The paper inside my new cup !! With the coffee she added ! Who does that ?!

Came in this morning for my usual coffee I decided on this location since it's on my way to work . The crackhead lookin lady gave me my coffee in my water cup who does that ?! This Stanley is ONLY for water and I was already running late to even acknowledge her mistake . Worse part of it was the cup was new so the paper inside the cup was still inside !!!!!!

I came back because I needed coffee. The lady is better. She was quite helpful in getting me the decaf coffee sugar-free, vanilla with Stevia Frappuccino that I was hoping for. Last time, she got my order wrong. This time the coffee Frappuccino was actually better than I expected. I would definitely get it again. I did use the restroom and there is a keypad that you have to get the code for. It's not an easy number to remember. The restroom was a little messy.

This is my go to Starbucks because it's so close to home and convenient. The staff is super friendly and my drinks are always made perfectly to order. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the outside of the store is always dirty. Trash, debris and homeless can be found right outside the door. I really wish they'd get someone to come in and pressure wash the patio and walkway.

extra caramel, extra whip and extra crunch at the top and bottom (or they'll line the cup and the caramel is soo muchhh) with a double shot . I usually request for the rest of my drink that didn't make it to be in a grande (bc let's be honest it practically fills the grande cup!) and usually I run into no problems but sometimes I just do. I refuse to pay $10 as a loyal Starbucks customer who drinks it 3-6x a week and not be able to request my entire drink with no problems. But to the Starbucks workers who get it I appreciate you always

I went in on one of my only days off to hopefully cheer myself up with some of those sea salt chips but let me tell you something. This starbucks doesn't care about FIFO. the chips i grabbed were one week expired. If you don't believe me look at the picture i took and the date i posted this review. That's disgusting someone could get sick. But let me tell you about the ambience. It appeared that there was a shift supervisor with a black apron yelling at the poor baristas. This is really embarrassing considering most of them are kids trying to earn some money. Starbucks do better. Also don't trust the manager she's ghetto. If you want to know what could have improved, maybe don't serve expired food to your loyal customers. Won't be coming back here worst location by far!

I moved near this location 2yrs ago and customer service is always the best here. I came in a few days ago and when I got my drink it tasted different and barista gladly remade it and still tasted different. I went inside so I wouldn't hold up the line and they ended up making me a different drink but my point is they never gave me attitude and are always very attentive with my order. I come here almost everyday and everyone has been very sweet especially during these times. The best baristas ever! read more

It felt like I was being ignored... ten employees " teenager girls ," with no customer service!!!! No hi how are you today ... NOTHING!!! My husband walked inside & no greetings ,No I'll be right with you. Just rude! I think these girls need too get re- trained. Ive been to this Location alot of times since i moved out here to san jacinto and i gotta say beyond disappointed besides the fact that it takes forever to get your order and you see them skip when you ordered way before others they dont pay attention when you wanna load to your starbucks card they load all of your money instead of loading just the total gotta say wont be coming back to this location my coffee never tastes the same eventhough i always add double shots seems as they dont put the amount you are paying for so over this location and there staff is not always friendly thats for sure. read more

Girl with the pierced nose Aida was SOOOO RUDE!!!! Starbucks needs to fire her instantly. She told me I had to go all the way back around to the drivethru line all because she got my size wrong and she proceeded to tell me I was holding up the line. What? I recently changed my Starbucks review since 2013. I spent a lot of money at this location. I'm there almost everyday.I trusted their barista skills and enjoyed them. Unfortunately, I was first turned off by an employee who appeared to be not only a bigot but one of the most miserable people on the planet. She insisted she knew what was best for my coffee. No thanks. Second, about a week and a half ago a male employees denied an elderly man a chair outside in the rain because " it might ruin the chair. " The man had been missing for over a week and was waiting on an ambulance. I'm sure since Mark is the most amazing manager I could have spoken to him , but I was too fired up. I waited over a week before posting this. I don't want to spend my money and my time with people that behave that way. read more

This one employee named Victoria was very rude to me at Starbucks. When I asked her to make my drink she she said " oh aren't you the one who told me can I order until your dad comes, actually no because we close at eight so don't even bother coming." I went to the drive through and my dad did a complaint to her and she told us " I'm sorry in a bratty voice" and then flipped us off. I did not feel welcomed at all there. I recommend to fire her because she was very very very very very very very very rude not only to me but to my friends. She was a Karen that was acting that she was a queen even though she is a bratty brat that acts like a little child who gets everything they want. read more

This is my Monday through Friday stop every morning, and what used to be a five star visit each and every time. And every single morning I order the blonde roast coffee and I'd say as of recently about half the time I got a blonde roast and the other half I get a random roast coffee usually the Pikes Peak which is the bitter darker coffee that I just can't stand. Now I don't know if they're just too busy to make a blonde roast that early in the morning but I'd rather they just tell me they don't have it or I'll take the extra minute for them to make it fresh if they can. But when I can't stand his when there's no mention about it and I get 10 minutes into my drive it take a drink and realize it's not the coffee I ordered. If I'm nitpicking then shame on me otherwise keep the blonde roast flowing and the Stars will go up. read more

I love Starbucks. However...tHe one on esplanade omg. The service is great but the drive thru voice. Annoying. Nobody talks like that in real life. Idk her name or if it's all the ladies working there but the voice is fake and annoying. I'm in customer service as well. People can tell when ur fake. Please use normal voices. I try to go to other stores for this very reason. Ughhhh. read more

I truest have been back and forth across this valley and this is the only Starbucks that was clean and didn't have a lick on the bathroom and was clean inside and outside. And had a patio to hang out in without being approached by panhandlers. I'm not from here but I brought a friend to work here and had no idea what areas to stay away from. Found a haven in this place. read more

This Starbucks is located at the plaza on the corner of Esplanade & Sanderson. This location is pretty good. It's quiet so it's a good place to go if you're studying or need to get work done. The employees are nice and pleasant. The drive thru is also a plus! The only thing I don't like about it is that there seems to be a shortage of food displayed on the counter! At every Starbuck's I've been to, the counter always had a vast array of pastries, muffins, etc, but this location doesn't seem to want to stock or display. I can't really complain though, because everytime I ask for a particular pastry, they seem to have it hidden in the back or what not. read more

I usually have good experiences here but today its poorinh rain and im asking for a medicine ball.... the guy doesnt know whats in it, then cant recommend anything similar. Another guy jumps on and same thing, at this point im soaked from the window being open. I said forget it and going to another location, he could've suggested pull up to window. Why do I do this to myself... for the last two Saturdays, the wife and I felt the need to quench our thirst with Starbucks. Drove through the drive-thru at 7:16pm, received our drinks at 7:35pm. The fact I spent 19 mins in a drive-thru is not the problem. The problem is their was only 4 cars in line. Shame on you Starbucks. Perhaps you guys should think about adding personal on Saturdays. Will not visit this Starbucks on a Saturday from now on. read more

I always stop in here and get my daughter a chocolate croissant. They are always friendly and fast! I also will regularly meet Clients here and the wifi is fast. It works Our great because I'll buy them a coffee while we discuss their real estate needs. Fast, friendly service is what you can expect at this Starbucks location. read more

I was in the Menifee and needed to find a local Starbucks... unfortunately, this one was the closest one... 30 MINUTES AWAY! In Murrieta, there's one every mile! Needless to say, this location is one of the best I've ever been to. Staff, service, bathrooms and cleanliness are definitely all top-notch. The parking lot can get a little tight around lunch time due to the surrounding Jack in the Box and Subway, but you also always drive-thru for your quick fix! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks and I get to quite a few. Mark and his crew make you feel like you are the only customer in the place, even when it's packed. If they mess up an order...it happens....they fix it quickly. Even if you just don't like what you ordered, they fix it. And you can tell by all the regulars who they greet by name that there are many of us who feel the same! read more

The prices are reasonable for what you get, the portions are great, and the customer service is always friendly. It's definitely a popping place -- super busy and high energy. The only downside is that it's loud, so it's not really a quiet date spot where you can have deep conversation. But if you're looking for a fun, lively brunch vibe with good music and great food, this is it. I'm not drinking right now, but their drinks look amazing and everyone around us who ordered one said they were delicious. They also offer a 90-minute all-you-can-drink mimosa option, where you basically get your own bottle for the table, which is a fun option if that's your thing. It was excellent coffee, it had piloncillo and the perfect spice. Best of all, it came with free refills, yassss! I ordered a birria omelette which came with beans and home potatoes. The birria was juicy and the meal wasn't too salty. Additionally, I topped it off with an order of Conchita French Toast (a Mexican concha sweet bread, French Toast style). Everything was fresh, authentic, and delicious. Service was good, I appreciated the fast pace of the restaurant, yet it still felt mellow. Soft music played in the background with colorful lighting inside. I highly recommend The Brunch Spot's exclusive menu to any Yelper out there!

I ordered a vanilla protein latte, and it was actually really good such a pleasant surprise! I've heard their drinks can be pretty sweet, so I asked for a few modifications. I like my drinks just slightly sweet, not overpowering, and they got it just right. The coffee-to-cream ratio was nicely balanced. I'll definitely be back to try more, especially when I'm in the area.

Nicest Starbucks I have been in . Not much of a coffee drinker but I was greeted properly and Monica helped me make a decision as to what drink was best for me . She displayed GREAT customer service and was very knowledgable about the products . Rather than the usual "let me know when you are ready" type thing , she recommended several different drinks that suite my taste buds . Very nice staff, for sure. Great location and relaxing area outside to enjoy your coffee. I just like regular bold coffee or the pikes, and my only complaint is that it doesn't seem to be brewed regularly enough to be consistently fresh. I've gotten in my car and upset that they gave me old coffee that tastes sour. Please refresh your brews more frequently and I will upgrade to 5 stars. read more
