I travel a lot for work, so I get to see a lot of different Starbucks locations. This Starbucks consistently gets my order right, has friendly staff, and is clean. It's my favorite one!

I never have anything bad to say about this location. Or any of the locations! So far Starbucks has always been consistent with the delivery. I typically order the same things every time I come through. I will say if you plan on coming by the Starbucks on Wendover or Battleground area please give yourself some wiggle room on the time. The drive-thru is always long but that's a good thing! The drive-thru line moves pretty fast but if you are in a hurry it's best to place your order on the app so that you can go inside and pick it up. Or if you are like me and don't mind sitting in the car scrolling through your phone while you wait that is a great option too. So far, Wendover and Battleground are my favorites! SN: there are two Starbucks locations on battleground. One of them does not have a drive-through. But that location is good too! The only issue is parking when it is busy.

Love the new design! Recently, I got a few minutes to myself and I snuck away for a coffee and snack at this location. The drive thru is always crazy busy so I decided to take a few extra minutes to myself by going inside to order and sit on their patio. The patio was a bit messy - like no one had been out there straightening up and wiping down tables at all that day - but I get that everywhere is just so short staffed lately, so I didn't take it personally. What I DID take personally, was the condition of their bathrooms....Ewwww! However, my coffee and crackers/cheese was spot on wonderful!!!!

    Unhelpful employee who ignored us.

Coffee was great however employees took 7 min to acknowledge that I was standing at counter because they were too busy talking. Guy in picture was so unhelpful and rude.

Post work iced coffee here this day. I have to say I am not as passionate as others when it comes to coffee. But iced coffee is one of my favorite summer time drinks. This cup-o-Eskimo Joe was served up very light and sweet; a little too much of both, when all I asked for was a little cream and sugar. The service was polite and fast. There was no line and only 2 of the typical WiFi bandits in the building at this time. All in all, for iced coffee, it'll due.

Picked up this cool recycled glass cold drink to-go cup and promptly filled it with a green-tea latte.

Twice as many people working here as there are customers and it takes ten minutes for them to incorrectly make an order.

I remember the vibes were pretty welcoming. I have gone once since then but during the day and the vibes were pretty chill and low-key but nothing too crazy. Just a typical experience but also a really good college outing memory. The matcha I had from there wasn't particularly my favorite but they used to keep their espresso machine up at night during the performance, I'm not completely sure if I remember correctly if they sold liquor or alcohol but the drink that I did have from there the first time I went was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. I believe a few years ago, I recall an episode of "Catfish" where Nev and Max also visited this place so that was pretty interesting to experience that but honestly a pretty decent place.

But today was the day! As soon as you show up, you know this isn't your typical coffee shop. The outside of the place looks like it could be an Inn in the neighborhood (which who knows maybe it was at one point.) The vibe inside gives off quiet workspace/library, and definitely gives off the lobby of an Inn (think Gilmore Girls.) There was some people scattered around but I didn't take a deep look inside since I was just passing by. I ordered my ice vanilla latte. The first thing I remember realizing was that it wasn't very sweet. Which is not a bad thing, sometimes they can be made really sweet other times they can be not so sweet. This latte was in the middle. I could taste the creaminess from the oat milk too. I would definitely check this place out again and try out some of their other drinks that they offer. I would even like to stay in and work inside and see more of the environment inside.

Though most seats were filled when I visited, it was super quiet, like a library. I felt a little uncomfortable having a conversation, afraid of bothering others. I'm not sure if it's always that quiet or not. Street parking is somewhat limited, but there is a church with a parking lot just across the street. That said, I visited on Easter, so the church lot was full, but we were still able to find a spot to parallel park at the end of the street. They serve a decent variety of coffee and other drinks, but have a limited food/pastry menu. I got an iced lavender vanilla latte with oat milk, which is something I order at a lot of places. Sometimes, the lavender tastes so artificial it reminds me of eating soap -- I think certain brands of syrup taste better than others. That was not the case here. I don't know what brand they use, but it must be one of the better ones, because it tasted mild and delicious. Both lavender and vanilla came through. The espresso was smooth and not bitter. The ratios of everything were great as well -- not too much oat milk but not too little -- the perfect latte.

Nowhere nearby have I found authentic Italian baked goods except for a former co-worker, whose Sicilian mother once made us delicious wine biscuits and pignoli cookies. That's what I was hoping to find today - along with biscotti, cannoli, etc. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I got the pistachio lobster tail and a mixed box of cookies. The lobster tail was basically a crispy croissant filled with pastry cream that had no discernible pistachio flavor. Tasty but definitely more of a French pastry. The cookies were all supposedly different flavors but I couldn't tell them apart. They were a basic shortbread dyed different colors, had gummy, flavorless fillings and tasted old. There was 1 biscotti in the box and I'm sorry to say that my not at all Italian mom has made better biscotti. Definitely very pricey considering the quality. It makes me sad that there is still nowhere to get good Italian pastries here.
