It's one of the newer layout stores with plenty of room to work. I came here this afternoon to get a drink for me and my boyfriend. There definitely was a line, but it seemed to move pretty quickly. I read all the other reviews while I was waiting in line and was surprised to see everyone was upset with this Starbucks. I wasn't expecting too much, since this Starbucks is brand new anyways. I'm sure after some time they will get better. I probably waited 10 minutes maybe for our drinks in the drive thru, but that's normally the times you wait at any other Starbucks, sometimes even longer at others. I ordered the captain crunch Frappuccino (secret menu), but they didn't have any hazelnut syrup :/ I still ordered it anyways and besides that my drink still came out great and the girl who was working was very nice and friendly. read more

Unfortunately, this location has a couple of issues. My iced coffee always tastes watered down and wrong. Then when I asked for a substitute on their medicine ball with their mint majesty, the girl in the speaker responds with so much attitude, "We just have peach." No apology, no understanding, just plain rude. Totally understand that outages affect everywhere but you couldn't take a simple question? The morning crew (that is usually different every morning) sucks. They can't handle the pressure and should either have more training or not work there. About 85% of the time, my coffee is either completely wrong or is missing something. Usually, they forgot my extra ice, my light whipped cream or my extra shots in general. And when I ask them about it, they insist my drink is correct even though I have to make them put my whipped cream on. This morning 9/30 was my final straw, the gentleman again insisted my drink was made right, I verified my drink was a triple shot even though it was off white and not even the right shade for coffee... But when I asked him to put my light whipped cream on, the woman behind him gave me attitude! Excuse me, but I didn't make the coffee. If you don't want customers sending it back, make it right the first time. I don't have a complicated order, I know how frustrating that can be but come on... Make the orders right please... Your coffee is expensive already, so if I'm going to pay for it I would like it to be correct every time. read more

I moved here January 2020 from the San Fernando Valley, and I've never been so thankful for a drive thru Starbucks. On a whim, my husband asked me if I wanted something from here, and I tried something new. (I'm a creature of habit, so once I find something I like, its what I'll get until I physically can't stand it anymore.) I have ordered this drink probably thirty times since that day, and this is the only Starbucks that I have gone to that makes it correctly. It isn't a complicated order, but every single time I've tried to go through another drive thru- any of them- Lancaster, Palmdale, the SFV- they make it wrong each time. I've actually come back to this store with the wrong drink and they've remade it for me every single time. (I'm so sorry if that's annoying, I promise I'm not trying to be a complicated person. I'm super sensitive to caffeine, and 4/9 times I've been given caffeine when I asked for decaf. I'll literally start shaking when I drink it, which is how I know it was made incorrectly.) Everyone here is super friendly, kind. I swear I just need to come to this Starbucks from now on. I believe I've learned my lesson. ‍ As a former barista, I have some words of wisdom- kindness is free. You'll be met with compassion and empathy if you kindly explain something as opposed to screaming, badgering, complaining. This place has long lines just as you expect it would. They're trying their hardest to get every drink out in a timely and orderly fashion. Getting angry doesn't solve any problems, it causes stress for you, the people here, and puts everyone involved in a funk. Wish I could give them zero stars. Waited 30 minutes for a black iced tea. My daughter ordered her iced coffee and got hers in about 15 minutes. When I asked for my drink after 20 minutes, the guy said it's coming and continued to work on drive thru drinks and everyone else who ordered after me. The person in front of me waited 35 minutes for an acai refresher, as her entire family waited in the car with their drinks. Every person who ordered after me had come and gone. I finally asked for my money back. The woman who gave me my money back made NO apologizes. I said thank you for my money and she didn't even acknowledge my thank you. Super rude! read more
