One of the mornings I've been getting teas so i can get this badge! Line is never really too long.

I have a 2nd home right here where this starbucks is! It's kinda bad though bc then I'll always want to come! This starbucks has a drive thru and its busy in the morning. Its just very convenient for the people that live in these very expensive apartments. I think this is a nice area and the starbucks is right next to decan bites and junction. It's clean and spacious inside. Just simple for me to get in and out. They have made my order wrong twice but they gave me a 4$ card to rectify it. I make sure my drinks have no coffee bc im allergic to it, but sometimes, actually, most times, ALL the starbucks I go to, get my order wrong at least twice. Everyone here is friendly even when I over talk! Lol

Nahhhh, idk why they closed the lobby early, but I placed my mobile order when I parked in front. I had A LOT of water today, so was going to use the restroom. Nooooope. I ended up walking across the parking lot to some restaurant that seemed to be the only place I could go. When I came back, I got back in my car and proceeded to the drive-thru. Now, idk what the person in front of me ordered, but the service was slow af!!! When I finally got my drink, it was lukewarm. =/ Idk if I'll be back here anytime soon, but hopefully they'll be faster cranking out orders. Aren't they supposed to get them to you in 30 seconds or something? Well.. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Seriously, how long has Starbucks been around and not only do they not have a cortado on the menu, but their baristas did not know how to make one. I don't blame them, that upper management and owner ships fault. I tried to explain to the young ladies how to make it, bit since they do not use an actual espresso machines that allows a barista's talent flourish, the "super automatic machine" could not make the cortado properly. It came out about 75% foam and 25% espresso, but with none of that creamy steam milk it. Let's work on that Starbucks. I also had a toasted everything bagel which was good. I definitely miss the multigrain bagel they use to carry, but what do you do. The bagel was tasty, and the service good. The employees were actually really nice, and I certainly do not blame them for not offering a cortado. If you are in the area and would like a cortado, check out "Hunters of Hendrix" down the street behind Newtopia Cyder.

Had a great first experience at this obviously newer Starbucks location right off the Carrol Canyon Rd exit of the I-15. Although I don't frequent this area anymore, I used to live and work in this part of town so I'm very familiar with vicinity and knew there had been construction for some time. This Bucks location is nestled in a mixed use plaza with condos/townhomes and a few other businesses that have yet to open. I can only imagine how thrilled someone might be to literally live in the same plaza as a Starbucks. Not me. But I'm sure there are a many of you out there. This location boasts a massive table that would take at least 3 would-be thieves to carry until they realized it wouldn't fit through the doors. Haha. The massive L-shaped counter has you order on one end and pick up on the other, which is well thought out during peak operating hours. There are also two cubby areas on opposite ends of this location with plugs to keep electronics alive enough to get some work (or gaming) done here. I should mention there is a drive thru. I can imagine lines of office drones, like myself, filing into the drive thru for their coffee and tea. Not me personally. But I'm sure there are many of you out there. Hehe. The staff were friendly. And all the orders I watched were promptly filled. Betraying my Southeast SD/LA upbringing, I enjoyed my drink perched on the back of my truck's tailgate, with my girl snuggled beside me for warmth in the parking lot. Yeah we be ghetto fabulous like that. While we got all philosophical that weekday afternoon in the parking lot, I noted at least one plaza resident, still in her home clothes, stroll in and out of Bucks with their mocha choco something drink in tow. We had to laugh! It was chilled end to a busy errand-filled weekday afternoon. Peace!

The drinks are always good. I also use the mobile app and their timing is great; but, I feel like drinks are always half poured here. Could I have some coffee with my cold foam please?

My favorite Starbucks they always have my drink order correctly every single time. Their employees are always so upbeat and nice. My go to drink here is a grande shaken espresso with oat milk no 2% milk. If you want something a little strong and not too sweet give this a try.

This is how I got the cold brew. So much space on top for that expensive of a drink.

Honestly she really does give off good energy in the morning to start your day. Theres also a couple of guys always being attentive to giving you any extra things you need behind the counter! The other thing I love about this place is the food! The burritos and pastries are amazing. A bonus I really like is their support for other businesses for example like a local hot sauce company with their food. Or the chocolate they use for their drinks is from a local San Diego company. This is truly amazing!!! You have to stop by and give it a try. The only down side I would say is the parking spaces are very tight but this isn't their fault!

If you're bringing your furry friend the outside space is limited. It's a canopy tent with four tables underneath. It does look like this place gets crowded so might be better to leave the pups at home. Additionally I saw that since this place has to negotiate parking space with the other tenants they recommend parking your car on the street if you're planning on working/studying. The parking in the lot is difficult to come by even if you're just swinging by to pick up a beverage. For this reason I give this place a 4, but for their drinks alone it's a solid 5

Nice quiet parking lot with lots of parking. Customer service was very friendly and my bags were ready to go. The beef was nice and hot along with the pasta. On my long drive home (to Valley Center), couldn't resist and tried the oatmeal cookie first. It was delicious - probably best cookie i've had ever. Flavorful, nice and moist. The garlic sourdough loaf was made with roasted garlic. Some of the best bread I've ever tasted. That with the chicken liver, pork & pistachio pate (when I got home) was truly delicious. On to the main course. The pasta was nice and al dente. Roasted vegs were yummy and the garlic sauce was delicious. The beef was nice and tender and well seasoned. Generous portions of both - enough for leftovers. Definitely keeping an eye on this place - It's a splurge every now and then, but life is short. Sorry for no photos, hunger took over. :)
