The prices were fair, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was everything hospitality should be. Nothing unnecessarily pretentious, just a well-run establishment that understands the assignment. As someone traveling for work, I wasn't asking for much, just good coffee, a comfortable space, and decent service. The Lab delivered without making any of it feel like a luxury request.
