This store is a train wreck. I have never gotten a meal from there that wasn't messed up in some way during the day. The daytime servers blatantly ignore you and are rude. Everytime I go I ask for the same burger, no ketchup. And everytime I notice they never put no ketchup into the system. it's not on the screen, it's not on the receipt and when we ask them if they got it they tell us to just pull up to the front. I don't know if the servers aren't smart enough to do their jobs or if management doesn't care about how the place is ran. Do better. Never had an issue with this jack, all the workers were cool until this past weekend. ALLOWING NON EMPLOYEES. On top of that non employee recently being a thief at 7/11 across the street of a employee theirs bike. To block the drive thru. Then giving that person their door dash order. And making sure the other dashers didn't get theirs. Having my door dash order cancelled as well as not providing a first name to know who I spoke with. Not following dress code on top of not staffing correctly or no indication that they will be closed for lunch. Like I said I never had an issue but until the Night Shift employees let someone do their job. Spoke to the manager supposedly and I know not a damn thing was done about what happened that night. Will be taking this to corporate for the incident that happened that was allowed by their employees by letting someone who doesn't work there do their job and turn people away and giving their friend the "hook up" Disgusting behavior from this whole establishment if they allow this kind of behavior and situations to be allowed. I want to hear Yesterday and had horrible service again. The roof of my mouth is still burning and I can't really eat anything at the moment due to them giving me a taco that was extremely hot I've never had a taco that was that hot physically. It burned the roof of my mouth, and I can still taste blood. It seems like they were having a bad day they were trying to tell everyone in the drive thru to back up to make their time for better or something. I wasn't able to back up do to a car being too close behind me and I think they got a little upset.
