Nice Starbucks - two stars for location/parking/size but four stars for staff/friendliness. Pretty typical location that has all the regulars - same good pastry selections and great coffee. There are only a few tables inside though, so you may have to move on with your goods. Very long drive-up line, but that says something for their quality and service. Tiny parking lot that interferes with the drive-up line ... so that could have been thought out better. But they have enough staff to move you through pretty quickly. Nice place. read more

I've gone through a whirlwind of feelings about this Starbucks. But, I am very happy to say that this location has improved immensely. The service is MUCH faster than it used to be (it still has it's slower days but who doesn't?) They always get my drink right now and the staff is always helpful. April is awesome, she's always helpful and nice. So glad this place has improved... I can now say I'm a regular and go there pretty much every day on my way to work! read more

Although it's crowded in the morning, if you just park and go in its a lot faster. I love their Chai tea latte, hot or cold. read more

I continue to be very unimpressed with this location. I've been enjoying the new holiday drink, the Chestnut Praline latte, but it's been made so much better at other locations. Here, it comes out bitter, and you can barely taste the "chestnut praline". On top of this, there is a regular who comes to the drive-thru in this store, and she can't seem to figure out where the line ends, so she just barges in, nearly hitting other cars in the process (including my own). Several customers have complained, but they've said nothing to this woman or done anything about it. The last thing anyone needs is to get into a car accident at the drive-thru when they're on their way to work. Lastly, and this is more of a personal grievance: We were organizing a local themed garage sale, something fun for the community. We asked if we could put up a flyer on the tackboard, but were cut off in mid sentence and told that only not-for-profit events could be posted there. Seemed sort of strange to me, since garage sales don't exactly bring in a ton of money, and this was a themed one, done more for fun and getting rid of stuff than turning a buck. I mentioned this to the completely uninterested girl behind the counter and I was again cut off and told "we just don't do that". As we were leaving, however, we saw at least two flyers tacked up there that were for events in which a small fraction of the proceeds went to charity, but it was otherwise FOR PROFIT. And they were ALL professional events put on by mega-corporations. So much for community involvement! read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because the morning/mid day crew is great and I love having a local coffee place. However, the evening crew: WOW. Learn to prioritize. Drive through...forget about it. 5 minutes or more even if there is only one car ahead of you. I say they make my simple drink (nothing steamed or cold/blended) correct 80% of the time. It only takes seconds to pour an espresso shot. All you have to do is hit a button. Its not like the old school way of putting the grounds in the scoop and having to tap it down. It should be idiot proof. When I go in. The staff is preoccupied with chatting quietly to each other with their head sets. The people who operate the bar seem to only be able to make one drink at at time. That's crap. I used to be a barista at Starbucks and I was a rock star behind that bar. Multi-task people! I normally give service people a break, but this is ridiculous. This isn't a downtown Chicago location. The shift supervisor at night is nice but the rest of the people don't really seem to care. read more

Starbucks, the only place where people consistently pay over $3 for things you can make at home for a quarter. Well, whatever, it's a good neutral place to hang out and catch up with an old friend over iced peach green tea ($3.84 for a venti, ouch). Oh but wait, it's right next to a railroad crossing. I hope you like incessantly screaming "WHAT!?!" But what the hey, I'm just glad my little sleepy town got a Starbucks. Maybe with 8000 Miles and Linfred Winery, we'll be known for more than "being next to Bloomingdale or Schaumburg" read more

Employees are more interring talking amongst themselves than serving walk in customers.

I have always has good experiences here. The drive thru line is insane but I avoid it by going in. They are friendly and courteous

I love this location. All the employees are really nice and always try to make a drink that satisfies. I also like where it is located -- in a quiet area of downtown Roselle near the winery and yet, away from other commercial buildings. Drive-thru, indoor, and outdoor seating is available. I feel like the inside doesn't have enough tables but this place is never too crowded. It's always just right and there is always somewhere to sit. Good drinks, good people, good space -- that's all I need! read more

I was late on my coffee today I stop by at 12 to get a dark roast cup of coffee she asked me if I'm familiar downpour I was she set up instead of sitting there watching when the coffee's ready she doing something else instead 10 minute I have to ask for my coffee it was ready long time I have to do her job then I when I got it it was cold didn't taste like coffee there was no half and a half so I just left the coffee with very this big disappointed thinking this is the second time or third time it's happened to me this place with their poor customer service very nice place very bad customer service I'll drive to Hanover Park or Bloomingdale instead of this place even though it's closer to my house hopefully they're going to learn lesson from this day review read more

Was here over the weekend - it was beautiful out and figured Id treat my dog (and I lol) with a lengthy walk and some Starbucks. Ended up walking 2 miles from my house with my dog and when we got there they were closed inside due to being short staffed. I called to ask if they could walk a mobile order outside and they said "sorry our order ahead is turned off and we cant let you inside because that would make other customers angry". So i said ill just walk through the drive thru with my dog (shes older and in a stroller) - was told that also isnt allowed. So I was sent away for a 2 mile walk back home empty handed. Super disappointing. Ive never experienced an establishment turning a customer away due to being short staffed. read more

Brand new!! Took damn long enough to build it up and open! Finally, I don't have to drive 15 minutes to get my Starbucks fix. Love Frappuccinos, especially Vanilla Bean, Green/Chai Tea, and well.... all the others. Favorite treats are Lemon Loaf and Maple Scone. read more

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks because of the incredible staff!! They are always so happy and friendly. I can always count on them to put a perfectly prepared drink in my hand and a smile on my face :) Special thank you to Jessica & Ben for being so amazing!!!! Each time they go above and beyond to provide quality service and a memorable experience. I have visited so many Starbucks over the years and I'm often disappointed with how my drink tastes--but, with this location, I have never had a complaint or problem with my drink!! My drink is on point every single time. This five star Starbucks is by far the best! read more

Y'all mutha fuckers are slow. But y'all coffee is good, and y'all gave me a venti instead of a grande n discounted my order so five star rating !! read more

I will start by stating this is the closest Starbucks to my house, but it is the worst. Service at this location has been very poor for over 6 months now. Drive through wait times are the longest, and they always seem disorganized. If they make your drink wrong, and you ask them to fix it, all you get is attitude back. Basically, I stopped going to this location unless I no time to go to another location which is 3 miles further down the road. Today, I had little time to spare, so I went back to this location at Roselle and Main. When I made my drink order, I asked for a cup of whip cream for my big dog. Sarah was at the drive through window, and gave me a tablespoon of whip cream in a tall cup. When I requested for a bit more, she gave me attitude, and refused. I asked again, and again, and she eventually complied with my request. Then I got my iced drink order. She failed to give me a straw. I had to drive around and go inside to get a straw so that I can have my drink. I spoke with the manager about this, and she basically disregarded everything I stated. She did not even apologize for her crew. Then, the manager went on to state that I should not give my dog a cup of whip cream as a treat. It is bad for the dog, and I am actually hurting my pet. I left the store immediately, only to come back 30 minutes later to get the email address or phone number for the District Manager. I spoke with Sarah, and she refused to provide me the contact information, and said her managers business card was on the table by the window. Now why would I want to speak to the manager again? So she could tell me how to take care of my dog? Customers who want great service beware, you will not get it at this store! Dog owners beware! You might get lectured on how to take care of your pet! read more

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes (no line!!) waiting to give my order. Took another 12 minutes for my americano to be made. Pickup counter had multiple drinks spilled all over it. Messy, poor service. Won't be back. read more

Worst Starbucks EVER! Average time in Drive-Thru lane is 8 minutes...whether there is one car or five cars in front of me. When I get to the window, it's always at least 60-90 seconds before they even come over to the window...too busy putzing around at the inside counter. When I pointed it out the length of time to them one day, no apology, nothing just a "we're busy." About a month ago, I went through the drive-thru at the other Starbucks near my house, Irving Park and Mercury. Was in the line for about six minutes. When I got to the window, the Barrista hands me my drink (yes, this Starbucks actually has your drinks ready when you get to the window) and says, "enjoy your drink, it's on us. We are very sorry that you were in the line for as long as you were." I was shocked and pleased! I was not even angry or impatient when I got to the window, yet they still took care of me. Wish this Starbucks was on my way to work. read more

I love this Starbucks!! Such great service and the staff is awesome. Especially the barista whose name is Jeff or Yohan or something, he is so hot right now, he can serve me hot drinks anytime (I am happily married to a woman but if you see the statue of david, you say something, you don't just keep fine art to yourself). read more

Thank you for the great sense of your responsibility, flexibility, and strong networking with other Starbucks location!! I got fresh brewed traveler box right away!! Because of your extra action, I did not need to worry about going to next Starbucks location, and you saved my time. It was my 1st time visiting this location. I will come to your location more :) Thank you Manager!! read more

I've been to Starbuck's locations all over the country and I can honestly say that this one has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I've been too This morning I walked in and there were two people at the cash registers. I stood in front of both of them they didn't knowledge me or look at me turn their back's and walked away. I felt so welcome. This consistently happens to the point that we actually are starting to go to the Starbucks west of us avoiding this one because the service is so terrible. read more

This is the best Starbucks ever-I live near by and go every day and they know my order-and many times have it made before I get to the register to pay for it. They always address me by name-you could not ask for better customer service. The only issue is the way the drive-thru/parking lot is set up-cars are constantly cutting through the parking lot instead of coming through from Main Street which can cause a back up in the lot in the morning. read more

I have lived in Roselle for 7 years now. When they first opened they were great! They got the orders right, had very polite people, if they did however mess up they would fix it. But, for the last year I have been drinking starbucks 3 times a day. When I go through the drive thru they mess it up all the time. When I go in they mess it up. Lately they have been hiring really rude people. The one girl that works the register with the colorful dreads is awful. She messed it up 4 times and when i asked her to fix it she gave me attitude. Then, I had another lady there mess up my order and give me regular milk instead of soy milk after i payed the extra dollar for it. Then she insisted 40 times to fix it. And i kept refusing. Then she kept asking so i finally gave up. Just not a good Starbucks to go to. Plus there prices went up. read more

Love this Starbucks.... they're working out their drive-thru kinks and...they'll get it. Give them a chance...heck, they're close to the Roselle & Schaumburg train stations! Like they don't hear what their problems are from us.... the locals!!! they'll get it! Plus, they're friendly!!!!! Be patient!!! read more

I come to this Starbucks at minimum twice a week for breakfast and coffee; typically my order is correct. However, this morning I placed about a $20 order and there were two mistakes. My multigrain bagel was not accompanied with butter or a knife, therefore when I realized it at work it was useless and thrown away...there goes my breakfast. As well as I ordered a bacon and Gouda sandwich for a coworker and received a double bacon sandwich, granted not a big deal. At least both coffees were correct, but I use the app to order for efficiency and correctness and that was not the case. read more

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is good but not 5 stars worthy and I'll tell you why. I come here probably 4x a week and most days it's a good experience. On the bad days, there are like a few baristas that aren't nice to me like they genuinely hate their jobs (or me?). it's often times CROWDED with drive thru lines down the block but that's because it's the only place in the area. Going inside solves that issue. HOWEVER there's super friendly people behind the counter most days that make me enjoy my experience. This is a great place to study/get work done as well. Go here for coffee (or don't, so that I dont have to wait in line :p ) read more

A great place to hang out, friendly staff and consistently great service! This has been our local coffee shop for over a year now as it's close to my husband's work, and the coffee is always good. The place definitely has a "neighborhood" feel to it and the staff take the time to get to know you if you're a regular. read more

How could anyone ever have anything bad to say about this place? I have been going here for last 6 years of my life, this place is heaven on earth!!! Delicious coffee, great atmosphere and good staff! Definitely keep this place in mind next time you want to grab that cup of coffee!!! ;) read more

We visit this location frequently as we live close. They make great espresso drinks and the staff is very friendly.

Great service today! Everyone working there was so positive and upbeat and my coffee was awesome :)

Why are there so many flies???? The floors were so dirty! Definitely a to-go kind of Starbucks! I have 2 stars for the nice barista that took my order. read more

This is by far the best starbucks I have been to. They are, on average, excellent making the drinks. I usually am not big on starbucks at all but this location is different! read more

As we kick off the holiday season I was reminded that holiday cheer does not mean customer cheer. Especially at this Starbucks. As I walked into the store several employees (keep in mind it's a small store with only 6 employees) saw me but not one greeted me. After waiting for a few minutes I asked if anyone was going to take an order where I was greeted with far less of the usual Starbucks greeting, and certainly no cheeriness, "I was grounding coffee, what do you want". Hmmm....I'm guessing "bah humbug" is this stores holiday theme. read more

Yay! Starbucks in Roselle! I am an addict and they probably will know who I am, but I don't care because I have nothing bad to say. They are wonderful. The only thing that is a little scary is being at the drive through when a train comes. I know a fence won't do anything if the train de-rails, but it would make me feel better! read more

This location is always very friendly and takes the extra mile to get to know their customers. :)

Very nice staff but the drive thru and parking lot is insane!!!! I have passed this Starbucks up several times due to the long ass line. Horrible!!! read more

First off I love Starbucks coffee and a good thing is it's close to where I live which is a plus, also it's nice that they have a drive thru, outside seating, but not as big of an indoor seating than outdoor. I usually get a Carmel macchiato or white mocha and this place always gets it either right or wrong but mostly wrong because they make it so strong both drinks that just gives you that extra kick that sometimes you don't want it and just want to enjoy a delicious sweet coffee instead of a strong one that will knock you back and sometimes makes you just want to throw it out. read more

Great service friendly staff that gets your drinks super quick. Only downside is size for the Starbucks is on the smaller side

I've never felt it necessary to review a Starbucks -- but holy cow Maggie was absolutely amazing.

Very cool Starbucks!..I love the Italian music adds nice environment and everyone is so helpful..makes my morning a little more brighter:-)
