Been here for 2 pup cups this week for my BooBoo. He is truly obsessed. Also, decided to try the tomato mozzarella sandwich for lunch one day. They areThe customer service is abominable- they do not acknowledge you as you're standing and waiting to order. It's just something about these barista's there. They are very unfriendly not at all following what the new CEO is trying to do for the company. Once it was you can't have extra oat milk I will have to charge you for a latte. I said well where is the oat milk at on the counter she said we put it up. They definitely are not making you feel welcome in the store more like you are a nuisance. I am sure that they love to talk about you when you leave too. If you disagree with anything, they have to say the store is ridiculous. read more

I write this review in hopes that this location can get their act together because when our little town of Reidsville gets something as cool as Starbucks, we want to keep it! No lie, the last five times I've been to this location they have messed my order up in some way. The first few weeks after they opened things went fine because they had people there training the staff - but ever since then things have gone downhill. Whether it's getting a completely watered down iced coffee, a mocha instead of a white mocha, or a random number of syrup pumps in my coffee (picture included - no clue where they got 2 pumps from? I just wanted the normal amount they put in there when I order from any other Starbucks), the order is wrong and this is unacceptable when paying $8 for a coffee. It's almost as if the staff isn't confident in what their recipes are. Every time I have ordered they repeat the order back to me at least twice with a questioning tone. I'm not sure if additional training is needed or what - but I hope it happens soon before we lose this spot that when they opened, I was so excited. I do give two stars because the staff has been so friendly every time I've visited. But that still doesn't make up for $8 wasted on coffee that for that price, should be nothing short of the deliciousness I expect from Starbucks. read more

The service here SUCKED. I came here twice and the girl (don't know her name) but she had piercings and colored hair maybe green ?with glasses. VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY I told her she got my size wrong and just said " you got charged for the medium size" which I couldve paid for a venti so I thought she was gonna change my size but just said "okay have a nice day" full of sarcasm like okay rude? Starbucks has came to Reidsville! I had to join the craziness today and check it out. I would say the drive thru was extra long due to it being their first day, but I'm thinking that's just a normal thing for Starbucks. I opted to go inside and was very surprised with how organized everything was, again this is their first day. There are seats and tables a plenty; and the product displays were very neat and organized. I was able to walk right up and order. Even though it's cold outside, I got my usual venti mocha frappe. My drink was made just like I like it. This first visit to their new location was an overall positive experience, and I'm so excited to see the growth in our little town of Reidsville. read more

Reidsville wasn't ready for a Starbucks! This is the slowest Starbucks ever! Even with mobile ordering I have to wait just to get the wrong thing. Terribly slow, workers do more talking with one another rather than being attentive, and it's plain unorganized & junky. read more

It's nice to finally have a Starbucks in my home town! This is your typical Starbucks, if you've been to one of them, you've been to all of them. Being that this is a new location it was incredibly busy. The line for the drive thru made it a hassle to get in the parking lot, so we ended up parking in a different location and just walking. We did a mobile order and my white chocolate mocha with 4 shots of espresso was exactly what I wanted/expected. Overall it was a positive experience and I'll definitely be back. The staff was friendly and courteous and the inside was clean and neat. read more

I work night shift and I come to this location to get a coffee and a cookie to make my night a little better. But seems like every time I try to order a warm cookie or even a brownie they are out of them. Seems like they cleaned the machine and don't want to give me what I ordered cause they are being too lazy. Mind you this is around 8 and they close at 9:30. read more

Visited this location, excited to take advantage of their Wednesday 50% deal and also support them since i know they're new in the area. I was in a roadtrip, and returning home to rockingham co... so I ordered ahead about 6 minutes before getting off to reidsville. No line,& it was about 5pm and i checked in for my online order. I Had to wait at the window over 8 minutes and then got handed these two drinks. Half melted. The caramel ribbon crunch tasted like it had unsalted cold brew coffee in it (i mean look at the bottom dude) and it wouldn't stir at all. The dragon drink obviously is over 1/3 melted. Not frozen.Pic was taken only 10 minutes after the drinks were received. Im not the type to usually take time to write a review (much less get myself starbucks) , but cmon yall. Do better. Hi, I live in Reidsville NC. Our local Starbucks is not living up to your standards. They routinely close early or stop taking orders 15-30 minutes before closing. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting to be greeted. I drove to the window was noticed by an employee and she walked away. I turned on my flashlight to draw another team members attention. He asked if he could help I said yes and tried to place my order. He said we quit taking orders tonight. I asked when. He said at 8:50. I told him that was unacceptable and I was in the drive through at that time. There were three other cars behind me equally disappointed in the service not provided by this location. read more

got my two drinks and flavor was not good at all. this is the second time I have tried this Starbucks and they are nothing like the others. Then I come right back and say something about the coffee and they act like it's all me and give me an attitude. got an attitude the first time I was there too. When I left the guy that made my coffee was laughing because he told other one something about how he just made mine. They can keep their coffee and attitude! We are done. cost too damn much to be treated like that. I can make at home better than that. read more
