While waiting for my order, I noticed a huge rolling air conditioning unit in the middle of the dining room that looked even dirtier than the floor, which was not running despite being a very warm day. I felt terrible for the employees and gave a good tip, but this place needs to be inspected by the health department. These employees should have better working conditions.

The portion sizes are very generous and you will want to eat every bite on your plate. Their spices and sauces are spot on. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so calming & tropical. Everything is clean and the decorations are really nice! Dining in is the way to go if you want to get transported to the Hawaiian islands. The service from Steve was indecible. I used to be one of those people who would not eat raw fish, but after trying their poke, that completely changed for me. Now I always go for the bomb salmon and tuna and add my own toppings, and it is so good every time. The flavors are fresh, well balanced, and just hit in a way the cooked option never did for me.
