Having to sit in a drive-thru for 20+ minutes for a drink is absolutely stupid. This happened on numerous occasions too. I only go to this particular establishment because it's on my way to work. But I'm done. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I'll be telling all my friends and family to avoid this place, like the plague. My suggestion? Have your employees stop jaw-jacking with their friends who happen to be customers at the moment. I've personally seen (on several occasions) employees leaning out of the window, having long conversations while they laugh and share whatever it is on their phones. All while there are 4 or more cars waiting in line. Don't get me wrong, there are a few employees there that do a good job, but MOST don't.
