Before work, I'll almost always swing by Better Buzz. Luckily this location has a drive-thru, which makes it super convenient, and workers are always kind and fast. Iced matcha latte (10/10): Matcha is on sweeter side, and it always hits spot when I'm craving matcha in area. Smooth, flavorful, and consistent every time. Açaí smoothie (10/10): Refreshing and thick, and it doesn't melt fast like regular açaí bowl. Perfect option if you're not in mood for coffee but still want something energizing. Definitely my go-to pre-work stop!
YUM! Quick service through the drive thru on a Thursday morning. Ordered and acai bowl & an iced og best drink ever. Cant go wrong with either one! I'll definitely be back :)
I've been a fan of Better Buzz Coffee ever since one of my fam brought me a Coconut Buzz. It was like game over after that. Lol We came here after eating down the road at Baba Kabob. I was happy that they were open and also to see there was a location nearby. It looked like there were only two workers here, but they seemed to be handling it. Not that it was super busy, but there were a few cars in the drive thru and several customers inside. We were greeted and since we knew what we wanted, places our order. Drinks came out in the time you might expect. Probably around 5-7 minutes or so. The worker was friendly and she had really cool hair. The drinks were good. The Coconut Buzz has a distinct flavor profile... I love it and I'm not the biggest fan of coconut. I find myself craving this drink every so often. This location doesn't have much seating. Maximum occupancy sign said 28 people. There are probably 5 tables or so. The place appeared clean. There is a fair amount of parking and it is easy to find. We would return if we were in the area. I love better buzz. But my experience at this location was terrible this Saturday morning. The young girl taking drink orders in the drive thru around 8am on Saturday morning should not be talking to customers. When I was in the drive thru she acted like I was bothering her, her tone of voice was rude and arrogant. She had no patience because I was trying to decide if i wanted breakfast or not. When I got to the window to take my 2 drinks, I asked which was which, she replied rudely it's on the tag. Someone like her should not be working with customers. Terrible attitude and customer service. I will not be back at this specific location.
Great beverage prepared by Alice! The atmosphere is a bit too LOUD for a morning coffee experience. Customer service is amazing but I will hit the drive thru on my next visit and forego the Rock concert vibe. Extremely loud, and killed my buzz

I came through the drive thru for a quick coffee to go. They currently have several holiday beverages being offered. We had a hot Peppermint White Mocha and an iced Candy Cane Best Drink Ever. Both drinks were a bit sweet but that is expected. The worker taking orders through the drive thru offered milk substitutions as well as walked me through any rewards popping up on my account.
I got the Horchata Latte and it was incredibly sour. The horchata portion of the drink was even curdling. I've had horchata lattes elsewhere and usually love them as they are sweet and creamy, with hints of spice. I asked if it was normal for their Horchata Lattes to be sour and was assured that it was just how the layering of horchata and espresso was. I was offered a remake of the horchata latte but with how curdled the horchata was, I declined. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I looked online it looks like other horchata lattes from this shop looked more normal than mine. I threw mine out before I got to my car.
Checked off another BZ location. I ordered a Pumpkin Best Ever Drink. It's too sweet for my taste. The space is slightly smaller than other locations. Overall, it's nothing special in terms of service received and the taste of my drink.
I got their pumpkin spice seasonal drink. The drinks are on the sweeter side despite ordering half sweet. Excellent and friendly baristas!
After leaving a friend's shop, he recommended Better Buzz coffee to us. Not being from the area we gave it a shot. Of course we were trying to get on the road we asked for recommendations from the staff and Best Drink Ever was the drink of choice. I can say is was a wonderful ice coffee selection and would recommend it. Granted my tired self did not catch all that goes into it and I only hear the two expressive shots. Sold.... Hahaha Overall the staff were great, pleasantly helpful and polite too. If I had more time I would have liked to check out the rest of their menu, but maybe next time. Cheers!!

Came here after ordering my drink and food online. One of my friends also ordered her food and drink online. I was told that my order would be ready in 10 minutes in the app and I waited over 30 minutes. Two of my friends that I walked in with ordered their drinks at the counter and they received their drinks before we did, within minutes actually. Come to find out, we walk up to the counter and our food and drinks are just sitting there along with a long line of other orders. No names being called, no attempt to help. Everyone working there had no smiles on their faces. I have been to this better buzz multiple times and have never experienced a bunch of people that looked like they did not like their jobs. When asked if we can have our drinks and food sitting there, the one girl said, "I'll get them to you when I have time"....HUH? Are you crazy? What kind of customer service is this. I waited another few minutes, and since she had no urgency I went back up and asked for my food and drink now!!! What's the point of ordering online when they are not even going to cater to the people that ordered ahead of time? The ice in my drink was already melting and my hot egg bites were cold. I was very disappointed in this experience today. Get it together Better Buzz Miramar! Not ok to treat your customers this way, especially when this place is as expensive as it is. From the picture of the girl with the rude face, you can see all of the drinks just sitting on the counter. She wasn't wearing a name tag, and they need to know who their people are that are driving away business. Do better!!!!!I will not be back to this location. Fashion Valley has better service with people that have smiling faces. Turns out, someone had the same exact rude experience in the drive through, based on a review I read after this was posted. Clearly the attitude has not improved. Poor service will not be tolerated. read more

I love this place! I love how festively they decorated their location! Plus all of the drink are so amazing, and the holiday menu is even better! This has to be one of my favorites chain coffee shops. The location is quite small, there are about five small tables inside and no outside seating. It feels like this location is geared more toward drive through customers. The staff were very friendly and my drink came out very quick! read more

Spent a few weeks on a jobsite and patroned them regularly during it. Everything about this place is great. The female crew in the morning is the friendliest, their coffee is top notch, their food is delicious, the theme and location design is so clever. I give them A+ 360°! Wish they were everywhere when I'm traveling for work. They have great hours and a drive through! They'll also bring out your order if you're parked! Not sure how you can get much better read more

Words cannot describe the nostalgic feeling of warmth and comfort that I received when drinking then vanilla latte after taking a break from drinking caffeine. The ambience of this betterbuzz was other-worldly. Comforting music, the smell of coffee beans engulfed in the air, and kind baristas all around who greet you when you walk through the door. I have missed this sentimental feeling. Thank you betterbuzz for always giving me an amazing experience. Highly recommend this specific establishment. read more

I had gotten food nearby but I still wanted to get my chai tea with coconut milk at this location. It's conveniently located on Miramar Road with easy access to the drive thru. It wasn't too busy and I was able to enjoy my delicious drink and be on my merry way. read more
Food and coffee are always great. Service is generally great too. You know what's not great? Typically this location is t as clean as the one I frequent in Temecula. Not sure if that's because they are understaffed whenever I go or if I came right after a rush but each time I go I have to wipe down the table myself. If it was a one off thing I probably wouldn't deduct a star but it seems to be a regular thing here but the coffee and snacks are great so I'll keep coming back. read more

Checking out new location. It is great! Cozy place but modern. Being able to watch Miramar flights is priceless! Friendly stuff. It was easy to place order - and it's been completed pretty fast, while I was looking around) Latte is hot, foam is smooth. One of the best I have ever had. I work down the road so I'm always here. The workers are great, drinks come out super fast (even if I'm getting 10 at a time for my coworkers) & the drinks are always well made. Probably my favorite location - has some sit down areas that are usually free due to people mainly just going in & out. It's not cutesy like the others, just straight forward & efficient which matches the industrial vibe of the general area read more

Always a must-go place for us. One opened up in Poway near us so we go there as well, but this is our OG location and pop in when we can. I always go with a hot sandwich; they're all good, and the wife loves the fresh avocado toast. And of course the coffee is fantastic! They keep their shop clean, every single person is always friendly and helpful. They deserve all 5 stars! read more

Is there a way to find out how much caffeine in a drink? Most drinks are probably 2-3 shots of espresso depending on the size but I cannot find caffeine content listed anywhere
