Super refreshing stop along the 116. Very helpful service- had a lot of questions and wanted some opinions on what to try, it being my first time. Went with the Açaí bowl. Which was the best I have ever had. It made my day- and I'll be back!

Everything I've ordered on the menu is really good, always a hit for me! I never get the same thing twice. Beware of the turmeric latte, it got me feeling very relaxed during work! Loved it lol

    Happy Bowl!

Will definitely be returning! I can't have bananas so they graciously let me sub strawberries. 8.50 seemed so reasonable for the giant açaí bowl, I am thoroughly impressed! Definitely tucked away location wise but plenty of parking and once you find it, you won't have an issue finding it again.

Such great service and selections! All natural smoothies, juices and treats. Sebastopol truly needed a place like this. TRY THE AÇAÍ BOWL!!

The organic juices are better quality than Whole Foods or other places in Sebastopol and their smoothies are really good.

It was my first time in this area of Santa Rosa. There's a small parking lot in the back. We walked in and the space was decorated so nicely though there's not a lot of seating indoors. I can imagine how busy this place can get on a sunny day since there's lots of tables and chairs outside. We weren't greeted by the person working, just met with silence. We stood looking at the menu on the wall while the barista stood waiting for us to order. I didn't see the "special" matchas I found through the photos on Yelp then finally noticed that there was a special menu flat on the counter. I think it would be helpful if the special drinks were easier for customers to see. We both ordered then waited for our drinks. While we waited I thought I would go to the restroom, but unfortunately when I checked it was out of order. Don't get confused and go into the "employees only" door! Once we received our drinks, I was glad to see the color of both our matchas were a nice shade of green. The drinks itself were way too sweet and I could barely taste the matcha. To note, this was better than a Starbucks matcha -- it just wasn't our cup of tea. It was good to try but personally, we are not coming back.

I love being able to see all the people making the pastries in the kitchen and smelling the baked goods. On today's visit, my wife and I shared their spicy vegetable pie, which was actually pretty spicy! It had a strong, tangy tomato flavor with a lot of spice! We also shared a fruit galette that had a lot of berries and pear on it. Lastly, we got their tan square which has a short bread base and then a thick, butterscotch and nuts top. It's so so rich and buttery. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery!

During my visit, I ordered a promotional drink advertised as the "Three Waves" for 89 lei. The promotion did not specify a drink size, and I typically order a large. I placed my order accordingly--a large iced Three Waves in my personal 40 oz tumbler--and specifically requested that it be filled only halfway, as the drinks are often made with too much milk. While placing my order, the staff encountered issues redeeming my reward. The employee assisting me called over a manager, who was also unable to process the promotion. I explained that another location had previously redeemed the same reward without any issues and offered to wait while they contacted that location for clarification. After making the call, the manager informed me that the reward could only be redeemed for a medium size. I responded that this was fine and I offered to pay the difference for a large. At that point, my drink was already being prepared. The manager attempted to process the reward again as a medium, but the promotional code still did not work. I showed her that, on my end, the reward had already been redeemed and that I had a valid coupon for a free drink. Despite this, she insisted that I would need to pay for the large drink since it had already been made. I clarified that I wanted to use the reward I had earned through previous purchases and even suggested that they could discard the drink and remake it as a medium if necessary. However, she continued to insist that I pay for the large drink, refusing to honor the reward or accept my offer to pay the difference. To make matters worse, the drink was filled all the way despite my clear request for it to be only halfway full. As a result, it was mostly milk and not made to my specifications. Because it was not what I ordered, I ultimately threw it away. When I asked for her name, she responded, "I'm Jerri, the owner." I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and explained that I would instead go to the other location, where staff are able to properly redeem rewards without pressuring customers into paying for items that should be covered. She then stated that her son manages that location and that she owns both. I find it extremely disappointing that a business would promote a rewards program but fail to honor it when a customer attempts to redeem a valid offer. This experience felt unprofessional, wasteful, and left me questioning the integrity of your rewards system. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar situations for other customers in the future.

Disliked: WiFi wasn't working and the baristas explanation was "it gets messed up with the apartments upstairs, let me ask my manager" I didn't get a follow up or response later and I was there for a few more hours, they totally ignored the issue. Was never able to use the wifi. Bathroom key was being used constantly making an arbitrarily long wait for bathroom use. I could have settled for a regular matcha too! Love that they give mugs for any "for here" drinks too. Drink was cozy and very good! Lavender was there but didn't overpower the matcha. Good microfoam in the drink and no clumps at the bottom of my mug when the drink was gone! All good signs of a well made matcha drink. Hope to be back soon to try their espresso drinks with their own roasts!
