Then I said you know that straw is too big to fit in the lid you gave me (the wrong size I might add but saved that because it was too difficult to try again with anything else). So, he looks at me and says we don't have any of the tall straws except the big ones. I can give you a different lid. Lol so I got a different lid. I love Starbucks but these guys need to rethink some of their responses.
