroom, but I came to get a smoothie not critique their ambiance. 4 stars. read more

Customer service is ok. I usually get a small smoothie & it tastes perfect. The medium or large can taste water down or less then great. Overall decent juice it location. read more

My smoothie was awesome and the girl was nice, i got a moldy brownie. The mold was located under the sticker, but they shouldn't have old product on the shelves. Sadly, I decided to save my brownie for when I got home, so now it would cost more to go swap it for a new one than I'd save by exchanging it instead of buying a muffin elsewhere. =( read more

If I could give 0 stars I would the only reason I actually have a star was because the drink wasn't so bad I got mango smoothie and it was pretty good but the employees were so rude ! Not even a hello or thank you or anything the girl didn't even tell me which drink was which! This was at 456 pm 8/14/15 I couldn't get the name of the girl but I out the time so you guys can check the schedule I think she was Latina with glasses! I will never go here again very rude ass employees... The owner is just as bad. They don't make the drinks like they should. They half ass make them. They never greet you when you enter. If I could tell anyone in advance Don't waste your money here what so ever. Go to the one off of university Ave they are the best and you would leave a lot happier. This is one of the worse juice it ups. I will never go to this one ever again. Either should any of you. read more
