My husband and I absolutely love the orange juice from Jamba Juice. We went to this location ONE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE when I asked for an orange juice the store associate told me sorry we closed in a hour and we are cleaning the orange juice machine right now. Good variety of juices to choose from. I got the pomegranate paradise this time around. It was good and refreshing. It's been a while since I've been to a Jamba juice. I feel like the price has gone up considerably and the sizes appear to have gotten smaller. Idk maybe not but it looks like it. My go to choices used to be the razzmatazz and the orange berry blitz. I love this location! The people here are so friendly. It's really easy to find parking too! They do contactless ordering yet they still take cash which is what I like to pay with so I am happy about that! Always great to have a choice when paying. I ordered a 'greens and ginger' smoothie and even added an extra ingredient at the end and the employee was super nice about it. They had it ready within seconds! I have to say, I'm liking the the new breakfast sandwiches being served at Jamba Juice these days. They may not be fancy but they are definitely tasty and convenient. I had the Turkey Sausage, Roasted Red Pepper, and Gouda breakfast sandwich. The red pepper was chopped and intermixed with the melted Gouda, and the sandwich came on a toasted bun that resembled a foccacia but wasn't. The turkey breakfast sausage came in the form of a patty and it was pretty good. It was nicely seasoned and juicy. The roasted red peppers tasted good mixed with the melted cheese. The bread came nice and warm but it did need a better crust on it. It was toasted but was soft all the way through. Service was good and quite friendly. read more

This Jamba Juice is located in a large strip mall that has plenty of parking making it very easy to access...the only thing is that it may be a little hard to spot them since there is a section that is upstairs a little tucked away. It was busy when we got there but everyone seemed in good spirits and the woman who helped us was very sweet. They have a new Watermelon drink and a Medium was only $5 if you have a rewards account with them! I am not sure if they still offer the vitamin add-ons....we weren't asked if we wanted one and I didn't realize until after we left. Although they were busy, our smoothies came up fairly quick. They were sooo good as usual! We each also got a Cheddar Tomato Twist that they toasted up for us...I love those. A few things to note: Its not a crazy amount of stairs to get to them but they have an elevator right next to them for anyone who needs or would prefer to use it. There is a little waiting room inside but right outside they have tables and chairs so we just waited there. I do not remember seeing a restroom in there so I don't think they have one. There are so many great stores in that center so you can run errands etc and still get your Jamba fix!! read more

Jamba Juice fix.~ I came by today and was curious to use my recent Jamba Insider Rewards because I am new to signing up for it last month. It was so confusing as I was ready to purchase a Medium Matcha Green Tea Blast and use my $2 off coupon in my e-mail. Upon asking the guy if I can enter my phone number for the Jamba Inside Rewards it pops up that I have a free small birthday drink and if I would like to redeem. This is while they were crafting my drink already! I asked the guy if I could change my drink size and use it before it expires, but at this point it was too late because my drink was ready before my transaction even finished. He gave good service and accommodated me and they ended up just giving me the medium size LOL. They don't carry the cheese sandwiches anymore-- not sure if the change is just the location or Jamba Juice franchise. This location is usually not busy and my orders are typically on time. The employees are kind of awkward and feel unwelcoming, but I guess it depends who helps you out. There is no inside seating yet, but this location has a wonderful outside seating area. read more

I love a good smoothie, and I feel there are not very many places to choose from around Point Loma. Chains are hard to review, because they have such a consistent taste and standard that they need to follow -- almost every item is the same or similar. I've gone here twice, both being before work. The first time, I went around 9am for a breakfast sandwich and a small green smoothie. The sandwich was a bit dry for my liking, and the cheese tasting a little too dehydrated... that was after they had forgotten my sandwich in the toaster and left it beeping for what seemed like forever. A man went to turn off the beeping noise but left my sandwich in there, and we both ended up forgetting about it until after I had almost walked out. No apology, or anything. Just made it seem like it was my fault for forgetting it...? Even though he never took it out of the toaster and put it in the bag until I had walked back to get it. The second time, I again had not-so-great customer service. There was some sort of inspection from corporate happening outside, with the manager (i'm assuming) talking to higher-ups. Inside, everyone looked very tired, yet stressed out and on edge at the same time. I greeted the cashier with a "hi, how are you?" and all he said was "your order?" ... ouch. Then I had asked for a medium but he had charged me for a large and I didn't notice until they handed me a large cup filled with my smoothie... bummer. Definitely not a fan of this location. Every time Adam and I go to the Sprouts in this plaza we stop here for some fruity goodness and we are always happy with our experience. It is always empty when we are here so we can order promptly. We never look at the menu as we never change our order and that is helpful to get us moving quickly. I always get a razz-ma-tazz and Adam always gets a pomegranate paradise with 3G. This is my favorite Jamba Juice because it is located right next to my gym. A few years ago I was really into personal training and part of my regime was not eating past 7pm. Well I would get done with my trainer around 7pm and need to eat something. Jamba was my perfect stop on the way home. If you know what you need, then Jamba Juice is not packed with empty calories and sugars. To many people consider this a milkshake with their meal and not the meal itself. But I would always stop and get the same thing, Original Orange Dream Machine with either a free boost of Energy or Protein. If it had been a rough workout, I would get the extra protein. And I still stop in here all the time if I am in the neighborhood. What's great about this and every other Jamba Juice is that they care about the community they are in. My favorite thing to do while waiting for my smoothie juice is to read the community wall and see who they have taken pictures of from customers that come in. Parking is a little rough with a Starbucks and an Einsteins right next door, but a little brief walk won't kill you to park in the mall. Highly recommend Jamba Juice for the product and this store for the convenience. Plus they have decent snacks like Sourdough Pretzels, Blueberry-Bran muffins, and energy bars to help supplement any workout guru on the go. And if your into that whole "coffee-house" scene, they have great patio seating. OH! And I almost forgot. The Macha Green Tea with Soy shots are an amazing "Pick Me Up". I didn't catch his name so I'm going to call him Curly haired Cashier. Today the store ran out of Soy Milk, no big deal we thought, but the drinks we usually get didn't taste right. We were skeptical about going back in and asking for a remake because we didn't want to be those people, but we did; sadly. The curly haired cashier politely apologized and offered other smoothie recommendations that we would like or refund us our purchase. We decided on other drinks and he instantly started making them for us. Mind you, it's Easter and other customers are in the store, not too many though. He walked the drinks out to us, apologized once more, and went back to work. We are very happy with his service as well as his teammates.
