    Cheese and fruit box

Good experience with food and drink items. The only item I can't enjoy to the fullest is the Carmel Macchiato. I have bought it in 3 different locations and I feel it smells like Dog feces and tastes like a cigarette ashtray. Served with a smile. Please guys give me your take on this. My fruit and Cheese box was given to me with the fruit a bit old looking .

Excellent management shines through the employees and wonderful customer service. Clean establishment, kind baristas and drive thru, and very good about a correction, zero drama or difficulty, and that is so appreciated for an $8 drink! Will def choose this location more often! Thanks for making my day better!

Wednesday 9/16/2020 Contactless(ish) checkout: 1-Coffee mug hand off. A barista will place your cup inside the mug for the drive thru attendant (so the attendant doesn't need to even touch it) when enough people are working. 2-Attendant never touches your CC. They hold the machine up, you slip your card in and out of the reader yourself. Don't be lame and pay with cash but do leave a tip they can take home. Pulled up to this lovely personality & energy. This is the only Starbucks in town I've seen going the extra mile during these trying times. Gold star, A+, great job, bravo!!! For taking initiative with extra safety measures providing contactless checkout. Them staying safe from customers = you staying safe from the community. What a sport. Thanks for making mornings fun Maddie! I'm sure the rest of your crew is fabulous too. Most of the staff here and at other locations in town are super nice and customer service oriented. I started trying out different locations in efforts to find a drive thru which best fit my safety practices and habits. A few people at a nearby location were handling the lids of my cups during pass off or resting their hands on the lids in a relaxed waiting position as I drove up (even after mentioning as politely as possible multiple times) making me very uncomfortable so I moved on. Paying through the drive thru window here puts me at ease knowing they are taking these precautions to keep themselves and customers safe and healthy as best they can. Really thinking outside the box on this one. Ps. A recent visit after, the employee who served me didn't use the cup method but did make sure to only touch the lower portion of my cup during trade off. Also, I saw a reviewer post a pic & give two stars for an outside full garbage can, complaining it should be clean if he's paying $4 for a coffee. This can appeared to mostly contain everything except Starbucks garbage. Chill out dude. Not one mention of your service or view from beyond the doors. An exemplary case of people behaving like overly privileged entitled royal pieces of turd. These same garbage cans are uniformly placed outside throughout the entire shopping center and are probably equivalent to an HOA system if that helps you understand. The Center most likely has maintenance they employee to empty and maintain these. And let me add, I see Starbucks employees taking trash out the majority of times I come here or any others. These workers don't have time to keep up with the pigsty people leave outside of their doors all day long or you'd be waiting a long time for your tasty $4 beverage SIR.

    The horrible chairs here.

Well as with all other Starbucks I've been to, the coffee at this one is consistently good, and the people seem nice enough, but unlike most Starbucks I've seen, this one seems to have furniture that is made to discourage people from sitting down and staying very long. All the chairs are rock hard wooden ones that are hard on your butt, and either have no back at all, or a very uncomfortable wooden back. I am currently leaning against the wall with the hard chair sideways so at least I'll have something flat against my back. They seem to have gone minimalist here. Some of the Starbucks stores have nice padded benches, or really soft recliner chairs but not this one. They are very hard and not comfortable. At least if they want hard chairs, make the back comfortable...

Matcha green tea frap - soooo good!

Stopped by for a quick drink with a friend and found it a pleasant experience! The place is clean, well placed and enough seating for the time we were there - no "laptop" for every table syndrome on a weekday about noon. Ordered a vente (extra large in English!) Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccino. Order was filled quickly, and as the photo shows, it IS green and I forgot to hold the hipped cream - again! Oy. If you like green tea you should try this, either blended or on the rocks, so to say. It is not really sweet (for me, at least) and it's a nice smooth taste. As I'm not a real coffee drinker (unless a White Chocolate Mocha or such) this drink is my current go-to when I'm in a Starbucks mood. The help was fantastically friendly and efficient, and I will keep this place on my radar.

Ice tea with no ice!?!?! WTF and I ASKED for ice!!!

I normally love this location. It's usually on point and I tend to order ahead so that I don't have to wait in what can often be a ridiculously long line in this location. However today was absolutely awful. Not only did I waste half of my lunch break sitting in line because the two cars in front of me and only two cars in front of me could apparently not get things right. And then came my order. I simply ordered some black iced tea with some sweetener in it. I got a cup with some tea that was cold but it had not a single cube of ice in it even though I specifically asked for ice and I specifically asked for some sweetener which there is not a drop of sweetener of any kind in this. I'm not feeling well today and it is the only thing that sounded like my stomach would handle it and instead I took a drink and vomited because of the bitterness when I expected a little sweet. And my breakfast sandwich sad to say tastes like cardboard. I don't know if you guys have changed anything or you changed your distributors or whatever but the breakfast sandwich with bacon which should taste nice and salty if anything, legitimately tastes like squishy cardboard, and it is incredibly sad and disappointing. I feel as though I wasted points and money today on things that I will not drink nor eat.

This morning I was having an emotionally difficult day so casually asked the barista to "add extra love" to my Quad Compana. When she delivered the coffee to the drive thru window, my cup was completely covered in handwritten hearts and "We you" on the lid! I drove away with years of gratitude running down my checks...What Starbucks sweethearts!

Did they melt a Popsicle in my drink? Why so diluted down? Where are my berries in my very berry hibiscus?

I am happy to say this is not my local barista location. The baristas at this location seemed to be in a far far away galaxy into a differnt demention. My cheerful up beat smiling self happily skipped my way in there to wish them a wonderful day and to order a tasty beverage. Now, I can not speak for them, nor do I know what is going on in their lives? But they sure seemed like Cold Stone Cremery just discontinued their favorite ice cream flavor? My drink took an eternity. Not sure why because there where was no one inside with me (other than drive though orders) Finally after light years had gone by, my Venti Very Berry Hibiscus came do so diluted down that i tought one grape Popsicle was melted in it. Couldn't find my berries. Maybe they may have lost some of the berries back in space?

I keep wondering about upscale places like Starbucks when they allow their front entrance to look like this? What about things we can't see! When I pay $4 for a cup of coffee I expect the trash to be emptied!!!!

The drinks are consistently Starbucks. The interior is small-ish. So it gets a little congested. There is a weird ordering set up. It makes for a difficult time moving around if there is a line. Just does not flow well. The chairs are not very comfortable. But probably that way to keep people from being there all day! It is generally pretty loud if you are trying to work so bring headphones. The bathroom is ok. The staff is about 50/50 when it comes to be friendly. The parking lot is a lot like the inside...not organized very well...but it is a Starbucks. So you know what you are going to get and there is some comfort in that at times. Nothing more. Nothing less.

But mainly, I come here for the ice cream and the fun Bigfoot theming. I love places with good theming and places that serve the community. Squatches does a lot. They offer inexpensive food for the students, really good housemade cookies and pastries, lots of coffee and tea drinks plus their selection of ice cream flavors. On this particular visit I had a scoop of their rocky road Ice cream with hot fudge on it. My wife a scoop of their lemon cookie ice cream. The portion sizes for a single scoop is pretty big, so get a kids size if you don't want that much. The ice cream was delicious and I'm always happy to support this place and their mission to serve community.

To our surprise, there weren't many options open at this time of day... but we did find Squatch's Ice Cream & Coffee. The place is tucked away in a small strip mall. The interior gives off an outdoorsy feel with wood on the wall, wood as tables, actual wood stump as stools. The walls also had a painted mountain range silhouette along with posters and maps about Bigfoot and its sightings. On the floor, there are Sasquatch/Bigfoot prints that lead to the ordering line. This is where the workers were helpful in explaining the menu where they pointed out their seasonal drinks, ice cream, cinnamon rolls and more. Once they pointed out their cookies... we were hooked (1 cookie for $1, 6 for $5, 12 for $12).. we got a variety of 6 cookies. They were soft, sweet, with a nice chew to them. They had one of the largest assortment of flavored syrups I have seen. Even carrying top brands: Torani, Da Vinci, and Monin. I chose the Peppermint Hot Chocolate (probably could use more chocolate) and a seasonal special Iced Graham cracker latte. (sugary and sweet like teddy grams in a Carmel macchiato) With the a nice menu full of flavors and numerous possible combinations of drinks and desserts (ex:cinnamon roll ice cream sandwiches) I would definitely come back to treat my sweet tooth or caffeine fix. I also recommend taking a look at their cool Squatch Merch while you are there!
