Breakfast please. I don't often stop at this location, but I did today and the drive thru line was really long, so I decided to walk in. To my surprise, the store was empty, and my order was quick and seamless. The staff were all wonderful and the atmosphere was welcoming and quiet. I got my favorite Impossible breakfast sandwich and a black coffee and was out within 10 minutes. Love that! read more

Took the family to this Starbucks today expecting to get the limited-time Unicorn Frappuccino, but we got so much more! This ended up being such a fun little experience and probably one of the most special Starbucks visits we'll ever have. There was a cute unicorn-themed photo-op with a giant unicorn balloon that the kiddos absolutely loved, and we got some great pictures. While we enjoyed our Unicorn Frappuccinos and Unicorn Cake Pops, the kiddos also got to color unicorn coloring sheets and were even given the cutest little unicorn stickers, which made the whole visit feel extra special. A huge thank you to the Airport, Aviation Blvd Starbucks and all the amazing baristas especially Aisah and Crystal for making our visit so fun and magical! read more

This particular location cannot seem to get an order right in the most basic way. Last week I ordered a venti iced latte. They gave me grande. Because it was drive-thru did not want to hold up the line so just took it and left with NOT what I paid for. Today, my partner ordered a venti pistachio latte for me. They made a venti mocha. ‍ the label on the cup is even correct. These are not cheap drinks. Get it right please. read more

Starbucks has always been my go-to for great coffee, but my recent experience at this location truly exceeded all expectations! The store is welcoming, clean, and has a cozy atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. What really sets this location apart is the amazing management. Aisah, the store manager, is an absolute gem. She goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for both her team and customers shine through in every interaction. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to creating a positive experience, and Aisah does it effortlessly. Thanks to Aisah and her team, every visit feels personalized and uplifting. If you're looking for a Starbucks experience that's more than just coffee, this is the place to go! read more

The Staff is great, hardworking younger generation. The Manager however is the problem!! Have seen her yell and criticize her staff in front of Customers multiple times. All negative reviews are a reflection of direction.. should lift up her crew not demean and verbally abuse them. Sad. read more

This is the worst Starbucks period. The manager doesn't know swirl vs stir the damn drink. I've ordered Starbucks at least once a day for 25 years. I know what it should taste like. Not that inconsistent crap I kept getting. I tried this location out of convenience for about 1 month, and finally gave up and went back the one I went to previously for years. If you want consistent coffee, go anywhere else. read more

Horrible service! Especially on Saturday morning at 9am on the 25th of March. All because I asked for pistachio sweetener & pistachio cream. LOL when I ordered, I ended it with, "It's ok if you don't have it, I know it's only seasonal." The guy taking me order said, "It's ok we actually have a bunch." His coworker turned around and said, "NO, NO we don't! We only have one jar left!" I laughed and said, "it's cool you don't want anyone knowing you have it and don't want me coming in." He LAUGHED and ANOTHER girl joined in and started laughing with him. SO WITH THAT. I can tell apparently they have an issue with someone ordering a drink, maybe cause it was possibly their favorite. Whatever it was. It was rude, unprofessional and ugly. Very ugly. Everyone working on this day was horrible except the guy taking my order. read more

Last time going to this Starbucks! I have been a gold member for years and I buy coffee 7 days a week. The curt unprofessional staff at this location is not ok... First off the online order was not supposed to be able to go through, thats what the barista said as he blamed it on the new district manager for not correctly posting new hours on the web page. Anyway, I got my coffee but my morning bun was unable to be warmed because the ovens were not warmed up. So I received it cold. Just not the same as being warmed up.... I asked if I was still being charged for my order. He said you put it through mobile app so yes. That is bad customer service! Is all it would have taken to keep my business at this location, would be to offer the next one on us... This is actually the third time that this location/employees have been rude/curt to me. Twice to me and once to me and my girl... Short fact, as I appreciate Starbucks being open, you are only open because of people like me who spend money at your stores to keep you open which in return pays all employees their payroll... This morning I thought I would give this location another try, boy was that a mistake? Apparently so... I been out here working ever since this whole pandemic started and I spend lots of money on several businesses to support our local businesses... Great customer service is part of the puzzle to keep a business running smoothly with longevity...Be on your game!!! I am everyday and I would appreciate that from a business when I start my shift every morning as I visit your Starbucks Great Coffee and food... read more

This is my go to Starbucks during the week since its right by work. They're usually pretty quick and keep the line moving especially in those busy morning when you running a lil late. My only down about this location was that I tried to use my free drink coupon on my app and the person at the drive through window told me that she couldn't ring me up because I had to mention I have a coupon first. I've never had a problem when I've gone to any other Starbucks... read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The coffee just doesn't taste good. You order a holiday drink and they never put the toppings on. You order a latte and it just tastes like warm milk. You order an iced drink and they put two ice cubes in it. Sorry excuse for a Starbucks. You are better off going to the one in Safeway or driving a little further to the Hopper location. read more

Any Starbucks that doesn't let me use the restroom will not get my business. There was no sign on the door and one of the employees basically rushed me in order to prevent me from using the bathroom. TERRIBLE! I just pulled over to write this review as completely blown away by just how dirty, slow service and out of stock items are at this location. I pulled up to the Drive Thru Window and filth...The window and outside counter are nasty dirty...Huge stains running down the side of the building next to and below the pickup window. Looking inside behind the counter and the garbage bins were over flowing with trash. Don't they have a competent manager? Any management? Is this a Starbucks franchise or company owned location? Absolutely putrid for a $5+ frozen drink...and I always leave a tip...No more! Here's a tip...Hire people who actually care about their job and ownership that has a clue! No more for me! Garbage! read more

Nothing wrong with the coffee, it's the same quality that you find at any other Starbucks. That being said, every time I come to this Starbucks Drive-Thru, it takes at least 15-20 mins to get through and it's not a very big line either. As a former barista at a popular coffee shop, the speed of service is something that is important and needs to be worked on here. Furthermore, the barista's that work there always act as if you are the one in the wrong for coming to get coffee and making them do their job. Just some food for thought, this Starbucks could definitely use a bit more training on customer service. Oh! And I understand what a rush feels like, but maybe go find answers to questions that customers have about their orders instead of saying "I'm going to be straight up, I have no clue about anything right now." Not a good look. read more

Just wanted coffee - went through the drive thru ... coffee was old and burnt .. tasted awful. Asked for cream - coffee was dark brown and gross. Wish I tried it before I left. How can anyone who has ever seen coffee serve such grossness? Did not look right - that should have been a clue to the person who poured it not to give it to a customer. read more

This Starbucks is hit and miss. When I stop here it's pretty much a 50/50 chance I'll get the right drinks. I still go from time to time, but it's only out of convenience due to store location. Not the best feeling wasting $5-10 every other time I come here. read more

I feel like this place is slowly going down hill. When I first started working in this area, it was exceptional service. Messed up the order... no questions asked and they remade it or gave a coupon card. NOW it's very different. Some of the staff stand around and chat while customs stand at the register. I've encountered a few very rude and passive aggressive comments for the employees. Boiling point was when I got back to the office, 1 mile away, I notice both drinks were about a 3rd low! Then realized the pastry was a plain croissant. I really hope to see this place improve or I'll be going to Bella rosa down the street. read more

Popped in here the other day, as I was helping a friend in the area. The cofffee (black) must have been a new batch, as it was fresh and not burnt. Good fast service. I'd stop at this location again. read more

I've started coming to this Starbucks once a week as my son attends an after school program. I've had good experiences at the Sebastopol Starbucks, a Starbucks by Piner High School, and a Starbucks on Yalupa Ave.. Each location's service is good and the place is quiet enough to get some work done while I wait for my son. But, after coming to the Airport Blvd Starbucks for a month, I kept having problems. Its employees were cordial enough as they assisted customers; but they spent most of their time obnoxiously gossiping, looking at their cell phones, and generally being loud. One employee seemed to be the most common catalyst; but the others got sucked in, laughing loudly as they do things like look at dating sites. It was nice that they got along. But it was too much like a high school cafeteria without adult supervision. That said, after I originally wrote this review, I decided to give it another try. I found out the manager is a former student of mine. He reassured me that he spoke with his employees, and that he was addressing my concerns. And, during this most recent visit, I noticed a significant difference. So, I changed my score from two stars to three, and am hopeful that the weekly visits here will improve from now on. read more

Came in for my coffee this morning, the girl taking my order clearly wasn't paying attention. I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato with soy milk and extra caramel. I repeatedly said extra caramel. Even after she read it back and did not say extra caramel, I said it again. I also asked for a cookie dough cake pop and was given the wrong one. My coffee cake was warmed when I clearly asked for it not to be. It may seem like I am making a big deal out of something really small but I am 7 months pregnant and I woke up with a major craving for an iced caramel macchiato with EXTRA caramel and I was let down. There was literally no caramel, waste of 15 minutes and $10.25.... If I had the time to go back and complain I would have. read more

AJ and the crew are the finest young people I've ever encountered. They all get along with each other really really well help each other when like the new person doesn't know where things are they help each other they don't treat them with disrespect or each other with disrespect. They are really good with customers they go out of the way to make the customer happy I've seen them deal with some real dizzy customers that we're doing everything to piss me off and I'm a customer I want to go over there and smack that the customer because they were just being unreasonable AJ and his crew they handled it much better than I could've and I'm 30 years her senior. AJ acts like he's been doing this all his life it's second nature to the young man. It is out of the van tastic butter Easter which I believe now has moved up to supervisor name is Laura my God I don't know where you guys find these people but another angel should I say just people treat her like poop she handles on my gold trans Maroun so they are smiling in the end and start treating her nice and I just amazing how good she is the good thing is Cesar quickly and they gave her raises her anyways if take care of her peers as if she stays around as she could be running around show just as well as AJ could as well. I hope the district manager and your immediate supervisor boss give you the recognition that you all deserve because even the coworkers really benefit from these two people because they bring so much positive amongst all the employees and customers. A pretty new starbucks so it's clean and not overly crowded. Whoever scouts the locations for Starbucks - good job! You clearly recognize that this area is expanding with lots of new businesses and not every company's internal coffee cart makes decent coffee. Yes you're over-priced but sometimes that $3 chai latte is just want I needed. The staff has always been very polite and patient when I'm ordering (cuz I don't speak that Starbucks lingo) and I have been known to go on meeting runs that require me to juggle 12 coffees.
