We order on their App because of the convenience and the reward points. Came here on Sunday afternoon. Our drinks were ready when we got there. Indoor is very clean and has great decor. Red bean drink is yummy. This is probably one of the only companies around that has a classic red bean slush. We will definitely be back. Plus I earned enough points for a free drink

Used to be one of my family's go-to boba spots! Their wintermelon green milk tea is still a favorite :-) I mainly come here for the nostalgia & if I'm in the area craving a sweet drink. I can't speak for their other flavors but they're good for simple milk teas! Abundant parking, ample seating, and they even have claw machines but I haven't tried playing

I really like their milk teas and the quality of their boba. They also make my drinks very quickly most of the time.

Ugh, I can rant about this place all day long. They get me through my nights. I can successfully pull all-nighters to finish projects. The caffeine you get from Kung Fu Tea is far more superior to the morning drip coffees, as they utilize the Gongfu method to brew the perfect cup of tea. I didn't know much about this method until my husband told me. The innovative flavors and the non-dairy milk powders is why I stay loyal. Wintermelon milk green tea is absolutely the GOAT. If it's made in person, you can select 30%, extra ice. It's PERF for me. I tried doing 0% before but they didn't let due to natural sweetness. However, for convenience, 70% sweetness (the minimum) is only available through the KFT app and that sugar level works well enough for me. My secondary choices are the Taro Milk Green Tea or the Honey Oolong Milk Tea. The coffee series is subpar....it's good, but not that good. I'm a coffee fiend but they leave a rather weird aftertaste. The slushes are rather nice if you fancy a tropical flavor, like mango. And I recommend steering clear of the Thai Teas. However, I'm quite bias because I'm Thai and would only drink the "real deal" but this is just their rendition of it. I'm aware they revamped their recipe, but both the old and their new recipe still didn't make the cut for me. Maybe it does well in a pinch for cravings, who knows. In all, I recommend getting the Wintermelon Milk GT for your first time if you're looking to get hooked. OPT OUT OF TOPPINGS!!! Instead, get the full drink and savor the drink! For example, if you get the boba, it changes the flavor too much and makes it unbearably sweet. Their boba is kind of floral-y and honey-like, it kind of melts into whatever you drink so imo get the drink by itself first. If you like it enough, then drop by again the next day and get it with boba. I like aloe jelly but again, the topping has some "flavor" that changes the overall drink, and may ruin it for some.

Been coming here for quite sometimes, and getting pretty much the same drink --black sesame matcha, and so far happy and never had a problem with my drink. Today and last week was quite different, i think the girl "owner" has been making my drink, look at below how less the drink is, and she said, since I didn't want ice, it is less and also, sorry, milk is expensive". Come on!! So, translation, drinks will 20-25% less because I want no ice, come on!! I understand if it a bit less, but this much? Sorry, but I'm not going back and not buying my milk tea in this store again.

Located across from Krispy Kreme and next to Best Pizza and Brew. This location has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Their menu is relatively extensive so it took a while to choose something. Lol Ultimately went for the Passion fruit green tea and added aloe jelly to it. The tea itself comes with mango popping bubbles which gave the drink a nice touch. Employees here are friendly and patient. And they had good music playing. Haha. Would def come back to get a "boba" fix.

I'm not sure what it is about this Kung Fu Tea location, but it's just not on-par with its other locations, despite being a chain. All the drink seems to taste bitter even at the normal sugar rate, especially their Thai tea. Workers are very nice though :)

I came after 9pm on a Saturday night. Not too busy. Fast service. I got oolong milk tea. It was good. I like that it is open late. I was able to get a table to myself to do some computer work. Clean and spacious place. Bathroom was clean. I would come again!

Am I the last person to know that the milk teas here are made with Lactaid?! I came here with my cousin one night and was very happy to find out that Kung Fu Tea uses Lactaid for their dairy drinks because most Asians are lactose intolerant. How did I not know that?! I guess I will be coming here more often!...Not just because they use Lactaid, but also because their drink options are really great! We got the Herbal Jelly Wow & Sesame Matcha Milk with Pudding and loved our drinks! I got the Herbal Jelly Wow and WOW, it was delish! I had a sip of the Sesame Matcha Milk with Pudding and will have to get one next time, no sharing! I want it all to myself!! Great drinks, friendly service, and clean boba shop!

Awesome tea experience! The KF Milk Tea is a good go-to and tastes exceptional. The store is pleasant to be at, and so it's always a good time at Kung Fu Tea.

Slooooow service. So many options, don't bother coming here. You will wait 20+ mins for an average drink.

What happened to the strawberry milk slush?

Hi Candelaria T, due to the global shipping crisis you may have seen in the news, we are intermittently running out of certain ingredients and toppings. When this happens, we will deactivate them from online ordering until they become available… Read more

But I still go occasionally, because it's overpriced and a bit off, but if I squint (with my taste buds) it's still acai and overall good if that's what I'm craving. This location is fine, but it's nothing special. There are some tables and chairs out front (nice to have) that somehow always make me feel like I'm eating in the middle of the parking lot (less ideal). The workers are typically... very young, so customer service is a mixed bag depending on who you get. However, today I was informed that they were out of an ingredient in their "Sunny" signature bowl that I was trying to order because it said it supports Mt Carmel Athletics. I said OK, great - can I get a different ingredient instead? (Because in my mind, if you're out of part of the product that the customer is paying for... you'd get something else added to equal the original amount of product.) I was told I could remove something from a signature bowl, but adding or swapping a different ingredient would make it a custom/ choose-your-own bowl instead. I neither had the energy to nor felt I should have to delve into a conversation about inconsistencies of logic, the concept of getting what you pay for, or the fact that generally speaking this has not previously been the response at other stores in the same situation. So I ended up smiling, saying nevermind, and leaving without a bowl. They won't be losing much money on me since I don't go often, but in future my choice will be easy as I'll just always go next door for OG Golden Spoon froyo instead.

No. My wife picked up a spicy tuna roll there for her lunch, for $13.99 which is $5.00 more than at any good sushi restaurant around. She ate one piece and could not take another bite. Every once in a while I pick up sushi at the Albertson's in Rancho Bernardo where we live, and pay $9.00- $13.00 depending on the roll and it is so much better. I got a turkey and gouda wrap for $13.98 and it was soggy and tasteless. Only thing I could taste was the sprouts in the wrap. Funny thing is the guacamole is the same price as a whole lemon pepper rotisserie chicken at Jimbo's. Having that chicken tonight for dinner, but not worried about that as I have a backup plan in case that is not good. This was my first and last time going to Jimbo's. Both my wife and myself are totally disappointed with our experience. Sorry Jimbo's but just speaking from our stomachs.
