Where to start.... The employees were more concerned about talking with each other then doing their job, making food. I went through the Drive Thru to pick up my mobile ordering.When I got up to the pick up window I sat there for a while and watched the employee fill, wasting so much too, drinks. He was very sloppy filling the drinks, over filling and just dumping some out and getting soda all over the cups. Then finally opens the windows and hands me the wrong drink. After saying that's not my drink, he took it away and gave me the correct drink. Waited a while, again, and was finally handed my food. All this tome the employee never said a word to me! It takes a special kind of incompetence to sour me to write a review on a fast food place... But this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The only one that comes close is the one in California City and lo and behold... That one is also owned by McMarro. How do I know this you may ask? Because they have replace almost every bit of McDonald's corporate branding with McMarro knockoff merch. Aside from having seemingly zero quality assurance, they will almost always ask you to go park to wait on your food so they can manipulate their ticket times and report false metrics to corporate. Incorrect orders are the rule not the exception and the ordering screen for the drive through has been mostly unreadable for over a year now. I'm under no illusion that McDonald's is a beacon of fine dining but I do know that they have minimum standards that franchisees are supposed to meet... I don't know who needs to see this but McMarro is pissing on those standards and bragging about it. read more

Ordered 6 meals and only 5 were given. We were missing one of the large drinks and everything except the drink for the Happy Meal. NOBODY answers the phone. We had a flat tire driving back to LA- waiting for AAA I went into McDonald's on a Sunday night, not busy at all. Had a few cars in drive thru. I needed to wash my hands and go to bathroom before ordering anything. I walked to women's bathroom, and it has a code. I asked one of the many employees that was there. She gave me the code and I entered. I couldn't believe it- I'm like what has happened in here? Who has not checked the bathrooms all day? It was a gross situation. I washed my hands and took the pics- left. I did not order any food. If the bathroom looked like that what in the world does the kitchen look like. No way! We were starving and needed lunch stat since we were on a mission and a road trip. This McDonald's was right off of 14 and easy to access. We needed a break from the car and went in. The place was beautiful and clean. We ordered through the big electronic menu and our food came out quickly and with a smile. The fries were so fresh. Oh my goodness. It's a joy to have fresh McD fries. The only thing that would make it better is if they brought back frying them in beef fat, but I digress. Hubby loved his chicken nuggets. I had the filet 'o'fish which is often made fun of by youtubers. This one was perfect. The fish was a beautiful golden brown and everything was lined up. How often do you get one that's off to one side and you have to smoosh it together? Not here. The bathrooms had keycodes and it was easy to get the code. And the bathroom was super clean. So nice on a road trip. So, bottom line - our food was well executed and we had a lovely lunch. read more

It was 11:20pm-ish on a Wednesday. I get Large fries and kids meals. ALL of the fries were rock solid! They were brownish and barely warm. It's almost like they got them out the trash. I've never had a bad experience until tonight. I also want to mention that I've never came this late before. The AM to afternoon workers are better! Wow...this location has A LOT of bad reviews. In fact, over 80% of the reviews here are either 1- or 2-star reviews! I'm not sure what all that is about because that is certainly NOT my experience here. I have visited this particular fast food establishment well over 100 times and I have NEVER had a 1-star experience! Over the years, I have only had a small handful of 2-star experiences here. One of these was when I approached the cashier and the young man that should have been ready to take my order was preoccupied with something on his personal cellphone. Needless to say, I was pretty annoyed with his work ethic. However, since that time, it appears that McDonald's has corrected this problem. Also, out of all the times I have been here they have only missed something in my order twice. That's a pretty good record of order accuracy for a fast-food chain, in my opinion. Almost all of my experiences here have been worthy of 3- or 4-stars, with the majority of them being 4-star worthy experiences. Occasionally, I have also had 5-star experiences here as well, usually because one of the employees just goes above and beyond their expected duties. Overall, this business is very consistent in the quality of their food. Just as important to me is the friendliness and professionalism of their employees, which is almost always excellent at this location. On 12/26 I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, I was not given my sausage McGriddle but instead a plain BURNT sausage biscuit. I ordered 2 breakfast combos and a hot cakes and sausage with orange juice and hash brown my total was $41 for 2 adults and an 8 yr old. I was not given a receipt so I cannot complain on website as you must have transaction number and their 888 number doesn't work (888-646-3360) ridiculous. The last two times lunch/dinner that was ordered was incorrect, first meal ordered Double Quarter Pounder Cheese Deluxe, but all it came on the burger was condiments, two patties and cheese. Ok, how is that a deluxe? A deluxe includes condiments, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and onions for my order I requested no onions. And oh, it is a mobile order so I go back and make sure that I didn't make a mistake and clearly in order history it show exactly what I ordered and expect but didn't received what I ordered. This store is so unprofessional. I had waited for so long for my orders. As well I had ordered door dash and supposedly someone had took my order which never happens. I had my dasher was waiting. I had spoken to someone through my dasher in the store regarding my DoorDash order and he was very unprofessional. This was early in the morning at 6:30 AM. We tried calling the store to contact the manager. Nobody had answered the phone. We visit this location frequently. I'm always very paranoid about order accuracy when it's delivered to me in the drive thru. I now HAVE to check every happy meal box for the correct sauce. Just today...like 10 minutes ago my Big Mac meal was missing the medium fry from it. I understand mistakes are made but at the frequency this location makes them points to a lack of engagement. Worst experience ever cold orange juice and no hot chocolate and they say it's a seasonal item plz fix it

I ordered freshly dropped cookies this morning and was asked to pull to the front to wait on the cookies. As the employee was bringing my small bag of cookies to me, he shoved his bare hands without gloves inside my bag of cookies. I'm not sure if my cookies fell out of the box and hecwas touching them puttingvthem back in the box or not. I'm not sure why he would need to shove his bare hands inside my bag for any other reason but to touch my order! I was so shocked that he would do this right in front of me, with covid issues etc. Very unsanitary! I called the store to inform them of this practice by this employee and the other employee, who I believe was the manager, defended the employee and was rude to me! What does an employee need to stick their hands in your bag for no other reason but to adjust your food!. There was nothing else in my bag but the cookies, no napkins etc. He was touching my cookies with his bare hands! Be very careful going to this Restsurant!
