I ordered a medium strawberry 7energy. The drink itself was pretty good, a little bit on the sweeter side but I think you can ask for half sweetness which is what I would do next time. The workers were super helpful and I got through the line pretty quickly even though there were quite a few cars in line. I wish there were menus around the drive thru since my order was being taken from so far away, but I was thankfully able to find a picture of one online. read more

I've been quite a few times and the service has always been outstanding. Greeters don't annoy you and do small talk well. The menu is huge and the flavor combinations are endless. It's great if you have a go to beverage or want to try something different each visit. The seasonal recommendations always sound delicious so check out their social media before going here. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because if I get a medium or large drink then the flavor isn't as strong when I order a small. I always have to ask for extra sweet for it to deliver on the flavor I've chosen. Sometimes they also seem rushed making the drinks so it will not come like I've asked. Had to ask for the caramel drizzle again when I received a drink one time since it was left out. Always check your drinks before leaving. read more

Seven Brew just had their grand opening yesterday! They are busy, the line is out onto Main Street. I'm sure eventually it'll die down but they had staff outside guiding traffic which was great, and the service is so quick! Despite the large line I was probably at the location for 10 minutes tops. Hats off to the staff, they ran like a well oiled machine. I got a dirty chai latte, it was pretty good! It had some spice to it and you can slightly taste the espresso. Newly opened on Main Street in High Point, I of course had to try this place out before work one day. Until I looked them up, I did not realize this was a fairly decent size chain. They are set up as a double lane drive-through, and it appears to be external only service. When I got there, the line was almost to the road but moving very quickly, and they had employees in both lanes taking orders to improve efficiency and speed. They have a sign up for a QR code menu near the front, which is good because the actual display menu is not visible until the pick up area when they are busy, something I could see challenging if someone is not familiar with navigating QR menus. There are quite a few unique menu options, and they emphasize being highly customizable. One of the options I was excited to see is making it easy to select your level of sweetness, because so many coffee shops put too much syrup in a beverage. I ordered a German chocolate iced latte, quarter sweet, and it tasted very good. With the sweetness reduced you can actually taste the coffee. I showed up at 6:30 PM during the week, and despite the busy line it was a total of 12 minutes from when I arrived when I left with my coffee. Honestly I was expecting it to take longer given the volume of customers. If they can keep up this pace going forward and it's not just a result of heavy staffing for the launch, I think they definitely have a strong opportunity on this busy road. read more

I finally was able to get into the parking lot. Haha! This place has been jumping since it opened. I made an attempt on one other occasion and the line was way too long. Nonetheless, I was able to experience such sweet delight. At first glance, it looks like it could be a car wash that everyone is pulling up to, however, it is indeed a place where you can come to get refreshed and re-energized. They have coffee, lemonade, energy drinks, and smoothies. When you pull around, you are greeted with excitement by a cashier who is delighted to take your order. She was sooo bubbly. I will say that I was unable to pull up the menu using the QR code because we were able to drive right up to the cashier. I ordered an iced blondie with almond milk, cold foam and extra caramel. My husband ordered a pina colada smoothie. The first sip had my eyes rolling because it was so delicious! I tasted my husband's smoothie and it was just as good. Our drinks were gone way before we made it home. I can't wait to go back! They have so many more things I want to try. So if you are looking for an experience with coffee or smoothies or even energy drinks this new spot in town is definitely a place to try. read more

Decided to give this a try with some friends. They got 3 different 7-energies, and I got a cherry 7-fizz w/ cream. The drinks were okay. I liked mine fine, but it's not the best dirty soda I've had. I would have been open to trying different flavors until I found a hair in it halfway through. My friends all said their drinks were too sweet. +1 star for customer service and how well they handle a long line. Maybe we will come back to try to coffee. Not sure. This was a neat, different experience! I came here for the first time ever after finding out there was a location out in the Triad. I pulled up and it felt like I was pulling up to a fun summer party. The guy who took my order was very knowledgeable and took my normal dislikes into consideration. He suggested the Banana Bread Mocha and I took that leap of faith, which I don't regret now because I fell in love. You taste the hazelnut and it follows with the perfect touch of banana. I give this a 10/10 when it comes to their blended coffees and will definitely be back to try some more of his suggestions. I didn't catch the guy's name that took my order who said he lives in Winston, but give that man a raise. He was awesome! read more

I have been so excited to try 7 Brew and was not disappointed in my visit today! Usually this location is so busy the drive thru line stretches all the way out to the street, but I caught them at a good time and had minimal wait. Staff were patient, friendly and seemed happy to be there which was very nice! My coffee was delicious, not too sweet or bitter and not overly filled with ice. We got our order quickly and I liked that they were playing music while we waited. Prices were beyond reasonable for the size coffee we got, not to mention the customizations we were able to get without feeling like we were being nickel and dimed for each one! I was so excited to be passing by High Point this morning on our way out to do a few errands...Only because there is a new 7 Brew and it's the closest one to me. We arrived and had to sit in the road for several minutes to turn in from the left. A car finally let us go in front of them which was nice. We were approached and the service was decent. Not super friendly, but not unpleasant either. It took ages to finally get around the building to receive our drink. Pulling out is a mess. There are cars backed up consistently blocking the line of sight from the left so you have to pull out before you can even see if it's clear to do so. To top off the experience we get down the road and I take a sip and it tastes like burnt coffee and milk. Huge bummer. I stirred and stirred hoping the flavor had settled in the bottom due to how long we waited, but it's the most faint hint of flavor in the drink. I'm choking it down because it's a lot of money to pour down the drain. I love 7 Brew, honestly...but I wouldn't visit this one again until they've been open a while and figured out what they are doing. read more

I ordered the Iced Banana Bread Blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam, and the Sweet & Salty Iced Coffee (extra sweet). The drinks were okay--not bad, but honestly, they didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The ordering process was smooth though. They use a QR code for the menu, and staff take your order outside, which was a nice, efficient touch. The team was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Absolutely unacceptable service and a total waste of time. I pulled into the 7 Brew drive-thru 17 minutes before closing, thinking I had plenty of time for a quick coffee run. Big mistake. The line was painfully slow, and I waited patiently--assuming that, like most businesses, they'd serve the cars already in line before closing. Nope. At 8 minutes to closing, an employee walked out to all the cars to inform us that they have a strict 10:00 PM close and would not be taking any more orders, regardless of how long we'd been stuck in their horribly inefficient line. So after sitting there for almost 10 minutes, I--and several other customers--were turned away without service. To make matters worse, at 10:05, when there were still eight cars in line, the manager came out visibly irritated, making angry hand gestures and snatching a raincoat out of another employee's hands just to storm out and tell everyone in line that they were closed and out of everything. It was rude, chaotic, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, DO NOT try to make a "quick" stop at 7 Brew, even well before closing. Their "drive-thru" is anything but quick, and they clearly don't care about customer experience or basic courtesy. A total disappointment. read more
